  • 본 논문에서는 트위터를 기반으로 정서분석을 수행하여 사용자에게 제시해주는 시스템인 BEOLTONG을 제안한다. BEOLTONG은 최근에 주목 받기 시작해 많은 사람들이 사용하고 있는 트위터의 장점인 풍부한 데이터와 인적 네트워크를 정서분석에 활용하여 효과적인 정서분석을 수행하고, 그 결과를 그래프와 이미지 등을 사용하여 가시적으로 사용자에게 보여줌으로써 좀 더 직관적으로, 알기 쉽게 정서분석 결과를 보고 활용할 수 있도록 한다.

Research Trends of Korean Journalism and Communication Studies Using a Semantic Network Analysis (언어 네트워크 분석을 통해 살펴본 한국 언론학 분야 연구의 연구동향 분석)

  • This aim of this study is identify research trends and intellectual structure in the field of Korean journalism and communication studies. For this purpose, a semantic network analysis was employed to analyze keywords in the abstracts of published articles in the Korean Journal of Journalism and Communication Studies from 2005 to 2015. The results showed that "frame", "Twitter", "content analysis" and "social media" are among the most frequently used keywords in the abstracts during this period. With regards to degree and eigenvector centrality, "social capital", "trust" and "twitter" were among the highest. The findings of the periodic characteristics of research trends revealed that there are more studies that employ the traditional media effect theories including Uses and Gratification Theory, Agenda Setting Theory, and Framing Theory before the year of 2010 while those that focus on the specific new media such as smartphones and twitter after 2011. This study has implications in the sense that it can be used as guidelines for making a curriculum or establishing the research system for Korean journalism and communication studies in the future.

Semantic Network Analysis of Trends in Hyundai Motor's Corporate Cultural Marketing (언어 네트워크 분석을 통한 현대자동차의 기업 문화마케팅 변화 연구)

  • This study aims to figure out the progression of Hyundai motor's corporate cultural marketing by conducting semantic network analysis. Although the previous research has focused on conception, categorization, impact, and performance of cultural marketing, they hardly pay attention to changes in cultural marketing over time. To explore the identified gap, we collected 2,315 articles concerning Hyundai motor's cultural marketing on daily newspapers printed from 2001 to 2018. The 18-year time period was classified into four periods, and lists of words were extracted and analyzed by Korean language analysis program, Textom and social network analysis program, called 'UCINET'. The outcome of our analysis indicates that Hyundai Motor's cultural marketing has been developed from the strategy of merely increasing sales to the means of distinguishing their corporate and brand identity. In the early 2000s, the words 'customer', 'The Age of Great Paintings: Rembrandt and the 17th century Dutch paintings', and 'performances' were extracted with high frequency. It shows Hyundai Motor held performance-oriented events and provided benefits to specific consumer groups under the type of 'Cultural Promotion'. In addition, as the exhibition sponsored by Hyundai motor was reported in the media with high publicity effect, the concept of 'Cultural Support' is also emerged. In the late 2000s, the top exposures were 'Seoul Arts Center' and 'Seoul Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra'. Under the concept of 'Cultural Support', both organizations and cultural events were sponsored by Hyundai motor. Hyundai Motor has the tendency to cooperate with high profile parties who have already accomplished high publicities to attract social interests and issues. In the early 2010s, Hyundai Motor created cultural marketing brand and space ('Brilliant' and 'Hyundai Art Hall') that broadened the potential target groups, which represented both 'Cultural Support' and 'Cultural Enterprise'. In the middle and late of the 2010s, as shown by the high frequency of 'brand' and 'global', Hyundai Motor has focused on the global market and viewpoint has expanded to brand building focusing on the type of 'Cultural Enterprise'.

Research trends of archival information services using language network analysis (언어 네트워크 분석을 활용한 기록정보서비스 연구동향 분석)

  • This study aims to examine the meaning and category of archival information services and analyze its research results. To this end, the research scope of the archival information service was set by reviewing the definition, types, and subjects. A total of 183 journal articles were gathered, and content analysis was conducted in two stages. In addition to the overall research trend analysis based on quantitative indicators, an expanded content analysis and language network analysis were attempted using Node Excel. This study revealed that the archival information service research began in earnest after 2006 and that the user-centered paradigm is gradually being applied. However, limitations confirmed that the subject of discussion, research methods, and journals were biased, and expanding the horizon of future discussion was suggested.

  • 익명 네트워크 기술에 기반한 다크웹은 일반 표면웹보다 더 강화된 익명성을 제공한다. 최근 이 익명성을 악용하여 다수의 다크웹 사용자들이 다크웹 내에서 범죄 행위를 모의하는 행위가 꾸준히 발생하고 있다. 특히, 국내 다크웹 사용자들은 마약 유포를 위한 방법을 공유하거나 성착취물 유포 행위 등에 직간접적으로 가담하고 있다. 이와 같은 범죄 행위들은 수사 기관의 눈을 피해 현재까지도 계속해서 발생하고 있어 국내 다크웹 범죄 동향 파악의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 그러나 다크웹 특성상 범죄 행위를 논의하는 게시글을 수집하기가 어렵고, 다크웹 내에서의 언어 사용 특성에 대한 이해 부족으로 그동안 다크웹 사용자들이 어떤 내용의 범죄를 모의하는지 파악하기가 어려웠다. 본 논문에서는 국내 사용자들이 활동하는 다크웹 포럼들을 중심으로 사용자들의 언어 사용 특성을 연구하고, 이를 통해 다크웹에서 다뤄지는 범죄 유형들을 분석한다. 이를 위해, 자연어처리 기반의 분석 방법론을 적용하여 다크웹에서 공유되는 게시글을 수집하고 다크웹 사용자들의 은어와 특정 범죄군에서 선호되는 언어 특성을 파악한다. 특히 현재 다크웹 내에서 사용자들 사이에 관측되는 어휘들에 대한 기술통계 분석과 유의어 관계 분석을 수행하였고, 실제 다크웹 내에서 사용자들이 어떠한 범죄에 관심이 많은지를 분석하였으며, 더 나아가 수사의 효율성을 증대시키기 위한 소셜미디어, URL 인용 빈도에 대한 연구를 진행하였다.

  • 본 연구는 최근 고등학교기관(대학)의 평가에서 가장 중심 단어가 되고 있는 있는 '핵심역량' 관련 최근 연구들의 주요 키워드들과 그들간의 네트워크를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 2011년부터 2020년까지(최근 10년간)의 '대학 핵심역량' 관련 등재지(등재 후보지 포함)에 발표된 총 176건의 관련 연구물들을 언어 네트워크 분석 방법론을 활용하여, 주요 키워드 추출 및 워드클라우드 제시, 주요 핵심어들 간의 관계성(의미망 네트워크) 분석 등을 진행하고자 한다. 이와 같은 연구 결과는 관련 학자들이 연구를 진행할 때, 대학 관계자가 학교단위 교육활동 계획 기획 및 평가활동을 할 때 매우 중요한 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

Hypernetwork-based Natural Language Sentence Generation by Word Relation Pattern Learning (단어 간 관계 패턴 학습을 통한 하이퍼네트워크 기반 자연 언어 문장 생성)

  • We introduce a natural language sentence generation (NLG) method based on learning of word-association patterns. Existing NLG methods assume the inherent grammar rules or use template based method. Contrary to the existing NLG methods, the presented method learns the words-association patterns using only the co-occurrence of words without additional information such as tagging. We employ the hypernetwork method to analyze and represent the words-association patterns. As training going on, the model complexity is increased. After completing each training phase, natural language sentences are generated using the learned hyperedges. The number of grammatically plausible sentences increases after each training phase. We confirm that the proposed method has a potential for learning grammatical properties of training corpuses by comparing the diversity of grammatical rules of training corpuses and the generated sentences.

Research Trends in Global Cruise Industry Using Keyword Network Analysis (키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 세계 크루즈산업 연구동향)

  • This article aims to explore and discuss research trends in global cruise industry using keyword network analysis. We visualize keyword networks in each of four groups of 1982-1999, 2000-2004, 2005-2009, 2010-2014 based on the top 20 keyword nodes' degree centrality and betweenness centrality which are selected among four centrality measurements, comparing them with frequency order. The article shows that keyword frequency collected from 240 articles published in international journals is subject to Zipf's law and nodes degree distribution also exhibits power law. We try to find out research trends in global cruise industry to change some important keywords diachronically, visualizing several networks focusing on the top two keywords, cruise and tourism, belonging to all the four year groups, with high degree and betweenness centrality values. Interestingly enough, a new node, China, connecting the top most keywords, appears in the most recent period of 2010-2014 when China has emerged as one of the rapid development countries in global cruise industry. Therefore keyword network analysis used in this article will be useful to understand research trends in global cruise industry because of increase and decrease of numbers of network types in different year groups and the visual connection between important nodes in giant components.

  • This paper aims to provide strategic suggestions by analyzing technology trends related to big data, IoT, and artificial intelligence. To this end, analysis was performed using the 2018 national R&D information, and major basic analysis and language network analysis were performed. As a result of the analysis, research and development related to big data, IoT, and artificial intelligence are being conducted by focusing on the basic and development stages, and it was found that universities and SMEs have a high proportion. In addition, as a result of the language network analysis, it is judged that the related fields are mainly research for use in the smart farm and healthcare fields. Based on these research results, first, big data is essential to use artificial intelligence, and personal identification research should be conducted more actively. Second, they argued that full-cycle support is needed for technology commercialization, not simple R&D activities, and the need to expand application fields.
