Analysis of determinant Factor for Industrial Complex Location (산업단지 입지 결정요인 분석)

  • In this study, the factors of the industrial complexes were analyzed in a comprehensive review, and the research model was developed and related variables were adopted to the purpose of this study. Also, the determinants of location are analyzed by three factors of infrastructure stabilization, industrial resource access, and residential neighborhood factors. For the analysis of this study, the hypothesis was analyzed through the path analysis of the SEM through the set hypotheses based on the research model. As a result of analysis, it is analyzed that TI factors and RA factors of infrastructure, IF group, are both influenced by industrial location. In addition, there is a statistically significant correlation in the analysis between the parameters of the NEF and the determinants of industrial location. The results of this study are expected to provide useful guidelines for industrial infrastructure development and industrial complex development projects at national and local government.

  • 중국은 세계 무역기구에 가입하면서 세계경제에서 차지하는 위치가 강화되고 디지털 경제체제에 편입되면서 산업구조를 고부가가치 산업으로 개편하고 있다. 동안 상대적으로 외국기업에 대해 폐쇄적이었던 중국의 유통시장은 2006년부터 전면개방이 시작될 것으로 전망되고 있다. 그러나 중국전자상거래 시장에서 정보 기초화와 물류배송 금융체계의 문제는 나날이 안정화되어 온라인 구매환경은 나아지고 있으나, 오히려 해마다 인터넷쇼핑물 구매율의 하락은 온라인 쇼핑몰 상거래에 대한 불신 문제가 그대로 남아있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 중국의 소비자수준에서의 온라인 구매가 활성화되지 못하는 주요 장애요인으로써 불신(distrust)을 제기하고자 하며 신뢰를 신뢰와 불신의 2차원으로 파악하여 각각의 차원(신뢰와 불신)이 마케팅 성과에 차별적으로 공헌하고 있음을 밝히고자 한다. 본 연구에서 선행변수로 상호작용, 지각된 평판, 정보유용성, 지각된 보안위험, 지각된 거래위험을 설정했으며 매개변수로는 신뢰와 불신을, 결과 변수로는 관계몰입과 구매의도로 구성하였다. 결과에서는 온라인 맥락에서는 신뢰와 불신의 선행요인이 온라인 쇼핑몰에 대한 관계몰입과 구매의도에 서로 차별적으로 공헌한다는 것을 밝혔다. 이는 기존의 신뢰를 2차원으로 구분하여 신뢰와 불신으로 분리하여 관리하는 것이 필요하다는 것을 시사한다고 할 수 있다.

Parameterization of LQG vis simultaneous stabilization (동시 안정화에 의한 LQG의 매개변수화)

  • In this paper, we present a method of parameterizing LQG which simultaneously stabilizes a set of plant model by employing the well known separation principle and Hurwith polynomial. A conditions for existence of simultaneously stabilizing LQG for, given set of plant is drived. We show that suggested parameterization achieves the closed loop stability by fixed LQG for given set of plant.

  • Recently the Time Delay Control (TDC) method has been proposed as a promising technique in the robust control area, where the plants have nonlinear dynamics with parameter variations and substantial disturbances are present. TDC method, however, requires the measurements of all the state variables, together with their derivatives. This requirement imposes a severe limitation on the applications to most real systems. In order to solve this measurement problem, we proposed an observer design method that can stably reconstruct the state variables and their derivatives. the stability of the overall system has been analyzed and proved. Then, for a simulation study, the controller/observer based on our design method has been applied to a nonlinear plant, the result of which confirmed that the controller/observer performs satisfactorily as predicted, Finally we made experimentations on a DC servo motor that is substantial amount of inertia variations and external disturbances. the results showed that the controller/observer performs quite robustly under those variations and disturbances, and is much less sensitive to sensor noise than the controller using numerical differentiations.

Video Stabilization Based on Smoothing Filter of Undesirable Motion (비의도 움직임 완화 필터 기반 동영상 안정화)

  • Please This paper presents method of video stabilization based on detection and adaptive motion smoothing filtering of undesirable motion. The proposed algorithm consists of two stages: the detection of undesirable motion and smoothing filtering of detected undesired motion. To incorporate desired properties into the motion smoothing process, the local maximum and the local minimum are defined in a set composed of the parameters of accumulative global motion. Using the local information, the constraints on detecting undesirable motions are defined. Based on these constraints, the alpha parameter of the alpha-trimmed means filter is adjusted, so that the degree of motion smoothing in the reconstructed video sequence is controlled. The experimental results demonstrated the capability of the proposed algorithm.

Determining Kinetic Parameters and Stabilization Efficiency of Heavy Metals with Various Chemical Amendment (중금속 안정화제의 반응 매개변수 결정 및 중금속 안정화 효율성 평가)

  • In this study, total of 5 different chemical amendments were evaluated for determining kinetic parameters and stabilization efficiency of heavy metals in aqueous phase. Standard solution of Cd and Pb ($100mg\;L^{-1}$) was mixed with various ratio of amendments (1, 3, 5, 10%) and heavy metal stabilization efficiency was monitored for 24hrs. All examined amendments showed over 90% of removal efficiency for both Cd and Pb except zerovalent iron (ZVI) for Cd (43-63%). Based on result of heavy metal stabilization efficiency, it was ordered as $CaCO_3$ > Dolomite > Zeolite > Steel slag > ZVI for both Cd and Pb in aqueous phase. For kinetic study, first order kinetic model was adapted to calculate kinetic parameters. In terms of reaction rate constants (k), zeolite showed the fastest reaction rate (k value from 0.4882 for 1% to 2.0105 for 10%) for Cd and ZVI (k value from 0.2304 for 1% to 0.5575 for 10%) for Pb. Considering reaction rate constant and half life for heavy metal stabilization, it was ordered as Zeolite > $CaCO_3$ > Dolomite > Steel slag > ZVI for Cd and $CaCO_3$ > Dolomite > Steel slag > Zeolite > ZVI for Pb. Overall result in this study can be interpreted that lime containing materials are more beneficial to remove heavy metals with high efficiency and less time consuming than absorbent materials.

  • The dynamic vehicle running tests were performed to analyze dynamic behavioral characteristics such as displacement, strain history loop and vibration acceleration in arch bridges. Also, the validity of the modeling was verified by comparing the results of the tests and those of the structural analysis modeling. With the resonance revision of verified modeling, when the ratio of excited frequencies to natural frequencies exceeds ${1{\pm}0.04}$, the stability of the bridge is obtained. Also, in the event of resonance by speed parameter, the second mode shape is dominant to the dynamic behaviors of arch bridges. It is found that manipulating the parameters involving arch ribs can increase the second mode natural frequency. It makes critical velocity greater than operational velocities to guarantee the stability of arch bridges.

Computational Analysis of Geometrically Exact Shell Elements Using Multipatch IsoGeometric Analysis (다중 패치 등기하해석을 이용한 기하학적으로 엄밀한 쉘의 전산해석)

  • In this paper, a multipatch isogeometric analysis method is developed for a multi-connected NURB patch model and applied to geometrically exact shell element analysis. When connecting different NURBS patches, isogeometric analysis may become inaccurate due to the density of control point meshes and discontinuity between patches. To solve this problem, Nitsche's method is applied to the isogeometric analysis method to ensure the compatibility of the displacement and traction between two patches by using a potential function defined as the product of the displacement difference and traction of the two patches. The final derived governing equation is formed as a symmetric stiffness matrix from this potential function. Since the added system matrices from the compatibility boundary conditions are calculated as a boundary integral between patches, the computational cost does not increase significantly. For the positive definiteness of the system equation, appropriate stability parameters are calculated through generalized eigenvalue analysis, and the stability parameters and solution accuracy are analyzed according to the density of the integration meshes between the two patches. This multipatch isogeometric analysis method is applied to geometrically exact shell elements considering first-order shear deformation, and it is confirmed that by using Nitsche's method in this shell analysis with multiple connected patches results in improved stress continuity as well as displacement continuity between patches.

  • We consider the interval of a gain within which it is guaranteed that a feedback control system is stable. This paper presents the condition under which either a unity feedback control system is stable for a connected gain interval with a proportional compensator cascaded with an open loop forward transfer function. By the connected interval we mean that all the numbers between any two numbers in the connected interval belongs to the connected interval. The condition may be described by a frequency inequality in terms of the denominator and/or numerator of the closed loop transfer function. We also consider the conditions for the discrete-time control systems and the time delay continuous-time control systems. We show that this condition cannot be extended for the transfer function having complex coefficients via a counterexample.

A study on monitoring of water supply and demand for drought response plan in small-scale mountain watershed (하천-취수원 연계 모니터링 및 가뭄 대응 방안 연구)

  • 가뭄으로 인한 영향은 상당 기간 완만히 누적되어 나타나고, 해갈된 후에도 수년 동안 파급효과가 나타날 수 있으므로 모니터링 및 예·경보에 어려움이 있다. 가뭄 리질리언스 확보를 위해서는 지하수개발, 해수담수화, 식수전용 댐 확충 등 구조적 중장기 안정화 방안과 더불어 가뭄 피해를 예측하여 미리 물 자원을 확보하는 비구조적 대응 방안이 같이 이루어져야 한다. 대상지역은 물 부족을 겪고 있는 미급수 지역으로 환경부에서는 구조적 대책으로 샌드댐 설치가 예정되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 비구조적 가뭄 대응을 위하여 하천-취수원 연계 모니터링 및 분석을 수행하였다. 하천에 수위 계측기를 설치하여 시간별 수위를 상시 계측하였으며, 월 1회 유속을 측정하여 일별 유량(공급량)을 모니터링하였다. 이를 통해 도출된 일별 유출량 값은 장기유출모형인 SWAT의 매개변수 검·보정에 이용되었으며, 과거 10여 년간의 유출량(공급량)을 추정하였다. 또한, 취수원인 물탱크에 수위계를 설치하여 낮 동안 수위 변화량을 이용량을 가정하여 일별 수요량을 추정하였다. 최종적으로 일별 수요량-공급량 관계분석을 통해 가뭄에 대응할 수 있는 체계를 구축하였다.
