Development of a Facet Classification System for Integrated Management and Shared Use of Disaster and Safety Information (재난안전정보의 통합관리 및 공동활용을 위한 패싯 분류체계 개발)

  • This study aims to suggest a classification system for integrated management and shared use of disaster and safety information, which is currently produced and managed separately in disaster-related organizations. The study conducted a survey with organizations in charge of disaster management to analyze existing disaster-related classification systems and developed the first draft of the classification system. Later, in-depth interviews were conducted with disaster experts and a review was made by library and information science professors for the final touch. As a facet classification system consisting of 7 facets, it will be effective in supporting disaster management tasks as well as representing the complex nature of disaster and safety information.

  • In this paper, we apply this method to the entire process of smart disaster safety management based on the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution to minimize human, social, economic and environment damage from accidents and disasters, prevention evaluation and disaster information collection analysis and real-time detection of field situation. Prevention of $5^{th}$ generation communication system by analysis, contrast by education and training using virtual reality and augmented reality disaster safety management decision support system intelligent robot for recovery, disaster, discovery, reconnaissance relief, and scale analysis of damages were proposed.

  • Recently, various studies have been conducted to improve automated vehicle (AV) safety for AVs commercialization. In particular, the scenario method is directly related to essential safety assessments. However, the existing scenario do not have objectivity and explanability due to lack of data and experts' interventions. Therefore, this paper presents the AVs safety assessment extended scenario using real traffic accident data and vision transformer (ViT), which is explainable artificial intelligence (XAI). The optimal ViT showed 94% accuracy, and the scenario was presented with Attention Map. This work provides a new framework for an AVs safety assessment method to alleviate the lack of existing scenarios.

  • 본 연구에서는 터널구조물의 안전상태를 평가하기 위하여 터널라이닝에 광변위센서 계측시스템을 적용하였다. 먼저 터널 라이닝 모델실험을 실시하여 광변위 계측시스템의 신뢰성을 검증하였고, 터널 현장적용을 통하여 계측시스템의 적용성을 검토하였다. 본 계측시스템은 터널구조물의 상시적인 안전관리측면에서 효과적이라 할 수 있으며, 계측결과의 평가와 정밀안전진단에의 활용에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

  • 본 논문에서는 교육정보공유체제를 위한 토 관리시스템을 위하여 요구되는 표준화 및 기술개발 동향, 국내외 환경, 그리고 사용 시나리오를 분석하고, 교육정보공유체제를 위한 ID 관리 시스템을 위한 소요 보안 핵심 기술과 시스템 요구사항을 제시한다. 본 고의 결과는 안전한 교육정보공유체제를 위한 ID 관리 시스템 설계 시 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The Development and Effect of the Patient Safety Education Program Using Simulated situation (모의 상황을 활용한 환자안전 교육 프로그램 개발 및 효과)

  • As the prevention of patient safety accidents has been strengthened in the accreditation process of medical institutions, patient safety, which is the maintenance of patient safety by managing medical accidents around the patients, is considered a subject that is important as a disease cure. The purpose of this study is to develop a Patient Safety Program using simulated situations for inpatients at a general hospital ward and to understand the effects on knowledge, performance, and perception of patient safety before and after the programs. In addition, the satisfaction of patient safety education is verified after application of the program. The participants were 30 inpatients at a general hospital. Data were collected from April 15 to 30, 2019 and analyzed using IBM SPSS Version 23.0. The results of the preand post-education revealed a statistically significantly improvement of patient safety knowledge, performance, perception and educational satisfaction. The Patient Safety Education Program using simulated situation was an effective educational program for the inpatients to improve patient safety knowledge, performance, perception, and educational satisfaction. Therefore, this program demonstrated a positive effect of patient safety and it is expected that it can be used as the basis of an education program in patient safety education in a clinical setting.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the narrative of VR disaster and safety Education introduced by disaster film narrative. VR(Virtual Reality) is be suitable technology for disaster and safety Education due to media characteristics as 'immersion', 'presence', 'interactivity', 'pleasure'. Disaster film narrative is able to be worth VR disaster and safety education as a variety of stories and educational effect. For this study, examine a theoretical study and a visiting research of 'Busan 119 Safety & Experience Center'. This study concludes that Firstly need to introduce catharsis effect, Secondly, build 'interactive narratives' that ensure active participation of users, Thirdly, introduce an 'adventure game' narrative element, Fourthly, introduce a hero-shaped narrative in which the user becomes a one-man hero, And lastly, need education as use user's multiple access and group experience learning. Therefore, This thesis is of academic value in that it suggest a desirable new direction of narrative in VR disaster and safety education.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the causal relationship between self-efficacy and safety consciousness of health belief factors and how they affect the disaster prevention behavior of construction workers using TBM. To this end, a research model is presented that applies the main variables of the Health Belief Theory, a social psychological health behavior change model developed to predict and explain health-related behaviors. To empirically verify the research model of this study, a survey was conducted among construction workers who have experience in using TBMs for chemical plant construction. The results showed that, first, the perceived severity of construction workers utilizing chemical plant construction has a significant effect on self-efficacy and safety consciousness; second, the perceived probability of construction workers utilizing chemical plant construction has a significant effect on self-efficacy and safety consciousness. Third, the perceived obstacles of construction workers utilizing chemical plant construction have a significant effect on self-efficacy and safety consciousness. Fourth, the perceived benefits of construction workers utilizing chemical plant construction were found to have a significant effect on self-efficacy and safety awareness. The purpose of this study is to reduce critical accidents through disaster prevention behavior of chemical plant construction workers through TBM.
