올해 있을 농축산업의 대외 환경변화 중 가장 큰 요인으로 DDA의 연내 타결 가능성이 진단되고 있다. FTA 협상 또한 아세안, 캐나다, 일본과 진행중에 있으며, 최근 언론보도에 따르면 2월초부터 미국과도 협상이 개시될 것으로 밝히고 있는 가운데, 비교우위론에 바탕을 둔 재계 및 언론매체의 농축산업에 대한 시각이 많은 우려를 자아내고 있다. 이에 본 원고에서는 지난 1월 25일(수) 농촌경제연구원이 개최한 '농업전망 2006 : 세계 속의 한국농촌'에서 발표된 내용을 발췌 · 게재하여 향후 우리 농업 · 농촌에 상당한 영향을 줄 DDA 농업협상과 FTA의 최근 동향을 살펴보고자 한다. 지면관계상 전체내용을 싣지 못함을 양지하기 바란다.

This aim of this study is identify research trends and intellectual structure in the field of Korean journalism and communication studies. For this purpose, a semantic network analysis was employed to analyze keywords in the abstracts of published articles in the Korean Journal of Journalism and Communication Studies from 2005 to 2015. The results showed that "frame", "Twitter", "content analysis" and "social media" are among the most frequently used keywords in the abstracts during this period. With regards to degree and eigenvector centrality, "social capital", "trust" and "twitter" were among the highest. The findings of the periodic characteristics of research trends revealed that there are more studies that employ the traditional media effect theories including Uses and Gratification Theory, Agenda Setting Theory, and Framing Theory before the year of 2010 while those that focus on the specific new media such as smartphones and twitter after 2011. This study has implications in the sense that it can be used as guidelines for making a curriculum or establishing the research system for Korean journalism and communication studies in the future.

This study tried to empirically explore which issues related to the social service agency for public(as below SSA), that is, social perceptions were formed, by using mess media related to the SSA. This study is meaningful in that it identifies the overall social perception and trend of SSA through public opinion. In order to extract media trend data, the search used the big data analysis system, Textom, to collect data from the representative portals Naver News and Daum News. The collected texts were 1,299 in 2020 and 1,410 in 2021, for a total of 2,709. As a result of the analysis, first, the most derived words in relation to the frequency of text appearance were 'SSA', 'establishment', and 'operation'. Second, as a result of the N-gram analysis, the pairs of words directly related to the SSA 'SSA and public', 'SSA and opening', 'SSA and launch', and 'SSA and Department Director', 'SSA and Staff', 'SSA and Caregiver' etc. Third, in the results of TF-IDF analysis and word network analysis, similar to the word occurrence frequency and N-gram results, 'establishment', 'operation', 'public', 'launch', 'provided', 'opened', ' 'Holding' and 'Care' were derived. Based on the above analysis results, it was suggested to strengthen the emergency care support group, to commercialize it in detail, and to stabilize jobs.

최근 국내에서도 전자담배 이용자 수가 늘면서 사업장 금연지도자 보건관리자들로부터 전자담배와 관련한 문의를 부쩍 많이 받고 있다. 필자는 2009년 전자담배 안전실태조사에 전문가 자문을 맡아 참여하였는데, 현 삼성병원 산업의학과 그 연구진행 과정을 대한금연학회에 발표하였고 작년 12월 '전자담배 현황과 대책' 심포지엄에서 주제발표를 하여 전자담배의 안전성과 정부의 관리체계에 대한 문제점을 지적한 바 있다. 올해 전자담배에 대한 언론이 더욱 증폭되고 있는 상황에서 정부관련 부처에서도 전자담배의 관리방안에 대한 연구용역을 추진하고 있는 상황이다. 여기서는 사업장의 금언지도자 보건관리자들에게 전자담배 논란에 적절하게 대응할 수 있는 근거 있는 자료를 제공하기 위해 전자담배와 관련한 국내 외의 최근 연구동향과 성과들에 대해 체계적으로 살펴보았다.

최근 스마트폰 이용자의 급증에 따라 고객의 편의성을 고려한 스마트폰 전자금융서비스가 다량 출시되고 해마다 그 이용자수가 급증하고 있다. 한편, 스마트폰에서의 보안위협이 언론에 대두되면서 금융당국은 2010년부터 꾸준히 스마트폰 전자금융서비스를 보호하기위한 대책마련을 추진하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 최근 스마트폰 뱅킹 서비스 보안에서 이슈가 되고 있는 뱅킹 앱 위 변조 위협요소를 정리하고 이에 대응할 수 있는 보안기술 동향에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

군사용 목적으로 개발된 드론(drone)이 오픈소스로 시장을 형성하면서 급성장하여 우체국의 택배 시스템에 적용을 한다는 발표[10]를 보면 국가 신성장 동력으로 발전 가능성에 대하여 기대하고 있는 실정이다. 언론과 산업계에서 드론이 모든 것을 대체할 것이라고 인식되면서 기술의 한계점은 흐려지고 있다. 세계 시장에서는 중국의 DJI를 선두로 급속히 성장하고 있지만 규제 목소리 또한 만만치 않은 실정이다. 플랫폼 기업인 구글이나 페이스북 아마존 등에서는 드론을 적용[3]하기 시작하였지만 넘어야 할 산은 많은 것이 현실이다. 이러한 드론 기술의 수준과 해결 과제를 살펴보고 드론이란 무엇이며 국내외 동향을 살펴본다.
