The construction industry has the highest death rate related to safety accidents of any industry. Furthermore, in contrast to other industries, where the death rate related to safety accidents has been steadily declining, both the death toll and the number of accidents in the construction industry have been on the rise. Construction accidents occur when various risks increase in an intertwined way to reach a tipping point; a moment when such factors cannot be tolerated any longer Conventional safety management methods have restrictions in terms of their ability to fully prevent all types of safety accidents. This research considers ways in which USN technology can be applied to safety management on a construction site, and derives a method of applying USN technology for safety management monitoring. The tasks related to safety management on construction sites, as well as the occurrence of accidents, are first analyzed. By analyzing the characteristics of construction accidents, the factors that must be a priority and the factors that can be a lower priority are derived. Finally, the configuration of a monitoring system for safety management on a construction site to which USN technology is applied is presented. It is expected that safety accidents can be prevented from occurring on construction sites by applying this cutting-edge USN technology.

Recently, various social network services have been grown. Among them, personal relationships based social network services such as Facebook and Twitter make a remarkable growth of industry. In such services, users' profiles are very important for establishing the relationship between two users. However some information in a user's profile causes the leakage of the user's privacy, and thus we have to deal with the information in the profile. Especially, we have to treat contact information, such as the phone number and the e-mail address, very carefully since an adversary can use the information to violate the user's privacy in real life. In this paper, we propose two profile management systems that can enhance the privacy of users in social network services. We compare our systems with existing profile management techniques in well-known social network services such as Facebook and Twitter, and show that our systems provide enhanced privacy.

Cyber-terror trials are increased in nowadays and these attacks are commonly using security vulnerability and information gathering method by variable services grew by the continuous development of Internet Technology. IDS's application environment is affected by this increasing Cyber Terror. General Network based IDS detects intrusion by signature based Intrusion Detection module about inflowing packet through network devices. Up to now security in network is commonly secure host, an regional issue adopted in special security system but these system is vulnerable intrusion about the attack in globally connected Internet systems. Security mechanism should be produced to expand the security in whole networks. In this paper, we analyzer the DARPA's program and study Infusion Detection related Technology. We design policy security framework for policy enforcing in whole network and look at the modules's function. Enforcement of security policy is acted by Intrusion Detection system on gateway system which is located in network packet's inflow point. Additional security policy is operated on-line. We can design and execute central security policy in managed domain in this method.

Recent advances in wireless communication technology promotes many researches related to sensor network and brings several proposals to fit into various types of sensor network communication. The research direction for sensor network is divided into the method to maximize an energy efficiency and security researches that has not been remarkable so far. To maximize an energy efficiency, the methods to support data aggregation and cluster-head selection algorithm are proposed. To strengthen the security, the methods to support encryption techniques and manage a secret key that is applicable to sensor network are proposed, In. However, the combined method to satisfy both energy efficiency and security is in the shell. This paper is devoted to design the protocol that combines an efficient clustering protocol with key management algorithm that is fit into various types of sensor network communication. This protocol may be applied to sensor network systems that deal with sensitive data.

The National Housing Bond Information Relay System is a representative financial information relay system in which institutions are connected with center system. A centralized structure is expensive to construct and operate center, and there is a problem that all networks are disconnected when a failure occurs in the center system. In this paper, we propose the national housing bond information relay system model based on Blockchain technology that can process information safely and efficiently. The proposed model constructs a Blockchain network so that each institution that processes the national housing bond information can transmit information safely, and each institution manages the same distributed ledge by a smart contract. The proposed model can reduce the cost because it can process complicated national housing bond transaction information without a relay center, and a network usage and disk usage decreased by 1.7% and 8.53%.

영상 감시 시스템은 광범위한 영역에서 쉽게 설치되고 있으며, 감시 지역을 녹화한 영상 정보는 대게 인터넷을 통한 클라우드 상의 저장소에서 관리하는 중앙 관리 방식을 사용하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 시스템의 주요한 문제점은 저장 영상의 전송 과정과 저장 대해서 객관적으로 신뢰할 수 있는 방법이 제공되지 않고 있으며, 개인정보보호를 위한 장치 유무와 별개로 모든 권한을 서비스 제공자에게 위임한 상태에서 운영하고 있다는 점이다. 본 연구에서는 공개키 기반 암호화와 블록체인 기반의 키 관리 시스템을 조합한 아키텍처를 이용하여 민감한 정보를 사용자가 안전하게 보호할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 제안하는 아키텍처에서는 대칭키를 사용한 블록 암호화(block-cipher) 과정을 통해 영상 정보를 암호화하고, 이때 사용하는 대칭키를 사용자의 공개키로 암호화하여 블록체인의 레저(ledger)로 기록하는 기법을 사용한다. 영상정보를 암호화하는 과정을 블록체인 네트워크의 특성(분산, 투명성, 데이터 변조 불가)을 활용하여 개인정보 영상의 생성부터 소멸까지 사용자가 추적이 가능하도록 한다.

최근 물 사용에 대한 각 부문 간의 경쟁이 심화되고 있으며, 미래 기후변화에 대응하기 위해 체계적이고 효율적인 수자원 활용이 요구되고 있다. 농업용수는 우리나라 수자원의 40% 이상을 차지하고 있지만, 생활용수, 공업용수와 달리 경험에 기반한 관행적 관리가 이루어지고 있어 체계적인 관리가 필요하다. 농업용수의 체계적 관리와 분석을 위해 최신화된 수혜면적 파악 및 수혜구역 내 수로 네트워크 구축은 필수적 요소이다. 현재 활용하고 있는 농업용 저수지 수혜면적 및 수로 자료는 한국농어촌공사의 RIMS 자료를 기반으로 하고 있다. 하지만 기존 자료의 경우 준공 당시 설계기준으로 작성되거나 수년 전 갱신된 자료로 최신현황을 반영하지 못하고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위해 직접 측량을 통한 자료 취득 또는 농림축산식품부의 스마트팜맵과 같은 대체, 보완자료가 활용되고 있다. 직접 측량의 경우 최신화된 정확한 자료 취득이 가능하지만, 많은 시간이 소요되며, 스마트팜맵의 경우 취득 주기가 1~2년으로 주기에 따라 최신자료의 활용이 어려울 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 자료 산정 시간 단축 및 최신자료 취득을 위해 고해상도 영상을 활용하고자 하였으며, 여주시 삼합저수지를 대상으로 검증하였다. 영상자료로는 위성영상, 항공영상, 드론영상을 활용하였으며, 위성영상의 경우 구글어스 프로의 2020년 11월 고해상도 영상, 국토리지정보원의 2019~2020년 51cm급 항공 영상, 2020년 10월 촬영한 4cm급 드론영상을 사용하였다. 수혜면적 산정은 기존 RIMS 자료와 스마트팜맵을 통해 확인한 수혜면적에서 영상을 통해 확인한 토지이용 변경지역을 추출하여 재산정하였으며, 수로 네트워크의 경우 RIMS 자료를 기반으로 드론영상을 통해 확인된 수로 추가 및 DEM (Digital Elevation Model) 영상을 활용한 용수 흐름도 작성을 통해 구축하였다. 본 연구에서 재산정한 수혜면적과 수로 네트워크는 정확한 용수 수요량 및 공급량 산정, 관개 효율 분석 등과 같은 농업용수 분석 전반에 기초자료로 활용 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

무선랜은 실내 유선랜의 대안으로서 컴퓨터 통신의 기반 네트워크로 등장하였으나. 장비의 성능향상과 관련기술의 급속한 발전으로 말미암아 다양한 분야에서 그 이용이 시도되고 있다. 최근 5년 간에 발생한 해양사고의 주된 유형은 GMDSS협약에 의해 관리되는 대형 선박과 이에 의하여 관리되지 못하는 5톤 미만의 소형선박과의 충돌 등이며, 그 원인이 소형선박의 영세성으로 안전 통신 시설이 도입되지 못하고 있는 실정이므로 븐 연구에서는 최근 들어 항만내의 해양사고를 줄이고자 도입이 되고 있는 AIS와 유사한 기능을 할 수 있으며 사용자 측면에서의 저가형 시스템을 제안하였다.

항로표지법은 항로표지를 설치하고 합리적이고 효율적으로 관리하여 해상교통의 안전을 도모하고, 선박 운항의 능률을 향상시키는데 이바지하는 것을 목적하며, 항로표지의 정의와 설치·관리 및 보호, 장비·용품 등의 연구·개발 및 검사 등을 법으로 규정하고 있다. 항로표지는 해상교통의 중요한 인프라로 미래 해상환경 패러다임(MASS, AI Port, Digiral twin 등)에 대응이 가능한 스마트 항로표지로 전향하는 길목에 있다. 스마트 항로표지는 자가 고장진단 및 전원유지, 다중통신 기술 인터페이스를 제공하는 등 다목적 해양플랫폼, 전원관리시스템, 해양용다중통신 플랫폼 등을 국가 R&D를 통해 개발하고 있으며, 국내 해상 실증을 통한 글로벌 표준 제정 등의 과정을 거쳐 최종적으로는 기술이전을 통한 국내 관련 업체들의 해외진출까지를 목표로 하고 있어 기존 항로표지법을 개발될 스마트 항로표지 적용 및 활용·확산을 위한 개선 방안 마련이 필요하다.

기존의 정보통신 보안 인프라 강화를 위하여 많은 개별 보안 시스템들이 활용된다. 침입차단, 침입탐지, 그리고 가상사설망 장비들을 설치하여 보안성을 향상 시켰는데, 이로 인하여 각 보안 시스템 간의 정책 충돌이 발생하기도 하여 보안상 효율성이 떨어지기도 하고, 여러 보안 시스템들을 관리하여야 하는 관리상의 복잡성과 비용상의 문제점이 존재한다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 침입탐지, 침입차단, 그리고 가상사설망 기능을 통합하여 제공하는 통합 보안 엔진 개념이 부각되었으며, 이러한 통합 보안 엔진 기능을 라우터에 탑재하여 정보통신 인프라의 보안성을 강화시킨다. 본 논문에서는 통합 보안 엔진을 라우터나 스위치 등과 같은 네트워크 노드에 탑재하여 안전한 네트워킹이 가능하도록 하는 보안 프레임웍을 소개한다. 또한, 침입탐지, 침입차단, 가상사설망 기능을 통합하여 제공하는 라우터용 통합 보안엔진의 구조를 소개하고, 이를 위해 구현된 핵심 기능을 기술한다. 이러한 통합 보안 엔진이 탑재된 보안 라우터와 기존의 보안 기능이 있는 상용 라우터와의 비교를 통하여 통합 보안 엔진이 탑재된 보안 라우터 시스템의 효율성을 설명한다.
