This study is foundation study to understand the Location and the composition of Joseon Royal Tombs, the purpose is to bring light on the types of Sinro Eoro in Joseon Royal Tombs. The type was grouped into Regular type and Irregular type by relations with the approach way, Hongsalmun and Jeongjagak, and the Irregular type was grouped into Curved type and Divided type. The making pattern of Sinro Eoro was divided into three period, the former period, the transition period and the latter period, by the length and the Irregular type. The Regular type was affected by the length of Geonwonreung's Sinro Eoro as the minimum standard in the former period. The result of examining the Irregular type's present condition in Jeongreung, Hyeonreung, Mokreung, Jangreung and Yeongreung, narrow topograph and the waterway were important factors to decide the type. In other words, the type of Irregular Sinro Eoro was constructed by a topography and a waterway in the length of Geonwonreung's Sinro Eoro as the minimum standard.

현재 연근해 어선에는 정격하중 1∼2톤의 크레인이 주로 보급, 설치되고 있는데, 이들 어선에서 사용하는 크레인은 안정성이나 동적 특성에 관한 조사, 분석이 거의 없어 크레인을 이용한 어로작업시에 많은 위험이 수반되고 있다. 따라서, 연근해에서 사용되고 있는 크레인의 진동저감 대책과 안정적이고 효율적인 사용을 위해서는 크레인의 동적응답 특성에 대한 규명이 필요하고, 또한, 향후 어로 크레인의 사용을 활성화시켜 어로작업의 효율화와 노동력 절감을 모색하기 위한 연구가 절실히 요구된다. (중략)

서 언 저자들은 1995년 12월부터 2개년간에 걸쳐 농림수산부가 지원하는 농수산 첨단 연구 과제로서 “안강망 어로 시스템 자동화에 관한 연구 개발을 수행하였다. 이 해설에서는 상기 연구의 초기 단계에 저자들의 조사한 안강망 어선 어로 시스템의 현황과 개선점에 대하여 기술함으로써 향후 안강망어업 관련 연구의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

어선의 해양사고 중 가장 많이 발생하는 충돌사고의 경우 선박 운항자의 졸음 등의 이유로 경계를 소홀이 하여 발생하는 경우와 어로 작업 중 접근하고 있는 상대선을 발견하고도 어로 작업 특성상 조종성능이 극도로 제한되어 적절한 피항 동작을 하지 못하여 발생한 경우가 대부분이며 이는 성어기의 어선 조업 특성상 선박의 조종업무를 수행할 수 있는 선장의 업무과중에 의한 피로누적과 어로 작업 특성상의 조종성능제한에 의해 기인한 것으로 판단되어 동해지방해양안전심판원 관할구역 내에서 주로 행해지는 자망, 채낚기, 기선저인망, 동해구 트롤어업의 조업 형태에 따른 어선 선원의 작업 여건과 각 어업별 어로 작업 중인 선박의 운항 성능에 대해 알아보고 충돌사고 방지를 위한 대책을 제안하고자 한다.

교통안전특정해역 내 통항선박과 어로에 종사하는 선박간의 충돌 위험성이 높아, 해상교통관제사 및 항해사에게 많은 위험부담이 있으므로, 인명 및 충돌사고를 미연에 방지하기 위하여 해사안전법상 교통안전특정해역 안에서의 항로지정제도를 시행하는 구역에서 지방해양수산청과 지방해경서 간의 어로행위 단속 주체를 관련법령을 통해 명확히 하고자 한다.

Peer­to­peer(P2P) 네트워크를 구성하는 각 피어는 서로 다른 네트워크대역폭, 업로드속도, 컴퓨터성능을 가지므로 미디어 요청피어가 특정 피어로부터만 데이터를 받는 경우엔 사용자 QoS를 만족시키지 못할 가능성이 높다. 또한 미디어데이터를 제한된 시간 내에 수신해야하는 스트리밍시스템에서는 여러 피어로부터 데이터를 수신하는 멀티소스스트리밍이 더욱 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 P2P 네트워크 환경에서 여러 피어로부터 미디어를 송수신하고 파일로 저장하는 멀티소스스트리밍시스템을 설계, 구현하였다. 그리고 스트리밍 중인 피어가 가진 미디어파일의 일부분을 전송하는 기법을 적용하여 비트 전송률과 동시 수요자 수를 증가시켰다.

현재 우리 나라 대부분의 소형어선에서 사용중인 어로시스템은 주기관의 회전력을 이용하는 사이드 드럼이지만, 이 시스템은 조작이 불편하고, 어로 작업을 하면서 동시에 시스템을 조작하고자 할 때에는 어선 승조원이 조작 레버가 설치된 장소로 이동하여 수동으로 조작해야 하는 불편이 있다. 이 문제의 개선을 위해 과거부터 많은 노력이 행해져 왔지만 결국 조업시스템을 기계화 하지 않으면 효율적인 어로 작업이 어렵기 때문에 최근에는 인력 절감형 어업기계장치에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다.(중략)

This study analyzes the content of YouTube channel "Cream Heroes" dealing pet(cat) produced in South Korea currently. Due to the advance of science and technology in the 21 century, the commons are able to independently upload their own content after filming videos, and it is called One Person Media. Unlike existing One Person Media that contains provocative and violent factors, "Cream Heroes" is sound content that shows various features of cats. Specifically, this study explores how and why "Cream Heroes" is popular via content analysis. Throughout this, it studies not only the trait of popular YouTube channel, but also proposes the proper environment of One Person Media.

애니메이션 영웅 캐릭터는 캐릭터의 한 카테고리로서 캐릭터 특유의 특징과 함께 전통적 이데올로기를 암묵적으로 전달하고 있다. 이들 애니메이션 영웅이 전달하는 전통적 메시지는 문화적 개성에 대한 심벌을 재해석하여 관객들에게 전통문화가 거부감없이 쉽게 받아들여지도록 하는 것이다. 애니메이션 <백사(White Snake, 2019)>는 중국에서 잘 알려진 백소정과 허선의 사랑이야기를 소재로 한것으로서 전통사상과 전통의상을 살리면서도 스토리텔링과 이미지 컨셉, 애니메이팅등의 시각적 요소들을 글로벌한 공감대를 얻을 수 있도록 노력한 흔적들을 보여주고 있다. 본문에서는 동양 애니메이션에서의 히어로 캐릭터와 디즈니 캐릭터 간의 차이점과 그 가치를 애니메이션<백사>를 통해 분석해보고 이를 통해 애니메이션 창작에 미치는 영향과 역할을 도출해보려 하였다.
