The Considerable Security Issues on the Security Enforcement of Cryptographic Technology in Finance Fields (금융부문 암호기술의 안전성 강화를 위한 보안고려사항)

  • By known attacks against cryptographic technology and decline of security, internal and external major institutions have defined their recommendations in kinds, expiration, safe parameters of cryptographic technology and so on. Internal financial fields will change some cryptographic technology to follow these recommendations. To keep strong security of financial systems against sudden security changes of cryptographic technology, this article finds pre-steps : status of applied cryptographic technology, selection of vulnerable cryptographic technology. And plans for management of cryptographic technology in financial fields will be proposed.

  • Jini 구조의 네트웍 기능은 분산응용을 위하여 간단하면서도 유연한 네트웍 환경을 제공하고 있다. 이를 통하여 이동에이전트 시스템의 동적인 등록 및 위치 파악의 기능과 에이전트의 활동에 유용한 서비스들의 동적 제공이 용이하게 지원되어 이동에이전트 시스템 개발에 널리 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Jini 기반의 이동에이전트 시스템인 JMoblet 시스템을 썬 마이크로시스템에서 새롭게 제시한 Jini 2.0 보안모델을 적용하여 보안성이 강화된 안전한 JMoblet 시스템으로 확장하였다. 또한 에이전트 간 통신 시, 안전한 통신패러다임을 제시하였다.

  • 모발 에이전트는 고객을 대신하여 호스트에서 고객의 서명을 대리 수행하도록 하는 기능을 가지고 있다. 이러한 모발 에이전트를 이용한 진자상거래 환경에서 안전성을 강화하기 위한 1회용 대리서명 기법이 제안되어 있다[4]. 그러나, 진자상거래와 같은 환경에서 대부분의 사용자가 신분노출을 꺼려하는 익명성이 제공되지 않는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 무선 환경에서의 계산량과 통신량을 줄이면서 익명성을 제공할 수 있는 안전하고 효율적인 1회용 대리서명 기법을 제안한다.

  • 대리 서명 방식은 전자서명 방식의 한 응용분야로써 1996년 Mambo[1]에 의하여 처음으로 제안되었으며, 이후 다양한 특성을 갖는 Schnorr 서명 기반 대리 서명들이[2,3]에서 제안되었다. 특히 B.Lee[3]은 대리 서명키의 오용을 막을 수 있는 강한 대리 서명기법(Strong Proxy Signature Scheme, SPSS)을 제시하였다. 그러나 이 기법에 대하여[6]은 서명위조 공격에 안전하지 않음을 기술하였다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 공격을 피할 수 있도록 방법을 제시하면서 더불어 이를 응용한 대리은닉 서명(proxy blind signature)을 제안한다.

  • These days, it seems to be a core time to build proactive prevention systems for small and medium sized enterprises due to the reinforced safety in the production process and the strong environmental regulations (ES) both at home and abroad. On the other hand, a network of experts that combines the industrial environment and production safety as well as even the knowledge services companies are not quite enough to prepare to support them. In this study, through a survey of experts the current statue of the convergence of industrial environment and production safety were reviewed, and the structure of knowledge ES cluster was proposed to overcome this current state. Detailed strategies such as the development and distribution of ES convergence methodology, ES efficiency analysis and an ES roundtable.

  • The purpose of this study is to study how to draw up a safety guarantee certificate and its future expected effects in connection with the Industrial Safety and Health Act as it becomes mandatory to draw up a safety guarantee led by the owner who exercises practical decision-making authority and pays for the construction work. Therefore, Therefore, this study predicts the expected effects of the health and safety guarantee on the construction industry and the weaknesses that future health and assurance have in settling in the construction industry in relation to the revised Act on Industrial Safety and Health. And It will be used as basic data on the changes that will be brought by the shipper-led preemptive safety and health management system, as well as strengthening responsibilities and safety for the role of the shipper in the construction industry.

  • 17,508개의 도서로 이루어진 군도국가 인도네시아의 지리적 기후적 특징을 소개하고 그와 관련된 현지 인도네시아의 해사안전체계 현황과 실태를 설명하고 있다. 최근 인도네시아 정부는 호주 및 일본과의 해상운송분야의 안전성 제고를 위한 국제협력사업을 수행중이거나 수행하였으나 아직까지 해사안전관리 체계가 국제적 표준에 미치지 못하는 실정임에 따라 이를 보완하기 위한 노력의 일환으로 IMO협약 비준을 통한 해사안전규정의 강화와 아울러 Navigation Aids 설치 확대 및 전자해도개발 등 해사안전관리체계의 선진화를 시도함과 동시에 선진국을 상대로 자금지원과 선진화된 기술이전을 위한 국제협력의 문을 개방하고 있다. 이에 부응하여 조선 및 해운분야의 선진국인 우리나라가 인도네시아 정부와 해사안전분야의 활발한 국제협력을 통하여 우리나라 조선 및 관련 기자재 산업의 인도네시아 진출을 위한 새로운 계기를 만들어야 할 것이다.

Experimental Study for the Reinforcement of District Heating Pipe (지역난방 열배관 강화를 위한 실증시험 연구)

  • In this study, an alternative bend design is proposed to overcome the aging problem in piping bends. In this design, the foam pad is not included. Finite element analysis was performed based on the total pipe diameter. From this analysis, the shape of the Shear Control Ring (SCR) was determined. Temperature, stress, and other data of the proposed reinforced pipe were acquired and analyzed after the test was performed. The value of the thermal stress for the reinforced steel pipe satisfied the required standard without the foam pad based on the manufacturing of the reinforced fitting and construction site of the test. The reinforcement provided a shear strength level for the foam pad that resulted in maximum shear stress less than stress based on the original foam pad applied at the pipe bend. Additionally, an increasing factor of safety effect for the reinforced fitting application was discovered.

An Analysis of Threat Factors for Strengthen Maritime Safety around Delphi/AHP-Based Launch Site and Flight Paths (Delphi/AHP 기반 발사장 주변 및 비행경로의 해상안전 강화를 위한 위협요인 분석)

  • In this study, using the Delphi method, 20 responses to 4 questions (need for launch safety control, top-priority considerations for ensuring public safety during launch, necessary improvements for securing maritime safety, and maritime safety threat factors) regarding launch vehicles and public safety were obtained from experts, and their importance was evaluated to analyze the factors that threaten the reinforcement of maritime safety around launch sites and flight paths when launching. According to the results of an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) analysis, the consistency ratio of the four questions was 4.8%, which is lower than CR ≤ 0.1(10%), and the consistency percentage of the lower measurement indicators was 3.9~5.7%. The derived importance and priority of maritime safety threat factors during launching were in the following order: Substantial human and physical damage in case of launch accidents(0.36), Prepare legal bases (e.g., penalty details) regarding maritime control(0.32), Secure the safety of personnel, equipment, and facilities in danger zone(0.31), Unauthorized entry of vessels in maritime control zones and non-compliance to restrictions(0.30). This article can serve as a reference for strengthening maritime safety in areas around launch sites and flight paths.

  • The accident rate is higher in the small workplace than the large workplace. It is desirable to focus on the small workplace for the disaster prevention activities. The disaster prevention activities for the small workplace are achieved through the private consignment agencies' technical guidance. but it has exposed many demand of the private consignment agencies' experts and its effectiveness has been strengthened. The purpose of this study, it is to provide the system improvement plan that the problem can be solved and to present a plan to improve the effectiveness of the proposed system. It is to listen to the opinions of experts and the direction of the study was set up.
