It is required to be enhancement of competitiveness for specialty contractors' employees due to specialty contractors are in charge of the actual construction work. The effective educational program for specialty contractors' employees is essential to improve the work performance of them. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze level of work performance and find factors of core competence for specialty contractors' employees that can be utilized for development of effective educational program. The survey is based on CEO, Engineer and Manager in specialty contractors, and a questionnaire survey was performed to investigate the importance of job task, work load and degree of work difficulty as well as their core competence needs. The analysis result of this study can be utilized for development of effective educational program which is reflected the characteristics of specialty contractor's employees.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between job characteristics such as role conflict, workload, and self-efficacy, secondary traumatic stress(STS), and burnout of social-workers who are working with survivors of child abuse, spouse abuse and sexual assault. While burnout has been studied over two decades all over the world, secondary traumatic stress(STS) is a less familiar term in the field of social work. Studies explaining the relationship between job-demands, STS, and burnout for social workers working with violence victims lack integrative insights across agencies serving children and adults. Thus, we examine whether the relationships between change based on wheter the survivor is a child or an adult. Two hundred thirty three social workers in Korea who work with violence victims participated in the survey. The data were analyzed with Amos 7.0. Results indicate that STS plays a key role in explaining social worker burnout across the agencies, and Child Protective Service workers were found to have the highest STS symptoms. The pathways to social worker burnout proved to be different based on who you served. Theoretical and practical implications of these findings were discussed.

Along with the recent economic downturn, domestic construction companies have also faced with many difficulties and obstacles. To overcome this situations, now they are trying to continuous efforts to improve efficiency and productivity of project performance through many means including the reduction of fixed cost expenditures. Level of work performance of construction field managers is very important factor of productivity improvement for successive performance of construction project. This study attempts to analyse level and influence factors for work performance of field managers in construction companies through analysis of work burden and level of work performance. Also this study attempts to present basic data of the improvement directions for enhancing construction efficiency and productivity in future.

매년 20여명 정도의 경찰이 자살에 이르고 있다. 업무량이 많은 타 공무원에 비해서도 높은 수준이다. 경찰의 자살에는 여러 가지 원인이 있지만, 특히 조직의 폐쇄성으로 인해 개인문제로 치부하는 경향이 높다. 경찰의 치안환경은 더욱 안 좋아지고, 위험성에 노출될 확률이 과거에 비해 높아졌으며, 잔혹한 범죄를 마주해야 하는 상황이 많아짐에 따라 우울증이나 업무부담 등으로 인해 자살을 하게되는 경우를 볼 수 있다. 따라서 경찰의 자살을 예방하기 위해서는 심리부검을 도입하는 방안을 법적으로 검도하고, 자살유형들을 분석하여 그에 맞는 자살예방모형 개발하여 자살률을 감소시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색해보고자 한다.

This study examined the nurse's emotional exhaustion and influencing factors, and the relationship between emotional burnout and hospital nursing workload using multilevel logistic regression analysis. The study subjects were 3,083 nurses of 65 hospitals, who participated in the training conducted by the Healthcare Industry Trade Union in 2010 and responded to the questionnaire. First, 71.6% of nurses experienced emotional exhaustion, and the average score of emotional exhaustion was 33.53. Second, the 'non - nursing work experience' showed a significant effect on emotional exhaustion. Third, the 'sufficient nursing staff' variable increased the emotional exhaustion. Fourth, the nursing grades were correlated significantly with emotional exhaustion compared to those with more than four beds per nurse. Fifth, in the case of working in the internal ward, the shorter the clinical career, the higher the emotional exhaustion. In other words, higher emotional exhaustion was associated with more nursing work experience, more perceived insufficient nursing staff, more nurses per bed, the department of internal medicine, and a shorter clinical career.

Energy saving strategy for public housing is given a sizable portion in Land and Housing corporation. From this reason, the consumer's characteristics and energy consciousness of public housing dweller was derived from field survey for compare with sale housing residents characteristics. Utilities fees (e.g. gas and electric) for public housing residents was about 50 percent of sales housing dweller, but real energy consumption was accounting for 70% of sales housing residents in electric consumption. Among the respondents for public housing dweller up to 80 percentile of end-user comment that they have less demanding utilities fees. Given the major energy saving strategies, such as install EMS, make a teaching tool for children, sale housing residents is more proactive approach to participant energy saving strategies than public housing residents.

The present study was intended to measure the level of psychosocial stress and fatigue symptom according to the various characteristics such as sociodemographic, health-related, job-related, job stress factors, and psychosocial factors among nurses working at ward and operating room in university hospitals, and to reveal the relation between these factors and psychosocial stress and fatigue symptom. The self-administered questionnaires were given to 220 nurses working at ward, and 147 nurses working at operating room in 4 participating hospitals located in Daejeon City during the period from July 1st to Aug 31st, 2012. As a results, the factors related to the psychosocial stress of nurses working at ward were age, subjective health status, job career, satisfaction of work, fit to the job, job demand, job control, coworker support, self-esteem, locus of control, type A behavior pattern. In operating room, there were age, sleep hours, subjective health status, job career, physical burden of work, satisfaction of work, fit to the job, consider quitting the job, job demand, job control, type A behavior pattern. The factors related to the fatigue symptoms of nurses working at ward were age, leisure time, subjective health status, satisfaction of work, consider quitting the job, job demand, locus of control, type A behavior pattern. In operating room, there were age, subjective health status, physical burden of work, supervisor support, coworker support, locus of control. Based on the study results, we suggest that the factors related to psychosocial stress and fatigue symptom of nurses were different from working station. We need development and application of programs to keep under management psychosocial stress and fatigue symptom.

항만 물류 관련 업무처리의 효율화를 위해 EDI가 도입되고 활용되고 있으나 많은 문제점들이 야기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 EDI 활용실태를 실증적으로 조사하여 그 원인을 정확하게 분석함으로써 개선방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 조사결과 나타난 문제점들 중 중요한 내용을 살펴보면, 무역망과 물류망의 분리 운영, 항만 물류 관련 기관들 사이의 데이터베이스의 독립적 운영, 사용자시스템상의 문제 등이다. 이중에서도 사용자들에게 많은 부담을 주고있는 부분이 PORT-MIS EDI 사용자시스템인 것으로 판단되어 이에 대한 구체적 수준의 문제점 분석과 개선방안을 도출하여 제시하였다.

중소기업의 경우 ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) 시스템 구축은 비용부담 때문에 개별적인 구축이 용이하지 않다. 따라서, 본 연구는 중소기업들의 비용부담을 해소하기 위한 ASP (Application Service Provider) 기반의 ERP 시스템을 제시한다. 시스템 개발에 있어, 한국의 중소기업 업무 현실을 반영한 체계적인 구현에 주안을 두었으며, 또한, 리눅스 환경의 안정성에 대한 장점의 활용과 데이터의 보안성 확보에도 많은 노력을 기울였다. 제시한 시스템을 통해 향후, 중소업체의 의사결정 수준 제고 및 생산성 향상을 기대할 수 있다.

In order to maintain construction industry and to improve efficiency, the Korean government legislated private investment system. Private sector takes advantages by adopting CM (Construction Management) project system, however, public sector has relatively less capability and experience than private sector. In this paper, PSM (Partnership Support Management) is addressed in order to actively strengthen the project capabilities for public sector. PSM maintains existing CM project system because it is a concept of expended business model of CM. PSM needed to categorize the private participated project into 5 phases; project development phase, project announcement phase, project evaluation phase, project agreement phase and agreement changing phase. PSM business structure and business process considering stakeholder's interrelationship and participation are suggested in this research. Suggested PSM business model may not only increase a comprehensive understanding of government and project capability, but also may reduce work load and responsibilities for project momentum of private participation in infrastructure.
