Hospital information system has been widely used and increased recently for a variety of many aspects. And Order-Communicating system(OCS), as like as hospital information system, has been used in many medical care facilities, which is simple and easily accessible, useful system. Also then the use of OCS in emergency care center in YUMC has been introduced since 1996. 10, above 70% of availability is noticed at present and increasing in the use rate, is considered that it is very simple and accurate, time-saving, widely applicable system. So authors say that, after the use of OCS in emergency care center, interhospital exchange of the patient's information and also accomplishment of EMSS can be possible.

매년 각종 인재 및 자연재해로 인한 기업의 피해와 손실이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 피해와 손실은 재난복구를 신속히 수행하기 위한 BCP가 체계적으로 수립되어 있다면 그 피해와 손실을 현저히 줄일 수 있었을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 재난관리의 선진국이라고 할 수 있는 미국, 일본, 영국을 중심으로 재난대비를 위한 BCP의 체계를 살펴보고 국내 기업에 BCP를 강화해야 하는 필요성에 대해 살펴보았다.

최근 금융IT를 대상으로 한 사이버 공격이 지속적으로 증가되고 있어 금융 정보와 관련된 개인정보유출 및 금융전산망의 마비에 대한 우려의 목소리가 커지고 있다. 이에 따라 금융위원회에서는 "금융전산 보안강화 종합대책"을 발표하며 금융IT에 대한 보안대책의 일환으로 금융전산망에 대한 분리를 의무화시켰다. 하지만, 망분리 정책 실시 이후 금융회사들은 업무 환경과 맞지 않은 일부 규정들로 주요 업무 처리에 대한 어려움을 호소하였다. 이에 금융위원회에서는 금융회사의 업무의 연속성과 투명성을 보장하기 위해 망분리 예외기준을 마련하였다. 본 논문에서는 금융권 망분리의 동향을 살펴보고 망분리 예외기준과 관련하여 신설 개정된 전자금융감독규정 및 전자금융감독규정 시행세칙에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

수출입업무활동에서 업체와 공공기관별로 전달해야 하는 데이터가 날로 증가하고 있지만 전달되는 데이터를 보면 기관별 서식이 조금씩 다를 뿐 반복적인 직업의 연속이다. 그래서 이의 효율적인 처리를 위해 많은 기업은 문서변환 시스템을 개발하거나 도입하여 활용하고 있다. 하지만 기존의 문서변환 시스템은 XML 문서변환을 중심으로 개발되고 있으나, 실제 수출입 업무처리 에서는 XML 뿐만 아니라 EDL 나 자체적인 파일형식으로 문서를 교환해야 하는 경유도 많다. :XML 을 중심으로 한 기존연구에서는 수작업에 의한 XML 스키마 연결의 비효율성을 해결하기 위하여 온톨로지를 이용하고 있다. 하지만 문서변환시스템의 특성상 한번에 완벽하게 온톨로지를 구축할 수가 없다. 그래서 문서변환시스템을 사용하는 사용자에 의해 온톨로지를 추가 수정 및 삭제할 수 있는 기능이 보완되어야 한다. 이에 본 논문은 수출입 문서변환업무에 사용할 수 있도록 XML 형식뿐만 아니라, EDI 형식이나 자체파일형식으로도 변환할 수 있는 범용적인 온톨로지기반 문서변환시스템을 구현하였다. 특히 온톨로지의 효과적인 관리를 위하여 문서변환시스템에 온톨로지 저작도구를 연동하여 시스템을 구성하였다.

The aim of this paper is to extend the TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) to the fuzzy environment for solving the disaster recovery priority decision problem in credit bureau business information system. In this paper, the rating of each information systems and the weight of each criterion are described by linguistic terms which can be expressed in trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. Then, a vertex method is proposed to calculate the distance between two trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. According to the concept of the TOPSIS, a closeness coefficient is defined to determine the ranking order of all information systems. The combination between the fuzzy set and TOPSIS brings several benefits when compared with other approaches, such that the fuzzy TOPSIS require few fuzzy judgements to parameterization, which contributes to the agility of the decision process, it does not limit the number of alternatives simultaneously evaluated, and it does not cause the ranking reversal problem when a new alternative is included in the evaluation process. This paper is demonstrated with a real case study of a credit rating agency involving 9 evaluation criteria and 9 credit bureau business information systems assessed by 6 evaluators, and provide the systematic disaster recovery framework for BCP(Business Continuity Planning) to practitioner. Finally, this paper show that the procedure of the proposed fuzzy TOPSIS method is well suited as a decision-making tool for the disaster recovery priority decision problem in credit bureau business information system.

The Records Centers' key institution is that ensure the continuity of custodys until records produced by the Office are transferred to the Archives. The transfer of records is the main works that the records center carries out annually. The introduction of the business management system in 2008 established electronic prodcuction and management of records. And Non-digital records have been registered and managed electronicallly on the system. This study analyzed the transfer procedure of non-digital records and the Transfer List between 2017 and 2019 by the Hamyang Office of Education Records Center. This study proposed improvement of transfer works by idnetifing and measuring the status of electronic management of non-digital records.

This study examined the method of making high-quality serial cadastral map with field surveying, the renewal and applications of serial cadastral map which is made for the application of notification of various topographical maps, and related legal and institutional contents. The results of the study are as follows. First, we suggested the way of modification that enables preexisting methods to connect with field surveying in order to improve utilizability of serial cadastral map that is not utilized properly. In addition, we came up with legal grounds from a current law, 'act on surveying watercourses survey and cadastre' for the modification. We also examined legal and institutional factors, the renewal and application of various notifications of topographical maps for efficient application, and the application of modified serial cadastral map for field surveying. Once the current cadastral map is modified based on the results of our study, it is possible that notification of topographical maps gets more accurate, and serial cadastral map can be used for field surveying. In addition, the modification can be utilized for a step-by-step strategy that reduces the existing cadastral map managed as 3 types into the cadastral map managed as 1 type.

본 연구는 건설현장 관리자를 대상으로 중대재해처벌법 인식이 건설업체의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 확인하는 것이다. 최근의 사회적 이슈가 되는 중대재해처벌법이 건설회사 이미지 실추, 경제적 손실 등의 간접적인 손실뿐만 아니라, 최고경영자에게 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 또한 건설업체에서 중대재해 발생시에는 중대재해처벌법에 의하여 최고경영자의 구속등으로 기업의 업무연속성에 영향을 미치는 사회재난이다. 건설현장을 운영하는 기업의 사업주에게 중대재해로부터 실질적인 대처방안이 필요하며, 대안으로 건설현장 관리자의 중대재해처벌법의 위험성에 대하여 인식을 강조하여, 건설현장에서의 관리자가 주체가 되어 중대재해를 예방하고, 기업의 연속성을 확보하는 것이 필요하다.

중대재해처벌법(이하 "동법" 병기) 시행 전후로 동법에 대응하기 위한 정부 지원과 학계 연구는 많이 진행되어 왔으나, 대부분은 사전 예방에 치중되어 재해 발생 이후 기업 운영상의 리스크 관리나 피해경감 등을 위한 연구가 부족하였다. 중대재해를 줄이기 위해서는 사전 예방이 우선이지만 재발방지 및 추가 피해 최소화 노력도 뒤따라야 한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 재난 및 업무중단성 사고에 대하여 예방, 대비, 대응 및 복구활동에 필요한 문서화된 관리체계를 규정하고 있는 재해경감활동관리체계(이하 "동 체계" 병기)를 활용하여 중대재해처벌법을 준수할 수 있는 방안을 연구하였다.
