A Study on the Effect of Construction Site Risk Assessment Operation System (건설현장 위험성평가 운영시스템 구축효과에 관한 연구)

  • 2012년 9월부터 건설현장 위험성평가는 안전관리 업무로 의무화되었으나, 해당 근로자가 사전위험성을 추정하고 대책을 수립하여 재해예방 활동으로 연계되기에는 위험성평가 작성부터 어려움이 있다. 위험성평가 운영시스템 구축을 통해 건설현장 근로자가 해당작업의 위험요인 및 안전대책을 쉽게 파악할 수 있도록, 작업 공종 선택만으로 해당작업의 다양한 위험요인과 안전대책을 제시하고, 해당 공종에서 발생한 재해사례를 보여줌으로써 동종 재해 재발방지 대책수립이 가능하도록 시스템을 구축하였다. 이러한 위험성평가 활동의 효과분석을 위해 H건설사의 운영평가에서, 위험성평가 운영시스템 구축 이후 건설현장 근로자가 위험성평가 활용에 쉽게 접근할 수 있고 해당공정의 위험요인 추정 및 위험예방 대책 수립이 가능하게 되었으며, 평가기간 동안 재해율 감소에도 영향이 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

  • 대형 시스템의 안전에 미치는 인적요인의 영향이 매우 크기 때문에, 시스템의 안전성을 정확히 평가하기 위해서는 인적요인에 대한 체계적인 평가가 선행되어야 한다. 원자력 분야에서는 발전소 안전성에 미치는 인적오류를 평가하기 위하여 인간신뢰도분석(Human Reliability Analysis : HRA)을 수행해 왔다. 그러나 데이터의 부족과 인적행위 메카니즘에 대한 이해 부족으로 인하여 아직까지 HRA 수행에는 많은 불확실성이 존재한다. 최근 HRA를 포함한 안전성 평가 결과가 원자력발전소 설계 및 운전에 관련된 의사결정에 주요 정보로 활용되면서 HRA의 신뢰성을 높이기 위한 연구 개발 노력이 활발히 진행 중에 있다.(중략)

  • 본 연구는 최근 중대재해 처벌법 시행에 따라 관심이 높아지고 있는 근로자 참여형 위험성 평가를 위한 중요한 평가 요소를 확인하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구의 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째로, 근로자 참여형 위험성 평가를 위한 관련 선행연구 및 위험성 평가 지침과 같은 관련 선행 문헌을 분석하였다. 둘째로, 위험성 평가 전문가들의 대안을 통해 위험성 평가에서 중요한 상위 개층 요인을 확인하였다. 셋째로, 위험성 평가에 대한 중요한 요인을 계층화 대안 모델을 검증하기 위해 안전관리자와 근로자를 대상으로 한 집단 간의 상대적 중요도를 측정하기 위해 계층분석(Analytical Hierarchy Process) 방법을 사용하였다. 이를 통해 건설 현장에서 근로자 참여형 위험성 평가를 수행하기 위한 이행력 관리 수단 및 위험 조치 수립을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다.

A Study on Safety of e-Business (e-비즈니스의 안전성에 관한 연구)

  • The two main purposes of this paper are to (1) identify factors that influence the safety of e-Business and (2) investigate the explanatory power of these factors on firm performance. Through an extensive literature review and expert panel reviews, a list of 9 factors consisting of 36 items was compiled. In the second stage, questionnaires were administered to managers of e-Business companies in the metropolitan area of Seoul, Korea. Respondents rate 'Information Management,' as the most influencing factor, and then in the order of 'Payment,' 'Security Programs,' and 'Intrusion.' And survey results show that factors have very significant explanatory power for firm performance. While 'Information Management,' 'Delivery,' 'Intrusion,' and 'Security Programs' are the most explanatory factors for Tobin's q, 'Government Policy,' 'Delivery,' 'Intrusion,' 'Awareness,' and 'Security Programs' show most explanatory power for ROA.

  • 본 논문은 인력운반작업(Manual Materials Handling)과 관련된 위험요인을 파악하여 안전한 작업을 설계할 수 있는 기준을 설정하는 것을 목표로 하고 있으며, 이러한 목표를 달성하기 위하여 운수유통업을 중심으로 현장에서의 인력운반 작업에 대한 실증적인 조사를 실시하여 기존에 알려진 인력운반의 위험요인 이외에 작업자들의 행동적인 위험요인이나 그밖에 그간 고려되지 못하였던 실질적인 위험인자들을 밝혀내고자 하였으며 최근에 들어 인력운반에 있어 새로운 위험평가 기법으로 사용되고 있는 LMM(Lumbar Motion Monitor)을 가능하게 할 수 있는 electrogoniometric system을 구성하여 새로운 방범으로 인력운반의 위험성을 평가 하고자 하였다.   • The construction industry has the most safety accidents of any of the domestic industries. Special care must be taken because disasters in the construction industry lead to social problems caused by huge property losses and casualties. As a result, there is a growing awareness of disasters occurring in the construction industry, and government departments are tightening their regulations on safety management. In particular, the OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Agency) focuses on the expansion of protection targets and the clarification of responsibility in the full amendment OSHA. As a result, a study that focuses on the client's responsibility for safety management is needed. In this study, the project performance capability assessment of construction project management contractors, which is being carried out with uniform assessment criteria without considering the characteristics of the construction project, is considered and all the amendments to the OSHA are considered, and the factors were derived for improvement measures.

  • IMO(International Maritime Organization) and the Shipping World rave complied with various kinds of international regulations for maritime safety and marine environmental protection, but the main reason of maritime accidents is that developing countries cannot implement maritime safety related regulations. Although Korea has been a member of the "A group" council of IMO, maritime technology transfer records of Korea are not good. To promote the project of official development assistance in Korea, it is required to select the technology which has a high degree of importance in the fields of maritime safety and has a high degree of demand on the transfer to developing countries, and to concentrate on the selected technology. So, it is necessary to draw valuation factors for maritime safety technology and to decide the priority in order among maritime safety technologies on the basis of valuation factors. Because the weights which show the degree of importance among valuation factors are different from factor to factor, interdependent relationship between factors should be considered on evaluation. In this study, the valuation factors were divided into three groups as the maturity of maritime safety technology, the promotion probability of projects and the degree of importance of technology, and the detailed factors of each group were drawn. A model which used Fuzzy AHP and limiting probability to consider the weights of importance and correlation among valuation factors was developed. To adopt this model, nine types of maritime safety technology in the field of maritime safety information were selected and points were scored for each technology through evaluation. In conclusion, first, ENC related technology was scored to be the highest as 0.0139. Second, the point of ship monitoring technology was scored as 0.0133. Last, oil spill response technology was scored as 0.0132.

  • As majority of the traffic accidents in intersections is caused by human factor, a close examination is required on its contributing factors through measuring the psychological and physiological response according to the driving characteristics of the drivers and the road conditions. In this study, for the safety evaluation of individual intersection considering human factors of the drivers, electroencephalography reaction was measured utilizing cutting-edge measuring equipment and survey on drivers' cognitive characteristics in ordinary times and while driving test was conducted. The relationship between the electroencephalography response when approaching the intersection and cognitive evaluation survey data in driving test was clarified, and individual intersection safety evaluation model was built considering cognitive evaluation factor and the reaction of a bio-response electroencephalography data. As a result, I could find out that cognitive evaluation was made through the reaction of a bio-response (Electroencephalography) process because electroencephalography reaction of a bio-response showed differently by the physical characteristics of the intersection and cognitive evaluation had a difference.

  • 이동식크레인은 높은 사망률에 기여하는 기계로 최근 6년간(2016~2021) 사고사망사례 중 건설업 2,574건을 분석한 고위험 요인(SIF)정보에서 이동식크레인의 사고는 총 61건의 재해가 발생하였다. 현장의 안전대책에도 불구하고 제대로 활용이 안되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 표준 리스크 평가 지수를 제시하여 사고예방에 기여하고자 한다

  • The Internet is now an integral part of the everyday lives of a majority of people. Web users are demanding web sites that offer credible information. This study tired to comprehensively extract the factors that affect the perception web credibility based on preceding researches and develop of indicators for evaluating the web credibility by goodness-fit analysis. I modified more than 100 factors which presented by preceding researches to 28 factors, and allocated these factors into the hierarchical categories like followings; trustworthiness, expertness, safety are categorized as first level factors, trustfulness and reputation are placed to sub-factors of trustworthiness, usefulness, timeliness and competency to sub-factors of expertness, security and reliability to sub-factors of safety as second level factors. Finally this study developed evaluating indicators for web credibility by goodness-of fit analysis.
