우리나라는 IMF 체제하의 경제악화로 기업의 구조조정이 가속화되어 근로자 감축으로 인한 작업강도가 오히려 증대되으나, 안전관리자 의무고용 완화, 기업규제완화에 관한 특별 조치법 시행 등 안전보건의 약화요인이 발생되어 사업장 내에서 사고발생 가능성이 높아졌으며, 또한 노동시장의 유연화에 따른 안전지식이 부족한 비정규 근로자의 증가로 인해 대형사고 위험성이 증대되고 있다.(중략)

소방공무원은 화재 진압 등 근무 중 다양한 사고에 노출되고 있으며, 이로 인해 소방공무원 개인의 문제 분만 아니라 소방력을 약화시켜 궁극적으로 대 국민 소방서비스의 질적 저하를 가져오고 있다. 따라서 소방공무원의 안전사고 최소화를 궁극적인 목적으로 소방활동의 업무영역별 안전사고 대책개발을 위한 전단계로 최근 국내의 800여건의 안전사고를 분석하여 원인별 Matrix를 작성하였다.

군 내 복무부적응 용사들로 인한 병영사고는 대군 신뢰도 저하, 비전투력 손실로 인한 전투력 약화 등의 문제와 더불어 병영기피와 군에 대한 거부감까지 초래하고 있다. 군은 복무부적응 용사들을 사전에 식별하고 사고를 예방하기 위한 심리검사체계로 신인성검사를 자체 개발하여 적용하고 있지만, 이는 피검자의 의도적인 결과 왜곡이나 검사 결과에 대한 맹신 등의 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 복무부적응 용사들의 행동 양식 및 증상들을 온톨로지로 설계하여 사고 우려자 식별을 위한 보조 도구로 활용할 수 있도록 온톨로지 구현 프로세스를 제안한다. 복무부적응 용사 식별을 위한 온톨로지 구현을 통해 사고 우려자를 식별하는데 객관적인 기준 제공 및 정보 공유로 사고 예방에 효과적인 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.

수술시 근육 이완제로 사용되고 있는 metocurine iodide는 항생물질 투여환자, 중증 근무력중, 전해질 평형실조, 중증 신질환이 있는 환자 등에서는 작용이 증가되어서 상용량에서도 약화사고의 우려가 있어 규제가 필요한 약물이다. Metocurine iodide를 생체 시료중에서 분석하기 위해 rosebengal과 착제를 형성시켜 유기용매로 이온쌍 추출을 한 후, HPLC를 이용하여 rose bengal율 분석함으로써 metocurine iodide를 간접 정량하는 방법을 확립하였다. 이 방법은 뇨와 혈액증에 함유된 metocurine iodide를 0.09 - 9.10$\mu\textrm{g}$/m1농도에서 분석할 수 있었으며, 상관계수는 0.994 - 0.999로 양호한 직선성을 나타내었고, 동시 처방 약물의 영향은 거의 없었다. 뇨 및 혈액중 metocurine iodide의 검출 한계는 각각 0.8ng. 1.2ng (S =3)이었다.

This study has attempted to identify whether or not the effects of perceived burdensomeness and thwarted belongingness of the elderly on a suicidal ideation is mediated by the meaning in life and, during this process, examined if social participation known as a protective factor against elderly suicide has a moderating effect. For this, a total of 403 elderly men and women residing in Honam area have been selected as the subjects of the study, among whom self-report surveys have been conducted as to perceived burdensomeness, thwarted belongingness, meaning in life (presence of meaning/search for meaning) and social participation. The mediating analysis with the use of the process macro has identified the path where the perceived burdensomeness encourages a suicidal ideation through the presence of the meaning in life. On the other hand, the thwarted belongingness has turned out to be significant only in a direct path to a suicidal ideation. The analysis results of moderated mediating effects, including social participation have found that social participation does mediate the path to a suicidal ideation caused by the perceived burdensomeness through the presence of the meaning in life, verifying its moderated mediating effects.

Inadequate military soldiers cause military fatigue and rejection such as reduced confidence in the military and combat power. The military developed and applied a self-adopting test as a psychological test system to identify soldiers who are not fit to serve in the military in advance and prevent accidents. In this paper, we propose the ontology design process to be used for identifying accident concerns and implement the behavioral patterns and symptoms of maladjustment soldiers as ontology. The ontology design process is validated consistency and suitability as a result of the performance evaluation of ontology implemented. Through ontology design for identifying maladjustment soldiers, it is expected to play an effective role in preventing accidents by providing objective criteria and sharing of information on accident concerns.

The major court rulings delivered in 2017 include the ruling that separated the legal character of denture production agreement signed together with medical care agreement and found a subcontracting dimension in the former, and the ruling that overcame the limitations of the theory of entire appearance of a fetus as discussed in civil law by using the legal principle of insurance which suggests that unborn child insurance takes effect after the contract is signed and the first installment of the premium is paid in. As more court rulings find the medical specialists responsible for accidents and injuries from drugs, some argue that medication counseling by the druggist who makes and dispenses drugs should be upgraded. And with respect to a court ruling that denied the hospital's responsibility for an infection-involving accident even if there were no records on specific measures taken in infection management, some criticized the court for being too conservative in recognizing responsibilities. And with respect to infectious disease management, some criticized the court for its interpretation and application of the facts in the direction of denying the negligence. In addition, some claimed that it is necessary to establish institutional system for hospital infection control and its aid for victims, and to improve the system including the reversal of the burden of proof given the special nature of hospital infections. A number of rulings on the duty to disclose included the one which stated that the specific matter did not require a doctor's explanation as it was explained or the specific medical service would have been performed even if no explanation had been given. There was a greatly controversial ruling over the scope of indemnification, which accepted the occurrence of multiple scars and deformation as disorders while regarding breast as a thoracic organ. And a Supreme Court ruling over interpreting Medical Service Act was criticized as overstepping the boundary allowed in the law.
