Naval ship design and related other activities can be characterized by the complexity of the interactions among products, activities, and disciplines. Such complexities often result in inferior designs, cost overrun, and late-delivery. Hence there exist tremendous interests in both improving the design process itself and optimizing the interactions among design activities. This paper looks at the complexity of designing naval ships thereby leading to the innovation of current ship design practices using design structure matrix. It can be used to induce the optimal ordering of design activities as well as identify sources of complexities. The method presented here identifies coupled design activities useful for reducing the complexity of naval ship design as well as optimally reordering design activities. This paper recommends the use of design structure matrix method suitable for numerically optimizing the concept design process of naval ship, and reducing cost and time required in designing naval ships by modeling and analyzing the design activities and engineering tasks, defined in systems engineering planning documents.

Due to the expansion of data and technical progress in the military industry, it is important to extract meaningful information for assuring quality and making policies. The analysis of trends and decision making based on big data is helpful for increasing productivity in business and finding new business opportunities. We propose an application to collect reliable quality information for munitions and build a big data platform for using the accumulated information and numerical data. We verified the proposed platform using the Test Report Information Service (TRIS) system and suggest a method that utilizes unstructured and semi-structured data accumulated by TRIS. Thus, we expect that the proposed platform will help in building infrastructure for military data, making efficient strategies, and analyzing trends for assuring munitions quality.

KISTI는 학술정보 데이터베이스 구축 및 서비스의 대표기관으로서 학회, 협회와의 지속적인 협력관계를 통하여 체계적인 정보화 인프라, 종합적인 학술정보 유통체제를 구축하고 있다. OCEAN은 학술정보의 효율적 관리, 편리한 검색 서비스 제공을 위하여 개발된 KISTI의 KSCD 통합관리시스템이다. 2007년 개발 이후, 정보기술 환경의 변화와 업무프로세스 개선 등을 고려하여 기존 시스템을 토대로 최신 프레임워크 도입, 데이터베이스 스키마 재설계 등 재개발의 필요성이 대두되었으며, 이에 현재 진행하고 있는 OCEAN 재개발의 주안점을 중심으로 KSCD 통합관리시스템 설계 및 구현 방향에 관하여 소개하고자 한다.

The Korea Customs Service is efficiently handling business with an electronic customs system that can effectively handle one-stop business. This is the case and a more effective method is needed. Import and export require HS Code (Harmonized System Code) for classification and tax rate application for all goods, and item classification that classifies the HS Code is a highly difficult task that requires specialized knowledge and experience and is an important part of customs clearance procedures. Therefore, this study uses various types of data information such as product name, product description, and product image in the item classification request form to learn and develop a deep learning model to reflect information well based on Multimodal representation learning. It is expected to reduce the burden of customs duties by classifying and recommending HS Codes and help with customs procedures by promptly classifying items.

오늘날 컴퓨터 기술과 통신 기술의 급속한 발전은 기업의 비즈니스 과정에서 발생 하는 정보의 공유와 이용을 통해, 경영혁신을 이루기 위한 새로운 정보화 시스템의 태동은 물론 기존 정보화 시스템의 또 다른 발전을 가져오고 있다. 그 중 21세기 산업정보화 전략 으로 요즈음 새롭게 등장한 CALS(Computer-acided Acquisition & Logistic Support)는 기 존의 정보화 시스템보다 광범위하고, 그 효과 또한 대단히 큰 정보화 시스템이라고 할 수 있다. CALS는 서류에 의존하는 기술정보의 생성 및 교환을 디지틀 정보로 생성, 교환하는 환경으로 전환하고, 업무처리 절차를 근본적으로 재구성해 개별적으로 자동화, 전산화된 체 계를 연계·통합시켜 디지틀 정보 교환체계를 구축하며, 통합 정보 데이터베이스를 구축해 관련기관과 관련업체간의 정보공유 환경을 실현함으로써 비즈니스 스피드의 향상, 고객 서 비스의 개선, 비용절감, 그리고 종합적인 품질향상 등을 도모하고자 하는 전략이다. 본 연구 에서는 CALS의 정의와 출현 배경 등을 살펴보고, CALS의 개념을 군수산업과 제조업 및 상 거래 등에 적용하여 보고자 하였으며, CALS 전략과 BPR을 비롯한 기타 정보기술 전략과의 개념적 관계를 고찰하여 보았다. 또한 CALS 개념의 도입과 적용에 관한 사례로서 크라이슬 러사와 보잉사의 개발 프로세스 리엔지니어링 사례를 분석하여 보았다. 그리고 CALS의 개 념을 성공적으로 도입하기 위한 주요 요인을 사례를 통하여 분석하였으며, CALS의 향후 발 전방향과 과제를 개괄적으로 연구하고자 하였다.

본 고는 2005년 4월 20일부터 28일까지 튀니지 튀니스에서 개최된 ITU-R WP9B 회의에서 논의되었던 HAPS 관련 간섭 및 공유 연구현황과 관련 기술에 대해서 제출된 기고서 및 회의 결과를 중심으로 살펴보고자 한다. 본 회의에 제출된 기고서의 주된 내용은 HAPS에서 고정업무(FS)로의 간섭평가 방법에 대하여 제안된 것으로, 여기에서FS는 RRS와 FWA 시스템을 포함한다. 본 간섭 연구에 대한 제안 배경과 제안 사항의 개요에 대해서 기술하고 간섭분석 모델과 그것에 대한 시뮬레이션 결과를 제시한다. 결론에서 향후 본 분야에 대한 우리나라의 대응방안에 대해서 기술한다.

Requirements management is one of the most essential activities of systems engineering in developing successful weapon systems. Particularly it is very important to consistently manage the traceability among the user requirements, the system requirements, the development specifications and the testing plans throughout the entire life cycle of the weapon system. However, the most part of requirements-related activities has centered around the functional and performance requirements but the integrated logistics support(ILS) requirement has not properly been managed. In this regard, a special attention is needed to develop and manage the ILS requirements. To do so, the ANSI/EIA-632 standard can be referred as a starting point since the ILS requirements of the weapon system under development are specified by the enabling products whereas the functional and performance requirements are covered by the end product requirements. Specifically, we first review and model several cases of previous weapon systems development, which reveals the problem of interest. Then, under the framework of ANSI/EIA-632, we study a hierarchical model for effectively managing ILS requirements by analyzing the features of ILS requirements. Finally, the value of the proposed model is discussed through the case study of electronic warfare equipment.

This study presents the information management item and the business process improvement plan managed all construction technique services of Design, Construction Supervision and Construction Management which is ordered and constracted by the public institution in the field of construction and business steps. In addition, it develped the Management System of Construction Technique Service Performances based on improved processes for the Public Agencies and Construction Service Director to register, review and approve the Service Performance Information. As a result, it would be help transparently managed Technical Engineer's work duplication status of Constuction Company, and checked online without having to submit Company performance data by providing objective and reliable information.

최근 정보기술의 급속한 발달 따라 사회 전반적인 체제의 정보화 현상으로 개인이나 조직의 활동이 정보와 밀접한 관련성을 가지게 됨으로써 이용자의 정보 수요에 적합한 정보원을 제공하는 매개자의 기능을 수행하고 있는 정보전문가의 역할이 한층 더 부각되고 있다. 이러한 영향이 도서관이나 정보센터의 모든 활동에 파급됨에 따라 정보를 수집, 가공, 분석. 저장 및 전달을 담당하고 있는 정보 전문가는 종래의 문헌중심봉사(book-based service)에서 정보중심봉사(information-based service) 형태로 역할 변환이 요구되고 있다. 특히 주제전문 봉사를 담당하고 있는 사서나 정보전문가는 이러한 정보기술의 파급효과를 더욱 실감하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구는 첫째, 정보기술의 발달이 사회과학 분야의 정보봉사에 미치는 영향과 효과를 살펴보고. 둘째로 사회과학 분야 정보제공을 위한 정보시스템의 특성 분석과 정보기술을 매체로 이용하고 있는 정보전문가의 정보기술에 대한 인식을 실증적으로 분석하고 있으며, 마지막으로 정보사회에서 다양한 정보제공을 담당할 사회과학 정보전문가의 새로운 역할 모델을 제시하고 있다. 사회과학 분야의 정보제공을 효율적으로 수행하기 위한 정보시스템의 구축은 학제적 성을 지니고 있는 사회과학 전반에 대한 이해와 특성을 파악함으로써 가능하다. 사회과학의 연구대상은 인간 상호작용에 관한 지식의 전반적인 분야를 포괄하고 있어 많은 주제분야가 서로 중복되거나 상호 호환적인 성격을 지니고 있기에. 사회과학 정보시스템이 이용자의 정보요구에 만족을 주기 위해서는 이용자의 유형, 정보요구의 형태 및 그 해결방안에 일차적 관심을 가져야한다. 사회과학 분야의 정보유통 체제를 살펴보면, 대부분 통계자료나 단편적인 데이타로 시작되는 원자료가 사회과학자나 연구자에 의해 "지적 변환(intellectual transformation)" 과정을 거쳐 논문이나 저서 등과 같은 정형화된 문헌의 형태로 나타나게 된다. 정형화된 문헌이 다른 이용자의 요구에 효율적으로 이용되기 위하여 다시 "서지적 변형(bibliographic transformation)" 과정이 수반됨으로써 도서관이나 정보센터의 정보시스템에서 문헌검색이 가능하게 된다. 정보기술의 발달과 보급 이전에는 서지적 변형 단계에서 대부분 정보제공시스템의 역할이 종결되었으나, 최근 정보기술의 활용으로 서지적 변형 후 각종 정보자료의 색인과 초록 및 네트웍 화를 통한 자동화 과정이 이루어짐으로써 이용자의 정보요구에 최대의 만족을 제공할 수 있는 정보자료의 체계적인 분석과 효율적인 통제로 포괄적인 정보관리 차원으로 이전되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 사회과학 분야를 담당하고 있는 사서를 대상으로 실시한 설문조사에서 새로운 정보기술의 활용에 따른 정보전문가의 인지적 혹은 업무 적 변화가 매우 긍정적인 방향으로 뚜렷이 나타나고 있음을 알 수 있다. 정보기술을 이용하고 있는 대부분의 사서들은 정보기술이 그들의 정보봉사 업무를 쉽게, 빠르게. 그리고 정확하게 처리하고 있으며, 새로운 정보기술 습득에 호의적인 반응을 보이고 있다. 아울러 정보기술의 이용에 따른 추가적인 책임이나 의무가 수반되고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있으며, 정보기술이 정보전문가의 역할을 완전히 대체할 정도로 위협을 느끼고 있지는 않는 것으로 조사되고 있다. 종합적인 반응은 대부분의 사서들이 정보 봉사 업무에 정보기술의 활용을 매우 바람직한 것으로 보고 있으며. 이용자 요구를 극대화하기 위한 정보관리에 필수불가결 한 도구로 인식하고 있다. 과거의 유능한 사서나 정보전문가는 자관의 정보원에 대한 철저한 이해로 이용자의 요구에 봉사하는 것으로 간주되었으나, 현재 그리고 미래의 유능한 정보전문가는 자관은 물론 국가적 혹은 세계적인 정보원에 접근할 수 있는 정보원 관리 능력은 물론 정보기술의 활용과 이용자에 대한 교육적 능력을 동시에 지녀야 할 것으로 여겨진다. 이러한 관점에서 사회과학 분야의 정보제공을 담당하고 있는 정보전문가의 새로운 역할을 크게 이용자 보조 역할, 주제전문가 역할. 시스템 전문가 역할, 그리고 정보원 관리자 역할로 구분할 수 있다.
