At present, under the background of "One Belt and One Road", great achievements have been made in cultural confidence, overseas communication, education, and modernization of Chinese medicine. However, the overseas dissemination of Chinese medicine culture has not yet fulfilled the requirements of the Cultural Power Strategy and the historical mission of Chinese medicine. Challenges are still faced in the cultural theory of traditional Chinese medicine, overseas communication mechanisms, and translation of Chinese medicine terms. Therefore, Chinese medicine practitioners must firm their faith in culture and traditional Chinese medicine, disseminate the cultural theory of traditional Chinese medicine, exert the advantages of the media and improve its mechanism, and speed up cross-cultural language exchange and research. These efforts will innovate Chinese medicine culture, strengthen overseas exchange and cooperation as well as flourish traditional Chinese medicine overseas.

차멀미나 담배를 끊기위해 귓바퀴 가슴팍 등에 커다란 반창고를 붙이고 다니는 모습을 보게 되는데 이런 약을 패치약이라고 한다. 패치법은 구역질이나 토하는 환자에게 특히 유용하다. 패치약은 다공성의 얇은 막, 약물 ,접착제 및 라이너로 되어 있으며 현재 차멀미, 금연 이외도 남성호르몬, 마취, 고혈압 조정을 위한 패치약이 시판중이며 알콜중독, 신경통, 당뇨병환자들을 위한 패치약도 개발 중 이다.

생물학적동등성시험기준에 따라 플레록사신정 (Fleroxacin, 100 mg) 을 시험약으로 하고 메가로신정 100 mg을 대조약으로 하여 $2{\times}2$ 교차 시험법에 따라 건강한 성인 지원자 24명에게 3정 (fleroxacine, 300 mg/정) 씩을 경구투여한 후, 각 피험자들의 혈중 약물농도 데이터로부터 구한 혈중농도-시간곡선하면적 (AUCtmax.) 과 최고혈중농도 (Cmax) 등의 생체이용률 파라미터에 대해 통계학적으로 고찰하여 두 제제간의 생물학적동등성을 평가하였다. 혈중 약물농도는 HPLC/UV 검출기로 분석하다. 플레록사신정의 대조약과 시험약에 대한 동등성 여부를 종합적으로 판단하여 보면 생물학적동등성시험의 판단 기준인 2항목 (AUCt, Cmax) 에 대하여 두 가지 비교항목 중 AUCt 값의 경우 대조약은 $44.26{\pm}7.12{\mu}g{\cdot}hr/mL$, 시험약은 $4.11{\pm}1.63{\mu}g/mL$이며 두 약물의 로그변환한 평균치 차의 90% 신뢰구간은 log 0.9570 에서 log 1.0565 이다. Cmax 값의 경우 대조약은 $45.16{\pm}10.04{\mu}g{\cdot}hr/mL$, 시험약은 $3.78{\pm}1.01{\mu}g/mL$ 이며, 대조약과 시험약의 로그변환한 평균치 차의 90% 신뢰구간이 log 0.8369에서 log 1.0626 로서, AUCt 와 Cmax 두 항목 모두 log 0.8에서 log 1.25 이내이어야 한다는 생물학적동등성시험 기준을 충족시켰다. 이러한 결과들로부터, 시험약 플레록사신정 (Fleroxacin, 100mg)은 대조약인 메가로신정 100 mg 대하여 생물학적동등성의 판단 기준인 두 항목 AUCt와 Cmax에 있어서 생물학적으로 동등함을 알 수 있었다.

This study performed the systematic classification of the various types of riffles and analyzed their physical and hydraulic characteristics at the Hongcheon River and Seomjin River. The riffles are classified into the long type and the wide type by their ratio of length and width, and also classified into the convergent type and the divergent type by their width change along flow direction. They are also classified into the falling type, the running type, the undular wave and the undular jump by their surface profiles. The falling type and the running type usually occur near the cobbles with multiple diameters, whereas the undular wave and the undular jump occur near the small pebbles. They showed the upward convex type at the middle part, and the slope gets bigger at the downstream part.

본자료는 미국의 타이어 전문지인 「Modern Tire Dealer」에서 조사한, '82년도 미국의 타이어 산업 및 타이어시장 전반에 관한 실적분석이다. '82년도 미국 타이어업계의 수급실적을 보면, 승용차용타이어의 총출하량은 163백만본으로 '81년보다 약 1.9% 증가되었으나, 트럭ㆍ버스용 타이어에서는 전년대비 약 7.4% 감소되었을 뿐만 아니라, 최근기록이었던 80년도 실적보다도 하회하고 있다. 한편, 시장별로 보면 교환용타이어 시장에서는 승용차용은 130백만본으로 전년보다 약 5.7% 증가되었으나, 트럭ㆍ버스용은 전년보다 약 5.3% 감소되어 80년도의 최하수준과 같은 실적이다. 또한 신차용 시장에서는 승용차용과 트럭ㆍ버스용이 다같이 감소되었다. 본 논문은 초고속 통신망 구축의 핵인 ATM 교환기가 1998-2010년 동안에 국가에 미치는 효과를 경제적 가치와 비경제적 가치로 나누어 평가한 것이다. 경제적 가치는 낙관, 비관 및 중간의 3가지 시나리오에 입각하여 측정한 결과, 명시적 생산유발효과가 약 4조원∼약5조원, 타산업 생산성 증대 효과 등의 묵시적 경제효과는 약 4조원∼약 6조원에 달할 것으로 예상된다. 이에 따라 총 경제적 효과는 약 8조원∼약 11조원으로 추정되었다. 한편 비경제적 가치는 약 18조원∼약31조원에 이를 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 비경제적 효과가 경제적 효과보다 2배 이상 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이유는 ATM 교환기가 중간재 성격을 띄고 있는 기술이기 때문으로 평가된다. 이 결과는 소비재의 경우 경제적 가치가 비경제적 가치보다 크다는 민완기 외(2000)와 설성수 외(2000b)와 대비되는 것이다. 또한 1999년말 경제적 가치는 매우 작은 것으로 나타났는데 이는 시장상황변화에 따라 기술개발효과가 줄었기 때문이다. 이것은 기술예측의 중요성을 말해주고 있다.

전문의약품은 의약품안전사용서비스(DUR)를 이용하여 병원에서 처방받은 약에서 부작용이 나타났을 때 기록하고 다음에 약을 처방받을 때 부작용이 나타난 약과 비슷한 계열의 약은 처방받지 않는다. 하지만 일반의약품은 약 구매 기록조차 남지 않아 어떤 약을 언제 처방받았는지 모르고 부작용을 관리할 수 없어 불편함을 겪는다. 이 연구를 통해 제안하는 어플은 처방내역과 복약관리, 약 추천, 약국 찾기로 구성된다. 일반의약품을 처방받은 날짜와 시간, 증상, 효과, 부작용에 대하여 기록하며, 기록을 분석하여 증상에 대한 약을 추천함으로써 치료 효과를 높일 수 있다. 환자가 스스로 투약에 관심을 가지고 기록을 관리함으로써 환자가 주체가 되어 질병을 개선할 수 있다.

In this paper, we developed a system that could assist appropriate activities for medication compliancy of the elderly. It employs a proactive knowledge which is represented as XML templates predefined for their medication activities. The knowledge-based assistance depends on the contexts considerably, which the system can recognize by continuously monitoring the current position and the time-schedule for their medications. The monitoring can be performed with ultrasonic sensors and infrared sensors mounted in a display and a pillbox respectively. According to the recognized contexts, the medication activities required by the elderly can be serviced through user-friendly multimedia display. In special, our experiment evaluates that the developed system is able to enhance the medication compliancy of chronic disease patients.

Effects of isomaltooligosaccharides on the characteristics of yackwa were investigated. Yackwa was prepared by replacing honey with 0, 25, 50% isomoltooligosaccharide. Isomaltooligosaccharide decreased reducing sugar contents and increased crude fat contents of yackwa. The exterior color of yackwa prepared with isomoltooligosaccharide showed lighter, less reddish and yellowish. Addition of isomaltooligosaccharides made yackwa lighter, rougher, more brittle and softer as perceived by panels. Yackwa prepared by replacing honey with 25% isomaltooligosaccharide showed good acceptability. The acceptability was significantly correlated with hardness, aroma and greasiness. The textural characteristics including hardness, cohesiveness and gumminess were decreased by replacing honey with isomaltooligosaccharide.
