정보통신 분야의 이통통신기술은 많은 부분에서 발전을 거듭하고 있다. 이동통신기술의 발전으로 인하여 무선인터넷과 유선인터넷 통합에 대한 관심과 연구가 활발히 진행되어 지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유무선 인터넷의 통합화로 인한 데이터 동기화 과정을 소개하고, 동기화된 데이터의 관리와 전송을 위한 유.무선 데이터 관리 시스템들을 소개한다. 이에 년 논문에서는 이동 통신간 데이터의 동기화 과정과 동기화된 데이터를 안전하게 처리하여 전송할 수 있는 유.무선 데이터 동기화 전송 시스템을 설계한다.

Virtual reality technology was initially developed for entertainment purposes such as games, movies, sports, and theme parks, but gradually expanded to a number of industries such as education, e-commerce, and health care,. Therefore, safety education content incorporating VR is also rising rapidly. However, the program activity on safety education in our country is still insignificant. Although rescue of patients with acute cardiac arrest using defibrillators is one of the most representative safety education, in 2014, defibrillators are rarely used in Korea to save the lives of patients and there are very few cases of using defibrillators. The use of automatic defibrillators and the importance of knowing how to use them for expanding accessibility are necessary. However, it is not easy to provide experience education only after completing the safety education in simple theoretical education. In this paper, we propose a automatic defibrillator training simulation system using virtual reality that can be freelu trained at any time.

본 논문에서는 다른 클럭원들을 갖는 서로 다른 오실레이터에 의해 발생된 비동기 클럭을 입력으로 받아 동기신호로 변환시키는 기능과 그 중 어느 한 클럭이 동작하지 않더라도 동작하는 클럭을 계속 유지하여 클럭 중단의 위험을 제거한 안전모드를 추가한 기능의 구현을 기술한다. 특히, 통신 분야에서 ASIC으로 Chip을 개발할 때 다중 클럭의 사용은 필연적이며 비동기 신호를 동기신호로 변환하는 기능의 구현은 기본적이면서도 중요한 부분이다. 이 회로는 VHDL로 구현이 되었으며 다중 클럭 관련 ASIC 구현에 기본적으로 응용이 가능하다.

항로표지(Aids to Navigation)란 빛, 형상, 색채, 전파, 음향 등으로 안전한 항로를 표시하여 선박 항행의 안전성을 확보하기 위하여 인위적으로 설치하는 시설이다. 특히, 등대(Lighthouse)는 항로표지 중 가장 중요한 것으로 선박이 육지나 주요 변침점(Turning Point) 또는 선박 위치를 확인하기 위하여 연안에 설치하거나 항만의 소재, 항구 등을 나타내기 위하여 설치한 구조물이다. 본 논문에서는 선박의 입ㆍ출항에 관련하여 선박의 안전을 위해서 설치되어 있는 등대의 효율적인 관리 및 운영을 위한 등대 동기 제어 시스템의 개발에 관한 연구이다. 이를 위해서, 등대 동기 제어 시스템은 하드웨어(컨트롤 박스)와 소프트웨어(제어 프로그램)로 나누어 구성하였다. 하드웨어 모듈은 등대와 선박의 입ㆍ출항에 관한 업무를 담당하는 관제소 사이의 인터페이스를 제공한다. 즉, 등대의 점멸등 제어를 위한 제어부와 등대와 관리 시스템사이의 데이터 전송을 위한 통신 인터페이스를 마이크로컨트롤러의 한 종류인 PIC(Programmable Interrupt Controller)를 이용하여 구성하였다. 소프트웨어 모듈은 시스템 운영자가 등대를 간편하고 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서 GUI(Graphical User Interface) 형태의 인터페이스를 제공한다.

본 연구에서는 운송 안전 서비스를 위한 IP-USN 게이트웨이 소프트웨어 스택 기반의 멀티미디어 협력 작업 환경에서 웹 접근이 가능하게 화이트 보드, 응용 공유, 웹 노트 등의 기능을 하나로 통합한 디지털 캐로절 시스템 환경에서의 오류 동기화 시스템을 기술한다. 오류 공유 시스템을 이용하여 공동 작업을 하는 다른 사용자들에게 신속히 전달하여서 오류 발생 인식을 공동으로 대처할 수 있도록 한다. 디지털 캐로절의 오류 제어구조로 사용자 입력부, 브라우저 컴포넌트, 드로잉제어기, 드로잉 윈도우, 브라우저 제어기, URL 정보 추출기, URL 동기기, 오류 정보 추출기, 오류 동기기, 문서 출력부등으로 구성된다.

2023년 8월 3일 다중이용시설과 운송시설이 맞닿아 있는 서현역 부근의 다중이 밀집한 장소에서 차량돌진 및 흉기난동의 묻지마 범죄가 발생하였다. 차량을 인도로 몰아 보행자를 들이받은 뒤 백화점 내부로 들어가 흉기를 휘둘러 차량돌진으로 5명, 흉기난동으로 9명의 피해자가 발생하였다(리차드김, 2023). 서현역의 묻지마 범죄 이후, '살인예고 지도' 서비스의 등장하면서 많은 이용객이 상시 붐비는 번화가 및 백화점 등의 다중이용시설을 이용하는 시민들의 불안감이 전국적으로 크게 확산하고 있다(김잔디 & 최윤선, 2023). 급격히 늘어나는 국민의 불안감으로 정부에서는 '묻지마 범죄'를 '이상동기범죄'로 명명하고 근절을 위해, 사실상 테러와 비슷한 수준의 강력한 대책을 추진하고 있다(강은민, 2023). 이상동기범죄에 따른 강력한 대책으로 국무조정실(대테러센터), 경찰청 등 관계부처의 다중이용시설 대한 안전대책들이 강구되어지고 실정에서 「경비업법」에 따라 시설의 위험발생을 방지하는 업무를 담당하고 있는 민간 경비원에게 이용객의 안전을 보호하고 피해를 최소화하기 위한 일선 역할이 중요해졌다. 하지만, 이상동기범죄에 대한 일선의 초동대응이 인력과 장비, 정당방위에 대한 법제도의 뒷받침 미흡 등으로 인해 민간 경비원의 실질적인 대응이 어려운 실정이다. 많은 사람의 왕래가 있는 다중이용시설에서의 민간 경비원 최소 경력배치 기준, 현행범 제압을 위한 무기사용 기준, 이용객 보호를 위한 경비원 위력 사용 기준 등의 제도적으로 마련되어 있지 않아 민간 경비원이 범죄로부터 시설 이용객을 보호하는 것은 쉽지 않은 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다중이용시설 묻지마 범죄 등의 위험성과 민간 경비원의 무기사용과 관련한 법제도적 한계점을 고찰하여, 이에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purrpose of this study is to develop safety education program to prevent child accident using serious game. Specially children need systematic education program specially cognition of accident. Serious game has entertain and education, and it can make game stage using storytelling about variable accident situation. Using serious gmae for preventing accident, it includes useful subjects such as safety education, prevent strategies, crisis management, problem solving accomplishment.

The purpose of this study was to develop teaching-learning plans applying ARCS strategies for food safety education, focusing on units related to the 'food selection and safe cooking'. To achieve this purpose, this study was conducted in the following order of analysis, design, development, assessment I, revision I, assessment II, revision II, and completion. In the analysis stage, 2015 revised curriculum and middle school technology-home economics textbooks(12 kinds) contents of 'food selection and safe cooking' among content elements of core concept 'safety' were analyzed. In the design and development stages, teaching-learning plans, teaching-learning materials, and evaluation rubric for teaching-learning outcomes using the ARCS motivation strategy were developed. In the phases of assessment I and revision I, evaluation items were selected as open-ended questions about food safety education factors and ARCS strategies, and their validities were verified by four experts. The teaching-learning plans for nine lessons were revised based on the feedbacks such as evaluation plans considering the correspondence between instruction and evaluation, strategy to reinforce intrinsic motivation, correction of improper contents composition, and so on. In the phases of assessment II and revision II, the validity of the three items, including relevance of each teaching-learning to food safety education, suitability of learning goals, and appropriateness of motivation strategy, was verified by seven experts. The final teaching-learning plans for 10 lessons were developed by revising and supplementing the data by compiling opinions of the assessment II. It is expected that this study can contribute to food safety education for middle school students, and that teaching-learning plans which apply ARCS strategies for food safety education will be used as good references for school teachers and curriculum developers.

This study verified the effect of public service motivation volunteer work on educational training of maritime police recruits. Results show sub-factors of motive for public volunteer work, self-sacrifice, commitment to public good and positive perception of public policy affected educational satisfaction, but one other sub-factor, compassion, did not affect educational satisfaction. The practical implication is that assets without form and that which exist internally within the individual, such as spirit of public volunteering and spirit of self-sacrifice, can increase educational satisfaction. Unlike ground police, maritime police bear the danger of being on water, which necessitates the need for enhencing intagible assets like public sevice value.
