Fault Detection of Ceramic Imaging using Mininimum Filter (최소값 필터를 이용한 세라믹 영상에서의 결함 영역 검출)

  • 본 논문에서는 세라믹 영상에서 사람의 눈으로 판단하기 어려운 결함 영역을 검출하기 위해 배경을 제거한 후에 지역 기반 오츠 이진화와 양방향 소벨 마스크를 적용하여 세라믹 영상의 윤곽선을 검출한다. 윤곽선이 검출된 영상을 수평으로 4등분하고, 각각의 영역에서 밝기 값이 변화는 지점을 탐색한다. 탐색된 좌표 중에서 최대 명암도 값을 이용하여 ROI 영역을 추출한다. 결함 영역 검출의 효율성을 높이기 위한 전 단계로 배경을 제거하기 위해 ROI 영역과 최소값 필터가 적용된 ROI 영역 간의 명암도의 차이를 이용하여 배경을 제거한다. 명암도의 차이를 통해 배경이 제거된 ROI 영역에서 개선된 명암 대비 스트레칭 기법을 적용하여 ROI 영역의 명암 대비를 강조한다. 명암이 강조된 ROI 영역에서 10mm, 11mm, 16mm, 22mm 영상의 결함 영역을 검출하기 위해 히스토그램 이진화 기법을 적용하여 결함의 후보 영역을 추출한다. 결함 후보 영역이 검출된 ROI 영역에서 미세 잡음을 제거하기 위해 중간값 필터와 침식과 팽창을 적용한 후에 최종적인 결함 영역을 검출한다. 제안된 방법을 8mm, 10mm, 11mm, 16mm, 22mm 세라믹 영상을 대상으로 실험한 결과, 제안된 검출 방법이 기존의 검출 방법보다 모든 mm 세라믹 영상에서 효과적으로 결함 영역이 검출되는 것을 확인하였다.

  • 취수원에서 정수장과 배수지를 거쳐 수용가에 이르기까지 공급되는 급수량을 결정하는데 있어 각 수용가별 물 사용 패턴은 수요량을 예측하여 취수량을 결정하는데 있어 매우 중요한 지표이다. 생활용수 추정은 용도별(가정용, 상업용, 공업용 등)로 분류하여 경향성이 나타날 수 있도록 과거 사용실적을 바탕으로 장래 용도별 사용량을 추정한다. 이는 경험을 바탕으로 한 것으로 일반적으로 시계열 모형을 이용하는데 수요예측의 실패 가능성이 높으며 효율적인 방법이라 할 수 없다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근 통신기술의 발달로 양방향 통신이 가능한 AMI(Advanced Metering Infrastructure, 원격검침인프라)센서를 영종도 112블록의 528개의 수용가에 설치하였다. AMI는 스마트 미터에서 측정한 데이터를 원격 검침기를 통해 물 사용량을 자동으로 계측할 수 있다. AMI 데이터를 이용하여 영종도 112블록의 운북동과 운서동의 각 용도별, 요일별, 그리고 도심지와 농가의 실시간 물 사용 패턴을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 운북동과 운서동의 물 사용 패턴은 비슷한 경향을 보이는 것으로 보이나 도시화된 운서동에 비해 운북동의 물사용량이 상대적으로 적고 첨두사용량의 발생시간 또한 빠른 것으로 나타났다. 또한 가정용과 공공용의 경우 시간별 물 사용량이 요일에 따라 일정한 경향이 있으나 상업용과 공업용은 일정한 사용량을 보였다. 향후 112블록의 관망해석에 실시간 물사용 패턴을 적용하여 효율적으로 급수량 결정을 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

  • Marine deposition waste threatens the book ecosystem and causes a decrease in catch due to ghost fishing, causing damage of about 370 billion won per year. In order to collect this, a current status survey is conducted using two-way ultrasonic detectors, diving, and lifting frames. However, the scope of the investigation is small to investigate a lot of sedimentary waste, and there is a possibility of causing casualties. This paper deals with the implementation of a high-accuracy marine deposition detection AI model by learning the coastal sediment image data of AI-Hub using the YOLOv5 algorithm suitable for real-time object detection.

  • In an on-demand economy that provides products and services immediately in response to consumer needs, consumers have a significant influence on pricing. In the travel-related fields, service providers are also making great efforts to reflect the needs of consumers and provide better services. In this paper, unlike many travel-related service platforms where sellers unilaterally determine prices, we propose a reverse auction-based service platform method in which consumers propose travel-related services and prices. The proposed matching service platform is expected to be able to provide two-way services differentiated from existing standardized travel-related services by analyzing the needs of various consumers and reflecting the collected response data.

  • The prompt and accurate location determination of the nodes of the wireless indoor shipboard networks is crucial to forming the stable wireless shipboard sensor networks. To this end in this paper it can be achieved through the measurement of the bi-directional channel qualities among the nodes after the locations of the sensor nodes temporarily placed. For the 1st stage the piconet-type sensor networks are considered to measure the channel qualities between a specific node and the cluster node which is the master node. After finishing the 1st stage measurement the nodes needing the relay nodes are selected and the measurement action goes into the 2nd stage. In the 2nd stage the measurement between a candidate relay node and the node needing a relay node starts to begin. After the 2nd stage the relay nodes to connect to the cluster node are fixed and the information delivery paths between a node and the cluster head are established. In this paper the measurement results in the realistic environment are gathered and analysed to show that the measurement procedure can be applied in the wireless indoor shipboard networks.

  • In this paper, a smart meter applying the international communication protocols has been developed. A smart meter requires communication protocols for two-way communication and control technology, registration and deregistration of electronic devices between electric power suppliers to exchange data. Standardization for communication protocols of a smart meter has been proceeding both in the US and Europe. The smart meter developed in this paper applied ANSI C12.22 as a communication protocol which is a north american standard. A smart meter should also provide the electric consuming information and electricity charge information to the customer in real time. Thus, the customer can behave the demand response based on this information. In this paper, the measured electricity from the smart meter is reported to the customer, and IHD(In Home Display) implemented with the windows software presents the reported real time data.

  • Next-generation ITS(Intelligent Transportation System) adopts WAVE(Wireless Access in Vehicular Environment) system which is capable of the bidirectional communication system in vehicular environments. u-Transportation system adopted WAVE communications system to show the optimal performance in terms of various services with regard to vehicle safety and traffic. In this paper, we introduce testbed of ubiquitous-Transportation system and its service. Then, we describe WAVE system for supporting next-generation ITS service. Also, we carried out tests in real road environments in order to verify communication functions of WAVE systems and its performance. We confirmed that our communication systems for supporting services meet the communication performance.

  • DSRC provides high speed radio link between Road Side Equipment and On-Board Equipment within the narrow communication area. In this paper, a 5.8 GHz up-conversion mixer for DSRC communication system was designed and fabricated using 0.8 m SiGe HBT process technology and IF/LO/RF matching circuits, IF/LO input balun circuits, and RP output balun circuit were all integrated on chip. The chip size of fabricated mixer was $2.7mm\times1.6mm$ and the measured performance was 3.5 dB conversion gain, -12.5 dBm output IP3, 42 dB LO to If isolation, 38 dB LO to RF isolation, current consumption of 29 mA for 3.0 V supply voltage.

  • 본 논문은 근거리무선통신을 포함한 위치서비스를 위한 무선통신응용분야에 적용될 수 있는 고신뢰 고정밀 무선위치인식기술 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 위치인식방법은 양방향통신을 통해 추정된 무선태그의 신호세기 및 시간차를 측정된 거리정보를 바탕으로 상대적 위치에 대한 확률적 계산을 수행하게 되며, 측정데이터의 부정확성으로 인한 위치측정의 오차를 줄일 수 있다. 또한 제안된 고신뢰 무선측위 코아 스택을 근거리무선네트워크 형성이 가능한 2.4 GHz ISM 협대역 밴드의 ZigBee 무선비콘 및 무선태그 디바이스들에 탑재하고 실증시험을 위하여 스마트 홈 실내 환경 아래에서 $1m\;{\times}\;1m$ 의 위치인지를 가능케 하는 위치인식시스템을 구현한다.

  • This Paper presents the real time things control method through Web browser that has no limited by time and place. To design and realize the system that not only makes it possible to communicate with other protocols but also reinforces the advantages of each protocol, the real time communication environment, based on the WebSocket technology of HTML5 whose international standardization has recently been completed, is realized. Also, the message communication environment in the low electricity and limited communication environment is realized using MQTT(Message Queue Telemetry Transport) protocol which is in the spotlight as the optimum protocol in the IoT environment. And by designing intuitive and simple hardware and realizing the responsive web interface which is not limited by the user's contact devices, the interactive system in which the user receives real time data from the hardware and reversely the user controls the things is designed and realized.
