Implicit Representation of Gender Stereotype: Priming Effects of Attribute Typicality and Gender Congruency (성별 고정관념의 암묵적 표상: 성별의 속성 전형성과 집단 일치성의 점화효과)

  • Two experiments were conducted to explore the implicit representation of gender-stereotype using primed naming task for prime-target pairs. In Experiment 1, Participants were presented gender's attributes as primes at SOA 250ms and were asked to pronounce person's names which differed in typicality and preference of gender's attributes. The results showed that gender congruent effects was not found, but typicality effects and interactions were found. In Experiment 2, Participants were presented gender's attributes as primes at SOA 250ms and were asked to pronounce gender's attributes which differed in typicality of gender's attributes. The results showed that woman's attributes superiority effects were found, but typicality effects were not. These results were discussed from a point of view of graded representation of gender stereotype and asymmetrical processing of gender stereotype to priming conditions in the implicit level.

Implicit Representations of Relationship with the Powerful and the Powerless Other in Korean College Students (대학생의 강자-약자와의 관계에 대한 암묵적 표상)

  • This study was conducted to explore college students' implicit identification with others powerful or powerless, and implicit association of self-enhancement & authenticity with their relationships with others powerful or powerless. The study was based on measuring 3 sorts of IAT: an explicit identification test, RWA, & RISC. The results were summed up as follows: Students identified their selves with others more powerful than others powerless; expressed self-enhancement when they were with powerful others; and associated 'true' with relationship with others powerful. Men with high RWA & women with low RWA identified their selves more with others powerful; low RWA & high RISC groups' associated relationship with others powerful to 'true' and others powerless to 'false' more rapidly. These results were discussed in terms of structure of authoritarianism, SEM, relationship with others powerful and powerless.

The Automatic Processing of Emotion (정서의 자동처리기제)

  • This literature review explores the possibilities for the automatic processing to account for the people's responses to emotional stimuli. The most fundamental question is if some parts of emotions are experienced without any intrusion of cognitions. In other words. can emotions be processed completely implicitly$\ulcorner$ Some studies advocate emotion related processes are much more immediate and primary than semantic processes. The phenomena to catch up the emotive values of stimuli even subliminally suggest that the implicit knowledge structure takes charge of this automatic processes of emotional information. This study summarizes the explanatory scheme of emotional processing by means of applying implicit memory principle and physiological evidences related to e emotional memories.

  • 지식하부구조는 '능력'의 형태를 띠고 있다. 능력은 기본적으로 지식의 형태로 존재하게 된다. 그러나 이 지식은 기초연구 또는 교과서나 설계도와 같은 형식화된 지식만을 지칭하는 것이 아니라 공식언어로는 제대로 표현되지 않는 암묵적인 지식(tacit knowledge)까지 포괄하고 있다. 암묵적인 지식은 일반적으로 기업 특수적 성격을 지니고 있거나 산업 특수적인 성격을 지니고 있다. 암묵적인 지식은 공동의 경험을 지닌 사람들이나 조직들 사이에 공유되는 지식이기 때문이다. 이러한 측면에서 보았을 때, 능력으로서 존재하는 지식하부구조는 특정 산업이나 영역에서 국지성을 지니고 있다고 파악된다.

Implicit Knowledge on Children's Leadership and Creative Leaders' Styles by Teachers and Children (아동 리더십에 관한 교사와 아동의 암묵적 지식과 양측이 리더로 지각한 아동들의 창의적 리더 유형 차이)

  • This study examined differences between teachers' and children's implicit knowledge, perception and characteristics of leaders, and creative leadership styles of perceived leaders. The 207 elementary 6th grade student and 13 elementary teacher participants completed open questionnaires. Results showed that (1) 30% of implicit knowledge of children's leadership between teachers and children were different; teachers included more charismatic features; children focused on responsibilities of leaders. (2) The list of perceived leaders' traits were similar to the implicit traits in both groups. (3) Scores of perceived leaders by teachers and children were higher in creativity and leadership than those of ordinary children. Over 75 percent of perceived leaders were also classified as creative leaders.

  • 본 연구에서는 일관제철 공정의 철강산업과 같은 대규모 기계설비 집약적 산업 환경에 적합한 기술지식 경영시스템에 대해 고려하고자 한다. 기술경쟁력 확보를 위한 철강업체의 전략적 기술경영은 핵심기술에 대한 지식경영 활동과 연계될 때 비로소 시너지효과를 극대화할 수 있다. 또한 철강업체의 지식경영은 암묵적 혹은 형식적 제철공정 기술지식의 창출, 획득 및 공유 등의 활동을 통해 활성화되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 철강산업 현장의 기술지식 관리대상으로 조업설비 프로세스 및 무형 지식자산의 범위를 정의하고, 일관제철 공정의 핵심기술 로드맵에 따라 기술지식 경영활동에 적합한 계층적 지식경영 조직구조를 구축하고자 한다. 또한 제철공정 노하우 등과 같이 암묵적 기술지식을 획득하고 이를 공유할 수 있는 형태로 변환하기 위한 기술지식 획득 방법론을 수립하고 이를 기초로 인터넷에 기반을 둔 제철공정 기술지식 경영시스템을 구축하고자 한다.

Development of Implicit Memory in Children with Category-Exemplar-Generation Task (아동의 암묵적 기억의 발달 : 개념적 범주생성 과제를 중심으로)

  • The 60 subjects of this study were 3rd, and 6th grade elementary and undergraduate university students. The instrument of 44 items had two typical and two atypical exemplars from 11 semantic categories. Each subject was exposed individually to the word list and asked to categorize each item. At test, subjects generated five items that came to mind in each category. Data was analyzed by 2-way ANOVA, age (3) $\times$ category of typicality (2). All main effects and the interaction effect between age and typicality were significant. There were no significant differences among age groups on typical lists while significant differences between university and elementary school students (Grades 3 and 6) were found on atypical lists. Thus, the knowledge base might be an important factor in implicit memory.

  • 스마트폰 애플리케이션 시장은 단기간 비약적인 성장을 거듭했다. 여러 각종 분야에서 애플리케이션 개발을 원하는 곳이 많아졌고 그만큼 앱 개발자들을 원하는 시장이 늘어나고 있다. 본 연구는 앱 개발을 도전하려는 1인 혹은 소규모 아마추어 개발자 입장에서 관련 실력을 효과적으로 늘릴 수 있는 방법을 제공하고 전반적인 애플리케이션 개발과 환경에 관한 유익한 정보들을 쉽게 접근함으로써 조금 더 애플리케이션 개발에 관심을 갖게 되는 계기가 될 것이다. 또한 본 연구의 게임 애플리케이션은 사용자들의 명시적 기억과 암묵적 기억 훈련에 도움을 줄 수 있도록 개발하였다.

Validity of giftedness based on clusters (영재성 요인의 분야별 타당화 연구)

  • The purpose of the present study is to examine implicit capabilities of giftedness by Korean adults and to validate the features of giftedness by asking the gifted students in science, liberal arts, and ordinary. Existing researches have problems as follows; they will make a high error when we distinguish gifted students who applied to various changeable conditions because they only use total score without their sub-attributes and because they designed from the viewpoint of age. And they are difficult and complex for students to understand. This study is composed of two parts, Study 1 and Study 2. In study 1, we examined and analyzed the Korean's implicit concept of giftedness to 328 adults. In Study 2, the features of the Koreans' implicit concept for giftedness were validated to 1154 students in science, liberal arts, and ordinary. Giftedness features and patterns were identified by factor analysis. In the last place, we suggested the distribution of T-value scale for each feature of giftedness.

The Existence of Implicit Frames in VR Movies (VR 영화에서 암묵적 프레임의 존재)

  • VR movies form a relationship with the audience in completely different ways from general movies with their screen. In VR movies, the audience becomes the camera and also the subject of the camera viewpoint, which raises a need for a frame theory unique to VR movies to examine the first person viewpoint and replace the edition of frames to deliver a narrative. In VR movies, the frames delivering a narrative are not revealed and perform the symbolic narrative function, thus being called "implicit frames." The study discussed their related theoretical backgrounds including Russian Ark made in the one shot, one cut method by Alexander Sokurov, off-screen elements, and the Fourth Wall. In VR movies, the audience gets immersed in the narrative based on their paradoxical dilemma, which means that they exist in reality but are absent on screen at the same time, and experiences hyper-reality. In VR movies, space has a couple of attributes including the blocking of eyeline to move it and telepresence to tie up presence between reality and virtuality.
