야간도시경관의 미적향상, 시각적 안전 확보 등으로 기존의 조명들의 과도한 빛 유발 시야방해같은 현상이 일어나 신종 공해 중 하나인 빛공해 적 측면에서 광주광역시 야간경관 특성에 대해 분석 하고 Photopia를 이용하여 파장변화에 따른 배광설계를 통해 과도 조명 요소 해결 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

도시는 어제와 오늘 또 내일이 공존하는 삶의 공간이다. 때문에 도시에는 고궁이나 옛 건축물이 있고, 화려하고 심플한 현대건축물도 있으며 미래지향적인 작품들도 있다. 이렇게 많은 요소와 함께 시간에 흐름을 한 공간에서 느낄 수 있는 곳이 바로 도시라고 할 수 있다. 그 동안 우리는 국가와 국가 간의 경쟁 속에서 살아왔다. 그러나 요즈음은 도시와 도시의 경쟁체계로 바뀌어가고 있다. 즉 한국에 경쟁상대는 대만이라든가 프랑스, 독일이라고 했다면 오늘날에는 서울과 동경이 경쟁 혹은 부산과 파리의 경쟁 등 좀 더 세부화 되어가고 있는 것이다. 서울만 하더라도 이제 디자인 서울이라는 강력한 설정을 가지고 경쟁력을 높이고 있으며 부산, 광주, 인천, 대구 등 모든 도시가 각각에 특성을 강조하고 있다. 이런 도시계획에 있어서 경쟁력의 중심에 도시야간경관과 조명에 대한 중요성이 새롭게 인식되어가고 있다. 이제 도시는 주간 시간대와 함께 야간 시간대에 중요성을 강조하고 있으며 도시에 생명력은 조명에 역할이 상당부분 차지하게 된 것 같다. 이런 시점에서 그러면 도시의 경관 또는 조명연출계획은 어떻게 구성, 혹은 구상되어야 하는지 알아보고 검토 하는 것이 경쟁력 있는 도시를 만드는데 큰 도움이 되지 않을까 생각된다.

As one of the important metropolitan cities in Asia, Seoul shows vibrant atmosphere in the night as well as daytime. Colorful signboards and outdoor lightings are consists of major night elements. In this research, nightscapes of four major streets in Seoul are photographed to analyze the image of Seoul at night. After preparing of slides, questionnaire survey is conducted to study people's subjective responses on the images of streets at night. After survey, SPSS 10.0 statistical program was used to analyze the results of subjective responses on the nightscapes in Seoul. According to the result, night streetscape 4(showing and business district)shows vibrant and interesting image. Meanwhile, streetscape 1(high-rise with exterior lighting in showing district)shows beautiful and harmonious image. Major factor's are named as 'harmonious' and 'vibrant'. Variable 'arranged' shows the highest coefficient to the variable 'harmonious'. Every variables except the variable 'warm' shows significant difference among the mean values of each variables.

This study was practiced in order to analyze the effect of concentrative lighting that is set up at night in some districts. For practicing this study, It was analyzed first, to study the past papers, second, to analyze the condition of the traffic accidents and the characteristics of the accidents, third, to study on the improvements of the high accident locations, finally to study the characteristics about the pedestrians' traffic accidents. The effects of road lighting improvements was analysed. The result of the analysis on concentrative lighting of crosswalk said that the night accidents was decreased to average 16.13% and the Net Present Value(NPV) on the analysis of the effect during using period is 25,648 million won, The B/C is 12.85. So, It was analysed that it is very effective.This study was practiced on the some districts and equipping time is different, and the number of samples is small. Because of this facts, This sample doesn't represent all of the concentrative lightings. But through the systematic analysis, this study can present the alternatives that can be materialized.

본 연구에서는 대구시 동대구로의 경관조명에 관한 주민의식을 조사하기 위하여, 대구시에 거주하는 20대 대학생 500명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 그 결과, 야간경관에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 조명이 69.2[%]로 가장 높았으며, 대구의 도시이미지는 교육과 문화가 가장 높게 나타났다. 대구 경관디자인 시 중점을 두어야 할 것은 '자연과 어울리게'가 높게 나타났다. 야간경관에서 가장 큰 영향을 미치며 동시에 가장 열악한 것은 '조명'이며, 현재 조명상태나 밝기는 부정적으로 나타났다.

본 논문에서는 골프클럽 이용시설 중 골퍼들의 주동선에 있는 야외주차장의 조도를 실측하였고, 야외주차장 조도실측 자료를 바탕으로 조명설계 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 이용하여 한국산업규격 조도기준에 적합한 주차장의 조명개선 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 골프클럽 야외연습장의 야간조명 설계 계획을 토대로 조명설계 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 통해 적합한 설계모델을 제안 하고자 한다.
