탐방 - UV CTP 보급 개척자 '(주)에스앤아이시스템즈'

  • 최근에 출시된 UV CTP의 경우 일반 PS판을 사용하는 경우가 대부분이다. 하지만 몇 년 전만 해도 전용 PS판을 사용해야 했기 때문에 대부분의 인쇄사가 CTP 도입을 꺼리는 이유가 됐다. 이러한 상황에서 가장 먼저 일반PS판을 사용하는 CTP를 공급해오고 있는 회사가 있다. 바로 (주)에스앤아이시스템즈에서 공급하는 바시스피린트사의 UV CTP가 바로 그것이다. 바시스피니트사의 UV Setter가 우리나라 CTP시장을 바꾸어 놓았다 해도 과언이 아니다. 에스앤아이시스템즈를 방문해 바시스프린트사의 UV CTP와 함께 CTP시장 전망에 대해 들어본다.

  • 국내 가정용 단상 태양광인버터의 주류는 3kW급으로 그린홈보급사업, 태양광 대여사업 및 여러지원사업, 자가설치 사업 등에 사용되고 있고, 100kW 태양광발전소에 설치되는 경우도 있다. 당사에서 전력변환 효율, 전력밀도 및 신뢰성 향상을 위해 개발하였으며, 추가적으로 요구되는 직류 지락 검출 및 Residual Current 검출 기능 구현을 목표로 개발한 3kW급 계통연계형 태양광 인버터의 특징 및 태양광인버터 개발에 있어 필요한 고려요소를 소개한다.

  • In this study, the natural frequencies and mode shape of an external mounting pod were verified using the modal analysis and modal testing technique for a pod mounted on an aircraft. The procedure associated with the FEM building of an external mounted pod to predict the dynamic behavior of aircraft structures is described. The simplified FEM reflecting the results of the modal testing of a pod is built through the optimization, applied to the structural dynamic model of an Aircraft, used to verified the stability of vibration and flutter of an aircraft.

  • Recently developed automotive components are of lightweight nature, providing automobiles with a high fuel efficiency and performance. In response to those trends of car developments, this study proposes a structural optimization method for the lower control ann. Lightweight design of lower control am can be achieved through two approaches: design and material technology. In this research, the former includes optimization technology, and the latter the technologies for selecting aluminum as a steel-substitute material. In this research, the design of experiments(DOE) built in ANSYS WORKBENCH are utilized to determine the optimum shape of a Lower Control Arm. And optimum design is compared first model and reduced design variable model that considered sensitivity using orthogonal array.

단상 3레벨 PFC 컨버터의 모듈레이션 기법에 따른 효율비교 및 열해석 (Comparison of system efficiency and thermal analysis about single phase 3-level PFC converter with variation of switching modulation)

  • 본 논문은 단상 3레벨 PFC 컨버터에 적용하는 두 가지 모듈레이션 기법에 따른 시스템 효율 및 스위치 발열을 비교하고, 열해석 시뮬레이션을 통한 열 분포에 대한 결과를 기반으로 적절한 방열기법 모색을 위한 근거자료를 제시한다. 제안하는 모듈레이션 기법을 통해, 주 스위치인 SiC MOSFET의 도통손실을 저감하여 시스템 효율을 향상시키며, 스위치에 발생하는 열을 저감시킨다. 앤시스 열해석 시뮬레이션을 통해 이를 확인하고, 실험을 통해 검증한다. 정격부하(5kW)에 대해 약 $27^{\circ}C$의 스위치 온도저감이 이루어졌으며, 전 부하(0.5kW ~ 5kW)에 걸쳐 약 1%의 효율이 향상되었음을 실험을 통해 확인하였다.

  • To evaluate the stability of a pneumatic conveyor system, a flow analysis and structural analysis were performed using the FSI technique. Prototypes were fabricated and verified. As a result of the flow analysis, the maximum pressure applied to the device was calculated to be 0.55 MPa. The structural analysis determined that the maximum stress was 131 MPa and the yield strength of the structure was less than 205 MPa. The safety of the system was confirmed by the fact that no deformation occurred during the manufacturing and operation of the prototype.

  • M152, used for aircraft engine compressor cases, causes many problems in the cutting process due to its high hardness and high toughness. Characterized by a concave cylindrical center, aircraft engine compressor cases are thin but have multiple side holes to connect with internal parts. Thus, deformation occurs despite the jig sustaining the inside. The object of this study was to lessen the deformation arising from drilling by improving the drilling jig for aircraft engine compressor cases. To this end, an aircraft engine compressor case modeled with SolidWorks was analyzed with ANSYS under real conditions. Then, to secure reliability, the analyzed deformation was compared with the actual deformation. Based on the results, the effects of the improved drilling jig for aircraft engine compressor cases were verified.

무한궤도 로봇의 주행 해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Driving Analysis of Tracked Robot)

  • A tracked robot has an excellent mobility on the rough terrain. Especially, a tracked robot for driving has to get structural function in the every field. In this paper, we propose a tracked robot of a small rear wheel typed. Also compared and estimated a driving analysis about the tracked robot in considered the general environment. Compared 2 models are different in size of rear wheels but front wheels are same size each other. From comparing model, the radius of front wheels is 100mm and the radius of rear wheels is 100mm. The radius of front wheels is 100mm and the radius of rear wheels is 70mm from proposed tracked robot. Depend on these radiuses of values we are known driving torque values of an actuating wheel using Recurdyn. And estimated stress of rotated track by an actuating wheel using Ansys. finally, the designed robot has size of $600mm\;{\times}\;330mm\;{\times}\;150mm$, weight is 27kg and the tracked robot is actuated by 2 geared DC motors.

유한 요소법을 이용한 $CO_2$아아크 용접부의 용입깊이와 열영향부 크기 예측 (Prediction of Penetration and Heat Affected Zone by Using Finite Element Method in $CO_2$ Arc Welding)

  • A prediction of penetration and heat affected zone by using Finite Element Method in CO$_{2}$ Arc Welding has been discussed this paper. The temperature distribution of a base metal produced by the CO$_{2}$ arc welding processing is analyzed by using a three dimensional finite element model. The common finite element program ANSYS 4.4A was employed to obtain the numerical results. Temperature dependent material properties, effect of latent heat, and the convective boundary conditions are included in the model. Numerically predicted sizes of the penetration and the heat affected zone are compared with the experimentally observed values. As a result, there was a slight difference between numerical analysis values and experimentally observed values. For in the case of heat affected zone, it was not considered a precise forced convective coefficient value, and in the case of penetration, it was not, considered a arc force.
