Recently because of rising of international oil prices, plant industry market has been active and purchase orders of big project are tending upwards. For strengthening of overseas plant competitive power and successful project operating, it is essential the project management technology and method. but procurement management of plant industry has evaluated uncompetitive. In this study, we analyzed the process of procurement founded and main contents and information. we study flowing of procurement information. user and creation time though detailing procurement information, then, we suggest the Contents Classification System and Management Model of Procurement Information.

모바일 환경으로 업무 환경이 변화함에 따라 발생할 수 있는 요구사항인 탈 사무실화, 기기의 다양성, 실시간성을 만족하면서 보안성을 유지하기 위해 context aware RBAC 모델이 적용되고 있다. 하지만 기존의 상황인식 역할기반 접근제어 모델은 주변 사용자에 대한 고려가 없고 사용자의 단독적인 정보 유출이 가능하다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서 제안하고 있는 사용자간의 관계를 고려한 상황인식 역할기반 접근제어 모델에서는 기존의 기법에서 고려하지 않은 주변 사용자의 역할 및 관련된 사용자와의 관계를 고려하여 위치와 시간만으로 제어되지 않는 정보에 대한 유출을 방지한다. 이 모델을 적용할 경우 주변사용자의 권한에 의해 사용자의 권한이 통제되므로 문서에 대한 내부자의 편법적인 사용을 방지하는 것이 가능하고 실시간으로 문서에 대한 권한을 부여할 수 있다. 또한 문서에 대한 권한을 모두 부여할 경우와 동일한 업무 효율성을 가지면서 필요하지 않은 시간에 발생할 수 있는 보안 위협을 방지할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 구조설계, 철근배근시공도 작성, 골조 물량 산출, 3D BIM 모델 생성 등 기존에 독립된 업무로 수행되던 골조공사 관련 엔지니어링 업무를 통합 수행하는 골조공사 관리시스템 ConiForm을 개발하여 2차원 CAD로부터 3D 골조모델 생성하고, 3D 모델로부터 철근의 이음/정착/철근길이 등을 반영한 철근배근시공도 및 가공도 작성과 골조물량을 산출하여, 3D BIM 도구와의 연동함으로써 정밀 물량 및 견적을 자동 산출하고 건축모델과 구조모델 간 정보공유 및 통합 BIM 실현 등을 제시하고자한다.

This study is clarifying the relationship between domain and in-house design based on the perspective on organization and task of a design organization. Accordingly, the growth and expansion of organization requires a new strategy in respect of design sector and business domain. It is a guideline for developing advanced business domain and design management in the limited strategic system of design department to analyze relatively the structural model of design, and to seek for any feasibility of strategic application. And this study comes to be basic data for defining the relationship between domain and in-house design. Consequently, both of strategic design management to back up the task of design organization and the module to support the design planning should be flexibly systemized.

본 연구는 인터넷 기반의 정보시스템의 활용에 대한 성과 측정의 어려움으로 인한 문제를 성과 측정을 위한 도구로 이용도(Usage), 사용자만족(User Satisfaction)과 그 외 정보시스템 성과측정과 관련된 이론 및 모델을 바탕으로 연구모델을 설정하여 , 이용자의 특성과 조직의 지원이 인터넷 기반의 정보시스템 이용도와 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 그 요인을 실증적으로 탐색해보고자했다. 결과로서는 이용자특성과 조직의 지원이 인터넷 정보시스템의 이용도와 만족도에 유의한 영향을 주고, 이용도와 만족도는 업무성과에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 현재 인터넷 기반의 정보시스템을 활용하고 있거나, 향후 도입하려는 조직에게 효과적이고 적극적인 활용에 대한 방향을 제시한다.

본 논문은 선박검사기술협회가 한국해사재단으로부터 위탁받은 "도선업무에 적합한 도선선 모델개발"의 결과로 지난 4월 1일부터 10월 30일까지 총 7개월간 도선선의 적정 규모와 선형, 경제성 분석 및 도선사의 안전을 위한 각종 장비에 대해 연구한 결과이다. 이번 연구는 국내 해양물류의 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있는 도선사들의 안전과 효율적 도선선 운영에 대한 국내 최초의 연구로서의 의미와 향후 국내 특수 선박들에 대한 연구 필요성을 확인할 수 있었다.

오늘날 급변하는 경영환경에서 기업은 존속과 성장을 위해 기업 내외부에 걸친 경영혁신의 노력을 끊임없이 전개하고 있다. 특히 자동차부품산업의 제조자원계획 업무는 기업의 자본(Money), 인력(Man), 물자(Material), 설비(Machine) 등과 같은 중요한 경영자원을 활용하여 부가가치를 창출하는 업무이다. 본 논문은 국내의 자동차부품 기업을 대상으로 기존 자재소요 계획(MRPI) 업무를 AS-IS 분석에 따라 문제점을 찾아내어 타 업무와의 수평적인 통합에 의해 MRP 업무를 혁신적으로 개선할 수 있는 방안을 도출하고, 제조자원 계획의 관점에서 새로운 TO-BE 모델을 도출함으로써 자동차부품 기업의 수주-생산-자재간의 업무연계를 통하여 제조자원관리(MRPII) 업무를 개선하고자 하였다.

해상교통관제(VTS; Vessel Traffic Service)는 IMO RESOLUTION A.857(20) on Guidelines for Vessel Traffic Service와 해사안전법 제36조, 개항질서법 제 28조에 의거 해상운송에서의 위험을 감소하고 해상교통질서확립과 안전확보를 위하여 전세계 주요항만 및 수역에서 이용되고 있다. 최근 해상교통관제 분야에 인적요인을 도입하여 사고예방 및 감소를 도모하고 있으나 해상교통관제의 특수한 상황을 충분히 고려하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 해상교통관제와 해상교통관제사의 특수한 업무상황을 고려하여 직무를 분석하고 인간공학적 분석기법을 적용하여 사전해상상황인식을 위한 관제업무의 예측모듈을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 통하여 체계적인 관제업무 분석의 프레임을 제공하고 관제사들이 효율적으로 관제업무를 수행하도록 하기 위한 실무적 업무프로세스를 제시한다.

보안업무는 모든 군 업무를 최상위 수준에서 관할하는 업무이다. 하지만 지금까지 전산화를 이루지 못한 문제점을 갖고 있었다. 본 논문은 군 보안업무 전산화를 위해 개발 중인 보안업무 관리 시스템의 사용자 요구사항 분석과정을 다룬 것이다. 보안업무 관리 시스템의 요구사항 분석을 위해 객체 모델링의 쓰임새를 이용한 분석방법론을 적용하여, 사용자 요구사항 정의에서 시나리오 작성까지의 과정을 통해 적절히 요구사항을 분석함으로써, SMS의 시스템 모델을 제시하고 요구사항 분석에서 쓰임새 중심의 유효성을 증명하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate what fields of library cooperation system should be resolved and to find out a resolution. A survey are used for research method. The contents of survey is about operating performance and main obstacles of cooperation among other libraries. The results show that most of respondents estimated need of cooperation among libraries and operating performance of cooperation was poor. The system needs to be changed. The problems are insufficiency of budget and personnel. two different types of operating body, insufficiency of standard and committee for cooperation system, delayed speed of integrated retrieval system, limitation of sharing of information about users, insufficiency of user's and librarian's recognition of cooperation system. This study proposes improving method through developed model on cooperation system.
