As SNS has increased its influence on the society as a whole, companies also have started to consider how to take advantage of the new service paying specific attention to its characteristics of immediacy, sharability and interactivity. This study aims to circumstantiate the relationship between a task support tool of SNS and task-media fit, user characteristics and performance by focusing on its usage in work field. To address this issue, a Task-Technology Fit model is used to propose a research model considering the characteristics of SNS as a social element, information technology as well as its user characteristics. The outcome shows that job characteristics, virtual competence and media characteristics have a significant influence on task-media fit, whereas virtual competence and SNS characteristics variables have a significant influence on SNS usage. Besides, task-media fit has a significant influence on SNS usage and work performance while SNS usage has a significant influence on work performance. The study suggests that strategic use of SNS helps improve work performance and these individual characteristics should be considered in planning of SNS utilizing strategy.

It is required for enterprises to construct the proper information management system in order to cope with the volatile business situations. The mobile office system is introduced from the needs to provide organization members smart information and mobility. By setting the model, hence, we intend to scrutinize the impact of the task-technology fit model and organizational characteristics of the mobile office system on the job performance. As a result, system quality, information quality and mobility are revealed to affect positively the task-technology fitness and the fitness also affects the job performance positively. Organization characteristics affects the job performance positively through the task-technology fitness, too. Therefore the organization which plans to introduce the mobile office system should consider the task-technology fitness and exert organizational-level efforts to adopt and use the mobile office system in the workplace.

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing usage intention of social network service (SNS) in social enterprise. This model tests various theoretical research hypotheses relating the social enterprise, task-technology fit (TTF), technology acceptance model (TAM), and usage intention of SNS. The data were gathered from 84 questionnaire respondents. Smart partial least square (PLS) 2.0 have been utilized for deriving the study results. The result of hypothesis testing are as follows. First, TTF positively influence perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and usage intention of SNS. Second, perceived usefulness positively influence usage intention of SNS. But perceived ease of use does not influence usage intention of SNS. This study will provide theoretical and practical implications of TTF and usage intention of SNS in social enterprise.

본 연구는 판매원 개인적 요인 중 서비스 및 과업수행 경험기간을 고려하여 CRM의 기술도구인 영업자동화(Sales Force Automation: SFA이하)시스템을 받아들이는 판매원의 행동특성을 파악하고 그들은 어떤 일관된 신념과 데이터만족에 대한 과업기술적합성 그리고 사용행동을 보이는지 밝히고자 한다. 이는 고객과의 관계에서 실질적인 효과를 높일 수 있는 긍정적이고 적극적인 자세로 주도적인 판매 업무를 강화시키기 위한 것으로 판매원이 SFA 시스템 기술을 단순히 업무상으로 접근하는 것이 아니라 좀 더 효과적으로 기술을 수용하려면 판매원의 심리를 어떻게 파악해야하며 적절한 시스템에 적용 및 데이터 만족에 대한 과업기술적합성과 함께 유도하여 사용행동으로 이끌도록 하는데 의의가 있다.

출연기관 감사업무 효율화 방안은 네가지 측면에서 정리하여 볼 수 있다. 첫째, 법률적 측면에서 보면 감사원법에서 출연금은 감사대상에 포함되어 있어 출연기관은 감사제도를 운영하게 되어있다. 둘째, 정책적 측면에서 국회에 의한 국정감사는 연 1 회 총 20일간에 걸쳐 수행되므로 시간적 제약과 함께 지속성, 일관성 있는 적절한 감사가 이루어지기 어려운 측면이 있다. 셋째, 행정적 측면에서의 필요성은 일반적으로 이공계 연구개발 업무를 수행하고 있는 과학기술부 산하의 출연연구소는 정부기관이나 지방자치단체 또는 보조금 지원 기관과는 그 성격이 완연히 다른 연구기관임으로 연구생산성 제고에 적합한, 기관 특설에 맞는 자체 규정의 보완이 필요하다. 마지막으로 사회문화적으로 감사업무는 능률우선주의보다는 서류체계 및 규제중심으로 편향되기 쉬운 특성이 있어 이에 대한 개선방안 노력이 매우 중요하다. 출연기관의 감사기능은 내부.외부감사에 의하여 수행되고 있으나, 감사(監査)의 핵심적 기능은 역시 출연기관 자체의 감사(監事)에 의하여 수행되며 성격상 공정성(Fairness), 객관성(Objectivity), 신뢰성(Reliability)의 확보가 필수적이다. 출연기관 감사제도의 개선방향은 합법성, 합목적성을 근거로 기관운영의 효율성을 제고시키는데 초점을 맞춘 감사제도로 개선되어야한다. 감사조직체계의 개선, 전문 교육의 실시, 동일업무의 기준 마련, 상급기관과의 역할분담 정립 등으로 감사업무의 질적수준 및 효율성을 제고해야 한다. 감사평가제도는 그동안 실시된 사항이 없으므로 긍정적인 측면과 부정적인 측면이 공존하므로 평가제도의 도입 및 적용에 대해서는 보다 심층적인 검토가 필요하다. $[$감사조직의 평가요소$]$ ■ 투입요소측면 - 감사인력 - 장비 및 고정자산 - 예산(년도별) - 정보수집관리 - 조직운영방식 -전통 및 관습 - 관계법령, 규정, 감사업무지침 ■ 산출요소측면 - 감사운영 실적 - 감사보고 실적 - 감사제도 개선 및 자체개혁 실적 - 기관운영 효율화 기여도 - 기관의 연구성과 및 업적 향상 기여도 - 경영관리 고도화 기여도 등의 항목설정이 가능 출연기관 감사업무의 효율화 방안으로 감사제도 개선의 기본방향, 감사조직 및 인력운영의 개선, 감사업무 운영체계의 개선 등을 중심으로 발전방향을 제시하였다. 그러나 여기에서 제시된 개선방안들을 추진하기 위해서는 전문인력을 보강하고 상부체계에서의 수용이 요구되므로 출연기관 권역에서만으로의 힘으로는 한계가 있을 것이며 무엇보다도 감사제도 변화의 필요성과 미래지향적인 환경이 조성되어야 할 것이다.

기업의 효율적인 정보시스템 구축은 정보화 사회에서는 반드시 필요하다. 또한 기업의 성장 규모, 기업의 요구 사항. 기업의 보다 향상된 업무를 위해 시스템을 능동적으로 구현, 확장, 재구성되어야 한다. 이에 정보의 연계, 최신 정보의 효율적 관리를 이용한 구체화와 정보화를 유지할 수 있다. 이를 위하여 중소 업체에서는 한 번에 많은 투자를 해야되는 종합 정보화 시스템보다는 생산 관리, 인사 관리, 회계 관리 등 각각에 대한 정보화를 위해 가장 기본적인 프로그램들을 업체의 특성과 차별성을 고려하여 실용 업무에 보다 적합한 자동화 시스템구성의 필요성이 강조된다. 따라서 이들 시스템간에 서로 정보를 교환하고 의사결정을 하는 종합 관리 시스템을 구축하여야 하는데, 이를 위하여 기존에 개발된 영업관리, 생산 관리, 인사 관리, 회계관리 프로그램들을 통합하는 것이 새로운 시스템을 개발하는 것보다 경제적, 기능적 측면에서 매우 유리하다 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 (주)두양금속의 기존에 사용중인 영업관리, 생산 관리, 인사 관리. 회계 관리 시스템을 통합하고자 이미 구축된 시스템을 분석하고 각각의 독립된 업무를 연계하여 효율적인 정보 관리 시스템을 구축하는 것에 목적을 두고있다.

This study analyzed the moderating role of the suitability factors of corporate strategies and information system strategies targeting small and medium sized transportation companies in Korea. The analytical result has found that the suitable factors of corporate strategies and information system strategies play the moderating role in the ERP introduction factors and internal performance. In other words, the suitability factors of corporate strategies and information system strategies were analyzed to play the moderating role in support of CEOs, education/training, users' IT capabilities, standardization/formulation of business, infrastructure of information technologies, and internal performance. The result of this study based on the above analytical results has found that introduction performance will be maximized when ERP packages are introduced in the small and medium-sized transportation companies and corporate strategies properly harmonize with the introduction strategies of ERP packages in the companies.

IT기술의 변화에 따라 금융기관의 정보보호 또한 안정성을 보장하면서도 새로운 비즈니스모델에 적합한 보안대책이 요구되고 있다. 금융 어플리케이션의 보안은 정보의 기밀성, 무결성, 가용성을 만족하는 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있는 시스템과 네트워크, 그리고 보안사고에 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 내부 사용자에 대한 적절한 권한 부여와 접근통제가 요구되어진다. 정당한 사용자가 접근하여 발생하는 보안 문제, 즉 내부자에 의한 악의적인 행위나 오용, 실수 등에 의한 기업의 피해는 외부자에 의한 의도적인 공격보다 피해 규모가 크다. 따라서 정당한 사용자로 인증을 받았다고 할지라도 업무처리에 있어서 필요한 최소한의 권한만을 부여하는 것이 필요한 것이다. 이를 위해 금융기관에 적합한 접근통제가 필요하다. 역할기반 접근통제는 적용범위가 제한적인 강제적 접근통제와 분산된 보안관리로 중앙에서 통제가 어려운 자율적 접근통제의 단점을 보완하고, 실제 업무처리에 적합한 특성을 갖는다. 하지만 기존 역할기반 접근통제를 금융기관의 다양한 금융 어플리케이션에 적용하면 다음과 같은 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 첫째, 금융 어플리케이션에서 사용되는 역할 추출 및 관리가 어렵다. 둘째, 다양한 비즈니스모델이 원하는 직무분리가 복잡하고 어렵다. 셋째, 악의적인 내부 사용자가 역할을 변조하여 과도한 권한을 가질 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 역할기반 접근통제에 인사정보 연동을 통한 효율적인 역할 추출 및 분류방안과 역할관리, 직무분리의 세분화 그리고 역할의 안전한 관리를 위해 X.509기반의 권한관리 기반구조(PMI)를 이용한 권한관리 기술을 금융 어플리케이션 환경에 효율적으로 적용하는 방안을 제시한다.

This paper is aimed at investigating the influence of the fit between PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) driven mobile technology and tasks on performance. Our research motive was adopted from the burgeoning mobile technology which can be easily observed in modem management. Fit theory has been widely applied to proved the relationship between technology and tasks. However, there are few studies about the fit between mobile technology and tasks. A the advent of the IT, mobile technology started to affect individuals' lifestyle as well as the management style of firms. For the purpose of proving those hypotheses, we collected 173 questionnaires from 20 firms such as manufacturing industry, financial business, service company, telecommunication company which deem using the PDA technology for their management. We applied factor analysis and path analysis for our experiments Results revealed that the mobile technology holds a statistically significant fit with tasks and Individual characteristics.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the vendor suitability factor affects ERP introduction factors of domestic small and middle businesses and internal performance. When domestic firms introduce an ERP package, they mostly use the package already developed by ERP firms. Therefore, this study tried to analyze that the suitability factor of an ERP package supplier serves as a moderating role for ERP internal performance. The study result showed that the vendor suitability factor played a moderating role for ERP introduction factors and internal performance. In other words, the vendor suitability factor served a moderating role for four factors -CEO support, education/training, users' IT capability, and business standardization /formulation- and internal performance. But, it was analyzed that the vendor suitability factor didn't serve as a moderating role for IT infrastructure and internal performance.
