  • 본 논문에서는 그리드 컴퓨팅에서의 안전한 통신을 위한 양자내성암호 기반 사용자 인증 및 키 교환 프로토콜을 구현하고 성능을 측정한다. 디지털 서명을 통해 사용자를 검증하고 암호키를 교환하여 신뢰할 수 있는 사용자들만이 그리드 컴퓨팅에 참여할 수 있도록 한다. 사용자 인증과 키 교환 과정에 NIST 선정 표준양자내성암호인 ML-DSA와 ML-KEM을 적용하여 양자컴퓨터를 이용한 공격에도 안전할 것으로 기대된다. 본 논문에서는 양자내성암호를 적용한 프로토콜이 기존의 현대암호 기반 전자서명이나 키 교환 과정에 비해 양자내성과 동시에 준수한 사용성을 지녔음을 보인다. 이를 통해 그리드 컴퓨팅의 시스템의 P2P 특성에서 기인하는 보안 문제를 해결하고, 기존에 주로 내부망이나 실시간 스트리밍 서비스에서 활용되던 그리드 컴퓨팅의 인터넷 환경으로의 확장 가능성을 제시한다.

  • 최근 거대 언어 모델의 발전으로 프로그램 합성 분야에서 활용되고 있는 코드 생성 언어 모델의 보안적 측면에 대한 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 그러나, 이를 위해 모델 전체를 재학습하기에는 많은 자원과 시간이 소모된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 효율적인 미세조정 방식 중 하나인 프롬프트 튜닝으로 코드 생성 언어 모델이 안전한 코드를 생성할 확률을 높이는 방법을 탐구한다. 또한 이에 따른 기능적 정확성 간의 상충 관계를 분석한다. 실험 결과를 통해 프롬프트 튜닝이 기존 방법에 비해 추가 파라미터를 크게 줄이면서도 보안률을 향상시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 미래 연구 방향으로는 새로운 조정 손실함수와 하이퍼파라미터 값을 조정하여 성능을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있는지 조사할 것이다. 이러한 연구는 보다 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있는 코드 생성을 위한 중요한 발전을 이끌 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • Urban air mobility (UAM) shows great promise for commercialization, yet the technical foundations for ensuring safety in large-scale operations remain a challenge. The purpose of this paper was to analyze current air traffic conflict management techniques in order to develop strategies for implementing strategic conflict management within UAM traffic management systems. We found that UAM conflict management can benefit from demand and capacity balancing techniques, and a system-wide approach is essential. Specifically, the use of data sharing and probabilistic methods is essential for addressing flight time uncertainty and large-scale UAM operations effectively.

  • 과학 기술 분야에서 최근 대용량의 데이터를 활용하여 인공지능 및 빅데이터 연구를 수행하고 있는 연구소 및 기업들이 많아지고 있다. 빅데이터 연구를 위해 스토리지에 대용량의 데이터를 저장하고 이를 연구자들에게 제공할 수 있는 편리한 시스템을 요구하는 요청이 증가하고 있다. 이를 위해 스토리지를 구매하는 방법과 클라우드 스토리지를 이용하는 방법이 존재한다. 하지만 두 방법 모두 막대한 비용적인 부분이 존재한다. 또한 데이터 공유 및 외부 스토리지 이용 제공에 대한 기관의 정책적인 부분들이 문제가 된다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 KISTI에서는 SDN 네트워크 기반의 분산 스토리지 관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템의 경우 SDN 네트워크에 스토리지를 연결하여 보안적으로 안전한 전용의 회선을 이용하여 기관 데이터 정책에 위배되지 않는 환경을 구성한다. 또한 기관의 연구자들에게 데이터를 제공 시 관리자의 허가를 받은 사용자들에게만 데이터를 제공하는 기능을 이용하여 안전하고 쉽게 데이터를 다운로드 받을 수 있는 협업 플랫폼을 개발하였다. 본 논문을 통해 플랫폼을 개발 및 구축에 대해 자세하게 설명하고자 한다.

A Study on the Selection of the Recommended Safety Distance Between Marine Structures and Ships Based on AIS Data (AIS 기반 해양시설물과 선박간 권고 안전이격거리 선정에 관한 연구)

  • Although marine structures are a risk factor interfering with the passage of ships, there are no obvious guidelines on the required safety distance between ships and marine structures under regulations and laws. In this study, the width of the shipping route width was set based on the AIS data to analyze the separation distance between marine structures and ships, and the ships were classified by the length of each ship. By analyzing the distribution at marine structures, this study confirmed that the ships' traffic volume was in the form of normal distribution. To statistically analyze the separation distance between the traffic distribution results and the normal distribution of ships in this study, the traffic pattern analysis around the marine structures was performed. As a result, the traffic pattern was different by length and the recommended safety distance for each length is presented accordingly. Referring to the IMO (International Maritime Organization) the standard turning circle and reference of safety separation distance between ships and offshore wind turbines of the CESMA (Confederation of European Shipmasters' Associations) and P IANC (World Association for Waterborne Transport Infrastructures), the analysis was conducted on ships that did not follow the set distance among the AIS data by setting the distance within the recommended ship safety distance to 5-7 overall length. As a result, the 5.5 length over all of the safety recommendations were selected as appropriate, and based on the above results, the two cases recommending ship safety distance were proposed.

Demonstration of Disaster Information and Evacuation Support Model for the Safety Vulnerable Groups (안전취약계층을 위한 재난정보 및 대피지원 모델 실증)

  • Purpose: Since most disaster information systems are centered on non-disabled people, the reality is that there is a lack of disaster information delivery systems for the vulnerable, such as the disabled, the elderly, and children, who are relatively vulnerable to disasters. The purpose of the service is to improve the safety of the disabled and the elderly by eliminating blind spots of informatization and establishing customized disaster information services to respond to disasters through IoT-based integrated control technology. Method: The model at the core of this study is the disaster alert propagation model and evacuation support model, and it shall be developed by reflecting the behavioral characteristics of the disabled and the elderly in the event of a disaster. The disaster alert propagation model spreads disaster situations collected using IoT technology, and the evacuation support model uses geomagnetic field-based measuring technology to identify the user's indoor location and help the disabled and the elderly evacuate safely. Results: Demonstration model demonstration resulted in an efficient qualitative evaluation of indoor location accuracy, such as the suitability of evacuation route guidance and satisfaction of services from the user's perspective. Conclusion: Disaster information and evacuation support services were established for the safety vulnerable groups of mobile app for model verification. The disaster situation was demonstrated through experts in the related fields and the disabled by limiting it to the fire situation. It was evaluated as "satisfaction" in the adequacy of disaster information delivery and evacuation support, and its functional satisfaction and user UI were evaluated as "normal" due to the nature of the pilot model. Through this, the disaster information and evacuation support services presented in this study were evaluated to support the safety vulnerable groups to a faster disaster evacuation without missing the golden time of disaster evacuation.

Improvement of an Analytical Method for Methoprene in Livestock Products using LC-MS/MS (LC-MS/MS를 이용한 축산물 중 살충제 메토프렌의 잔류분석법 개선)

  • The research aims to develop a rapid and easy analytical method for methoprene using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). A simple, highly sensitive, and specific analytical method for the determination of methoprene in livestock products (beef, pork, chicken, milk, eggs, and fat) was developed. Methoprene was effectively extracted with 1% acetic acid in acetonitrile and acetone (1:1), followed by the addition of anhydrous magnesium sulfate (MgSO4) and anhydrous sodium acetate. Subsequently, the lipids in the livestock sample were extracted by freezing them at -20℃. The extracts were cleaned using MgSO4, primary secondary amine (PSA), and octadecyl (C18), which were then centrifuged to separate the supernatant. Nitrogen gas was used to evaporate the supernatant, which was then dissolved in methanol. The matrix-matched calibration curves were constructed using 8 levels (1, 2.5, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 150 ng/mL) and the coefficient of determination (R2) was above 0.9964. Average recoveries spiked at three levels (0.01, 0.1, and 0.5 mg/kg), and ranged from 79.5-105.1%, with relative standard deviations (RSDs) smaller than 14.2%, as required by the Codex guideline (CODEX CAC/GL 40). This study could be useful for residue safety management in livestock products.

  • Organotin pesticide is used as an acaricide in agriculture and may contaminate livestock products. This study aims to develop a rapid and straightforward analytical method for detecting organotin pesticides, specifically azocyclotin, cyhexatin, and fenbutatin oxide, in various livestock products, including beef, pork, chicken, egg, and milk, using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The extraction process involved the use of 1% acetic acid in a mixture of acetonitrile and ethyl acetate (1:1). This was followed by the addition of anhydrous magnesium sulfate (MgSO4) and anhydrous sodium chloride. The extracts were subsequently purified using octadecyl (C18) and primary secondary amine (PSA), after which the supernatant was evaporated. Organotin pesticide recovery ranged from 75.7 to 115.3%, with a coefficient of variation (CV) below 25.3%. The results meet the criteria range of the Codex guidelines (CODEX CAC/GL 40). The analytical method in this study will be invaluable for the analysis of organotin pesticides in livestock products.

Relationship among User's Security Need Sufficiency, Customer Satisfaction and Life Satisfaction in Electronic Security System (기계경비시스템 이용자의 안전욕구충족과 이용만족 및 생활만족의 관계)

  • This study aims at diagnosing the relationship among user's security need Sufficiency, customer satisfaction and life satisfaction in electronic security system. For the achievement of this study selected electronic security system users in Seoul as a population for about 25 days from June 20$^{th}$, 2008 to July 15$^{th}$, 2008, segmented. This study selected 378 peoples by distributing 400 unities in total for each 80 peoples throughout purposive sampling method. The final 302 samples were used in statistics. Collected data was analyzed based on the aim of this study using SPSSWIN 16.0, and factor analysis, reliability analysis, stepwise multiple regression analysis and path analysis were used as statistic techniques to analyze. The conclusions are the followings; First, The higher bodily, environmental, mental, informational, and physical security need the more body and property protection satisfaction and facility customer satisfaction. The higher bodily, environmental, and mental security need the more employee service satisfaction. Second, The higher bodily, environmental, informational, and physical security need are perceived, the more influence is marked with life satisfaction and security life satisfaction. Third, The higher personal and property protection, facility, and employee service satisfaction the more security life satisfaction. Also, the higher customer service and personal and property protection satisfaction are perceived, the more influence is marked with life satisfaction. Fourth, Security need sufficiency has little influence on life satisfaction directly, but it has high influences on life satisfaction through customer satisfaction of electronic security system.

A Study on the Safety Factor Analysis of Bulk Cargo Handling Using Fuzzy-AHP : Focused on steel cargo (Fuzzy-AHP를 활용한 벌크화물 하역 안전요인 분석에 관한 연구 : 철재화물을 중심으로)

  • In this paper, we analyze accident factors that occur in the unloading of steel cargoes and try to derive priority of importance among factors. The Fuzzy-AHP, which enables hierarchical analysis through pairwise comparison of factors, is used to derive priorities of safety factors to consider when unloading steel cargo. In the top factor analysis results, weights were ranked in order of human factors, safety education, equipment and facilities, and business environment. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the improvement of the safety consciousness of the field workers and enterprises and to reduce the incidence of accidents in the unloading and unloading operations by deriving the relative importance between the factors. In the future, it is necessary to study the cargoes of other disasters such as container cargo as well as steel cargo.
