  • This study aimed to examine whether neglect influences sense of community and whether such a relationship is moderated by peer attachment. For this purpose, this study employed multi variate regression analyses using the sixth-panel data (2015) of fourth-grade elementary-school children from the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey. Key findings were as follows: First, neglect was found to have negative impacts on sense of community. In addition, we found that peer attachment moderated the relationship between neglect and sense of community. This finding suggests that peer relationship and attachment protects some portion of negative impacts of neglect on sense of community. This study concludes with policy and practice implications to improve the well-being of adolescents.

  • This research emphasized that the importance of ERG elements such as existence needs, relatedness needs, and growth needs. Moreover, it focused on verifying the effects of these three elements on organizational attachment through person job fit. In addition, the mediating role of person job fit was clearly identified as a key variable that can lead to organizational attachment. To verify this, an empirical analysis was conducted on workers engaged in state-owned company, service, manufacturing, and distribution industries in Korea. Through empirical analysis, it was found that all three elements of ERG improve person job fit. Furthermore, person job fit was found to increase the level of organizational attachment. Thus, it was found that person job fit played a partial mediating role in the relationship between the three elements of ERG and organizational attachment. This research also identified which element has the strongest influence on person job fit. Through these results, practical implications were presented and future research directions were discussed.

  • This study deals with the influencing factors on flow and addiction perceived by users of Tiktok service, an SFV service platform that is expanding the market in the middle area between social media and OTT. As the number of Tiktok users increases, researchers thought that research on the cause of addiction would be necessary. Since media users lack media consumption time, they produce and share SFVs rather than long videos, and are affected by exogenous variables. In addition, attachment is divided into interpersonal relationships and attachment to services, and the path of attachment was confirmed to be connected to flow and addiction. Through this study, the researchers considered that there were theoretical and practical contributions in that the path leading to addiction of video media services was set and verified as self-exposure and attachment, flow and addiction. These research results can be applied to more diversified video-centered media services, and can be expected to be used for new media emerging in the future.

A total of 300 university students from across the country were surveyed online through a specialized research firm over the period from November 10, 2019 till November 20, 2019. The data were analyzed using AMOS 23.0 and SPSS 23.0 suites, and the study findings were as follows. The adult attachment of university students firstly had a negative impact on resilience and secondly a positive impact on the career barriers. Third, the resilience of the university students had a negative impact on the career barriers. Fourth, in the influence of the adult attachment of university students on career barriers, resilience had a mediating effect to mitigate career barriers. With this study, it is expected that an environment where the information and training on desirable attachment at home and school can be provided, while educational supports can be examined for the development of the programs that can enhance their self-competency, including career education.

To this end, 12 middle-aged people aged 45 to 60 (3 males and 9 females) were recruited as subjects of the study, interviewed in-depth, and analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological research method. As a result of the study, 60 constitutive meanings, 18 themes, and 4 thematic groups were derived for the experience of middle-aged adult who experienced insecure attachment to his or her parent and caring for the emotional needs of elderly parent living alone. Thematic groups included "negative experiences that caused emotional exhaustion," "emotional driving force in emotional care," "the role of helper in parental care," and "economic and physical content in emotional care". This study is meaningful in that it revealed the phenomenon of experiences of emotional care for parent living alone by middle-aged adult who had an initial unstable attachment with his or her parent to understand them and contributed to the provision of counseling data.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of perceived stress on the relationships between adult anxious attachment and smartphone addiction. To examine the relationships among variables, SPSS program and Amos program were utilized to analyze with 272 college students (male 132, female 139). The present study found a partial mediation effect of perceived stress in the relationship between anxious attachment and smatphone addiction. The result of this study implys that anxious attachment influences cognitive process and the perceived stress may precipitate smartphone addiction. This finding can contribute to the field by enlarging the depth of knowledge about risk factor affecting psychological health (i.e., smartphone addiction) of college students who are "in the beginning of adulthood period" in their lifespan. Current finding may help to providing the protection and treatment of smartphone addiction of college students and help to promote the psychological health of college students.

  • As creativity is a crucial attribute for companies' survival and innovative success, many firms encourage and implement ways to promote employee creativity. Previous studies in the dual pathway to creativity model have shown that creativity can be enhanced when either the cognitive flexibility or cognitive persistence path is triggered. Although individuals have different personal traits, prior research has rarely investigated whether one pathway is more effective for a certain personality in promoting creativity than the other. Using attachment theory, we examined the influence of attachment style on the degree of the impact of each path on creativity. Specifically, we hypothesized that securely attached people would show higher creativity only when they use the cognitive flexibility path. Data from the US support our hypothesis. Our research highlights that the link between cognitive flexibility and creativity is salient when securely attached people use the cognitive flexibility path because of the strong fit between secure attachment and flexible thinking.

  • This study attempted to provide basic data on the golf wear brand strategy plan by verifying the structural model between golf wear brand authenticity, brand attachment, and loyalty. Therefore, subjects with experience in purchasing golf wear over the past 12 months were selected as samples, and 292 copies of data were used for final analysis. As for the data processing method, frequency analysis, internal consistency of reliability, confirmatory factor analysis of validity, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis were conducted. The program utilized SPSS (ver. 21.0) and AMOS (ver. 20.0). As a result of the study, first, it was found that the brand authenticity of golf wear had significant effect on brand attachment. Second, brand attachment of golf wear had significant influence on loyalty. Third, brand authenticity of golf wear had significant influence on loyalty. For this purpose, we analyzed the data of fourth wave Korean Child-Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS) including parents' child neglect and abuse, school-aged children's school adjustment, self-awareness and peer attachment. A total of 2,378 children and their parents using structural equation model of mediating effects responded to the survey. Measurement model and structure model had favorable goodness of fit and the results of structure models on each path were as follows. First, school-aged children's school adaption had negative correlations with parent's child neglect and abuse, but positive correlations with their self-awareness and peer attachment. Second, parent's child neglect and abuse influenced on school-aged children's school adjustment by partial mediators, their self-awareness and peer attachment. These findings showed practical way to increase school-aged children's self-awareness and positive peer attachment.
