Since the opening of Seoul Subway Line #1 in 1974, the number of passengers has been increasing. The possibility for passenger's accidents in railway stations has also increased. In order to decrease these kind of accidents, railway operation systems have been automated. Nevertheless, the possibility of a casualty accident in railway stations remains. This study analyzed the type of casualty accidents, casualty accidents by age, sex, pedestrian facility, and passenger type based on the internal data of Seoul Metro. The causes of casualty accidents are also found out. Finally, the establishment of railway safety education program and railway safety experience center are suggested in order to prevent the urban railway casualty accident in advance at railway stations.

사고조사는 안전사고 발생시 원인을 분석하여 사용자 과실로 인한 사고 인지 불량 및 불법제품에 기인한 것인지 명확하게 파악하는 것으로 이러한 제도를 운영하는 것은 이번이 처음이다. 그동안 기표원은 시판품조사 등 불량 불법제품을 조사하여 조치하는데 힘써왔으나. 사고원인을 분석하여 재발을 막는 것에는 소홀했다는 지적도 받아왔다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the current situation of safety accident received by Korea Consumer Agency and to provide a basis for preparing measures to prevent safety accident. This study was a descriptive study that secondary analyzes 4934 safety accidents accident information received from Korea Consumer Agency from 2013 to 2017. In this study, safety accident occurred more frequently woman, between 50-59 years old, the cause of safety accident were adverse effect after medical procedure(42.4%), the place where safety accident occurred private hospital(28.6%), integumentary system(41.3%) where safety accident occurred, symptoms of safety accident caused other organ damage and pain(13.1%) occurred most frequently and characteristics of safety accident differed depending on place of safety accident. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested to established a surveillance system that can prevent safety accident in which medical problems occur.

목적 : 방사선치료는 복잡하고 다양한 장비를 이용하여 고에너지 고선량의 방사선을 다루기 때문에 세심한 정도관리를 바탕으로 기술적 관점에서의 적절한 방사선치료장비 사용과 실제 환자치료시의 절차들에 대한 완벽한 지침서가 마련되어야 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 의료용 선형가속기에 연관된 방사선사고와 잠재적 사고유형들을 분석하여 환자와 종사자의 안전을 보장하고 사고를 예방키 위한 안전관리 기준을 개발하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 본 연구에서는 국내 13 개 방사선치료기관에 대한 안전관리 실태를 자체 개발한 100 여 문항의 설문으로 조사, 분석하였다. 또한, 국제적으로 사용하고 있는 안전관리기준들과 보고된 방사선 사고사례 들을 조사하였고, 방사선치료 전 과정을 통해 잠재적 사고유형을 추정함으로서 방사선치료의 안전관리를 위 해 필요한 요구사항들을 도출하고 이를 바탕으로 의료용 선형가속기에 관련된 안전관리 기준을 마련하였다. 결과 : 본 연구에서는 방사선치료 시 환자와 종사자의 안전을 보장하고 사고방지를 위하여 단계별 안전관리 기준을 개발하였으며, 방사선 치료과정에서 일어날 수 있는 다양한 실수나 사고들을 일목요연하게 관리 할 수 있는 흐름도를 구축하였다. 결론 : 본 연구 결과는 방사선치료에 사용되는 선형가속기에 대한 방사선의 안전과 품질보증을 개선하게 될 것으로 생각된다. 또한, 잠재적 방사선 사고의 예방뿐 아니라 국내의 방사선치료 안전관리 기준 마련에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구에서는 계절별 기후인자를 고려하여 정성적 및 정량적 위험성 평가를 실시하여 사고 시나리오를 설정하였고, 비용-편익분석을 실시하여 사고 시나리오별 안전관리 비의 효율을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 최악의 시나리오는 비정상조업에서 유지보수 오류이었고, 가능성 있는 시나리오는 HAZOP 구간#4에서 발생되는 가스 누출사고이었으며, 각 사고 시나리오에서 전체 안전관리 투자비에 대한 편익/비용은 0.043과 0.13이었다. 이때 각 사고 시나리오에서 비용 효과적인 안전관리 항목을 평가할 수 있었다.

Most of marine casualties occur at the coastal sea areas where maritime traffics are heavy and on the coastal regions such as the beaches and breakwaters, etc. where a lot of people visit. Recently, tile risk of casualties along the coasts has been on the increase due to the revitalization of marine leisure activities in Korea. However, the measures to prevent accidents along the coasts have not kept step with increasing rate of the accidents and the safety management system has not been organized. Recent marine casualties were analyzed to propose alternative measures for safety management to minimize marine casualties along the coasts. Comprehensive safety system and networks are necessary to be established and the integration and unification of the relevant authorities in charge should be accomplished in Korea. In rapid response to marine casualties, the search and rescue system should be established for the systematic and effective life-saving operations in Korean coastal areas.

The purpose of this study is to prevent school safety accidents by conducting an analytic investigation on safety accidents that occur in elementary, middle and high school during 2010-2014 in Chung-Nam. We used the status of safety accidents in school based on the Chung-nam School Safety and Insurance Association database. Data was analyzed by descriptive Statistics. It was found that the incidence of safety accidents in school has increased, and in the case of elementary schools it was higher than in middle school or high school. Safety accidents occurred most during break time, and in schoolyard, and due to student's carelessness. Safety is one of the most basic human needs. To decrease the incidence of safety accidents, we need to set up with comprehensive safety system including human, physical and environmental factors. Based on the this study, it needs more wide study on various countermeasures and to determine effects.

CJ제일제당 안산공장은 전당과 전분당 등을 생산하고 있는 식품소재 제조사업장이다. 업종 특성상 폭발 등의 사고가 일어날 수 있고, 전도, 협착, 추락 등의 재해 발생 가능성도 높은 편이다. 실제로 이곳은 지난 2007까지 매년 사고가 발생하면서 골머리를 앓았다. 밀폐된 공간에서의 사망사고, 협착사고, 추락사고, 지게차 사고 등 사고유형도 다양했다. 하지만 지금 이곳은 무재해 5배수 기록을 달성한 사업장으로 지역사회에 큰 귀감이 되고 있다. KOSHA18001 인증, PSM 인증 등 안전시스템 구축과 교육체계의 확립, 안전관리자의 열정, 그리고 한번 해보자는 임직원들의 관심 어린 참여가 어우러져 나타난 결과다. 여기에 한 가지 더. 이곳이 무재해 사업장으로 자리 잡을 수 있었던 것에는 안세천 공장장의 안전경영이 큰 몫을 했다. 안전에 대한 확고한 신념을 가지고, 안전사고 예방을 철저히 강조하고 있는 안세천 공장장을 만나봤다.

국민소득 증대, 개인 여가문화 확산 등으로 바닷가를 찾는 국민들이 늘어남에 따라 안전사고도 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 연안사고 발생현황을 다각적으로 분석하고, 사고를 예방하고 인명피해를 줄일 수 있는 방법으로 개인안전장비인 구명조끼 착용의 중요성에 대해 연구하였다.
