현 의류 섬유산업의 트렌드는 친환경, 무공해, 인체친화, 고감성, 고급스러움 등을 표현할 수 있는 제품으로의 전환이 이루어지고 있으며, 최근 부드럽고, 편안하고, 모던한 특징 및 내추럴한 느낌을 나타내는 천연섬유에 대한 요구가 더욱 늘어나고 있다. 양모 섬유는 천염섬유 중 많은 비중을 차지하고 있는 단백질 섬유로서, 이를 이용한 다양한 직물과 의류제품은 국내외적으로 유명 브랜드 바이어와 지속적으로 내수와 수출이 이루어지는 대표적 섬유이다. 그러나 양모 소재에 특유의 구조와 형태로 소재간 섬도차로 인해 고급섬유에의 복합시 물리적, 감성적 이질감으로 상품화가 제한되고 있으며, 소비자 및 바이어들은 기존 보다 더욱 부드러운 고급감의 양모소재를 선호하고 있다. 이에 천염섬유 중에서도 세섬도 생산의 한계가 있는 양모섬유에 대해 양모섬유의 끝단을 마이크로 분활화 및 세섬화를 가능하게 함으로서 새로운 고감성 및 고급감을 부여할 수 있을 것이며, 본 연구에서는 산 및 초음파 등의 물리화학적 분할 기술을 적용하여 부분적 피브릴화 세섬화된 양모소재에 대한 염가공 특성을 기존 양모소재와 비교 함으로서 개질 양모소재의 제품화 실용성 여부를 검토하였다.

Subjective sensorial experiment was executed with 43 subjects to find the relationships between the sensibility of jacket styles and the handle of wool fabrics. The handle and sensibility of wool fabrics were significantly different according to the wool types, and the handle was defined as two axis of Wild/Exquisite vs. Thin/Thick. The sensibility of jacket styles was different by the types of jacket styles, and the jackets were displayed in the 2D of Masculine/Feminine vs. Country/urban according to the factor analysis using 8 sensibility words. The best-appropriate jacket styles for each wool fabrics were converged into several jacket styles, and it was found that the wool fabrics were divided as for all-purpose or for specific-end usage. For the results of correspondence analysis of the matrix for the best-appropriate jacket style for each wool fabric, the jacket styles and wool fabrics together were grouped as 4: Striking and Yang, Striking and Yin, Plain and Yang, Plain and Yin.

양모용 완염형 균염제로 사용되는 triazine계 약제를 미리 전처리하고 고착시킨 후 일반 염색공정을 통해 One Tone이 아닌 자연스럽게 희끗희끗한 고급스러운 감성을 나타내는 Vintage 효과를 발현시킬 수 있다.

직물의 외관 품위는 직물의 촉각뿐만 아니라 시각적인 자극에 의해서 크게 결정된다. 견직물이나 양모직물의 광택 등 자연스러운 광학적 특성은 특히 구성 섬유의 특성이나 구성사의 구조, 직물 조직 등과 밀접한 관계가 있는데 그 중 섬유단면형태가 가장 중요한 인자라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 단면형상에 따른 직물의 외관 감성 특히 시각특성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 직물의 광택도를 측정하였다. 그 결과 섬유 단면의 요철이 많으면 광택도가 감소하면 섬유단면이 매끈한 부분이 많은 섬유는 광택도가 증가하였다. 그러나 이섬도 혼섬단면사로 구성된 직물은 광택이 우수하면서 은은함을 부여해주었다.

Fabric hand and sensibility must be studied together with the apparel sensibility. This study included 8 wool fabrics and 10 jacket styles to execute experiment their subjective sensibility and to look for the effects of subject's experiences. The wool sensibility changes not with the wool type but also with their appropriate jacket styles. Expert designers evaluated some of the wool and jacket sensibility differently from students did.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of structural properties of plain knit fabrics on the subjective textures and sensibilities of consumers. We investigated the relationship of subjective textures and sensibilities according to fiber contents of wool/rayon and stitch loop length. We made 20 plain knit fabrics, as specimens, with a combination of 5 kinds of fiber contents and 4 kinds of stitch loop length. A factor analysis showed that subjective textures are classified into 3 categories with $R^2=70.32\%$: 'surface-rough', 'drapable', 'bulky' and 'elastic' and subjective sensibilities into 3 categories with $R^2=68.12\%$: 'stable/neat', 'feminine/elegant' and 'natural/comfortable'. The fiber contents of wool/rayon had a positive and linear relation with 'surface-rough', but had a relatively non-linear one with 'bulky' and 'elastic' categories of textures, and 'feminine/elegant' of sensibilities. The stitch loop length had a linear influence on 'drapable' and 'stable/neat', but had a non-linear influence on other subjective textures and sensibilities.

본 연구의 목적은 20대 표준체형 여성을 대상으로 하여, 소재에 따른 플레어 스커트의 실제착의와 가상착의에 따른 시각적 이미지를 비교 분석하고, 시각적 이미지와 역학적 특성간의 상관관계를 분석하는 데에 있다. 본 연구는 드레이프 특성이 확연히 다른 5종류의 소재를 사용하였다. 실험에 사용되어진 플레어 스커트의 실제착의와 가상착의의 이미지는 사진으로 제공되었으며, 피설문자는 20대의 의류학 전공의 여성이었다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS Ver.12.0 프로그램을 사용하여 통계 처리하였으며, 연구 문제별로 요인분석, 일원변량분석(One way ANOVA), T 검정(t-test), 던컨테스트(Duncan test)를 실시하였다. 시각적 이미지에 대한 요인분석 결과 '드레이프성', '매력성', '신체 보정성', '부피감', '활동성' 의 총 5 가지 요인이 분석되었다. 시각적 이미지중 '부피감'의 경우 G, 무게, 두께와 같은 역학적 특성들과 밀접한 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 3차원 의복 시뮬레이션과 실제착의간의 시각적 이미지는 소재에 따라 유의한 차이점을 나타냈는데, 실크나 폴리에스터 소재와 면, 린넨, 양모소재간 이미지 차이는 소재의 무게와 두께에 따라 영향을 많이 받는 것으로 나타났다.
