The biggest change in the field of coastal ship safety control since the accident of passenger ship Sewol has been the introduction of the maritime safety supervisor system. With its introduction, the safety control system in coastal passenger ships was changed from consisting of operation managers and marine police to operation managers and a newly-introduced maritime safety supervisor. The safety control system for coastal cargo ships was also converted from relying on ship inspection officers to having a maritime safety supervisor and ship inspection officers. However some negative elements have surfaced due to confusion related to the scope of work in the coastal cargo shipping field. These have been caused by dividing the supervisory agency, a lack of work continuity given non-permanent public official status, low supervisor qualifications overlooking reality, and limitations of the order for improvement to secure seaworthiness. It is essential that the maritime safety supervisor system be solidified to reinforce coastal ship safety control. Therefore, systematic safety control in the coastal cargo shipping industry should be conducted by a single, integrated government agency, and the area covered by the order for improvement to secure seaworthiness should be extended. Also limitations of the supervisor recruitment system due to non-permanent public official status should be simultaneously improved. In addition, it is necessary to upgrade supervisor qualifications to require experience with surveyors of international class, ship captains, and chief engineers.

According to the children's crime risk is increased, national police agency has implemented child safety keeper system since 2009. Despite the importance of child safety keeper studies, there was no seeking of empirical research and development plan for the operation. The purpose of the study is to find ways to improve the effectiveness of the child safety keeper system. To achieve the research objectives, all the child safety keepers were surveyed by quota sampling in the 16 provincial police agency. Questionnaire analyzed by frequency analysis, t-test, Avova, multiple regression analysis. The result of analysis is the need to strengthen links with child safety keeping house, participatory setting for the patrol route, the improvement of education management and supervision, adequacy of allowance, strengthening contact with children for job success awareness.

미래 정보사회로 의미가 확대된 유비쿼터스 환경은 글로벌 컴퓨팅 환경에 기반한 유비쿼터스 인프라에서의 최적 보안 서비스 제공을 위한 지속적인 정보보호 기술이 요구되고 있다. 이와 같이 보안 서비스는 사용자에게 유비쿼터스 사회에서의 안전성, 신뢰성, 건전성을 제공하기 위한 다양한 수단을 포괄하는 개념으로, 개인의 프라이버시 침해 및 컨텍스트의 무분별한 사용이라는 문제점에 대응할 수 있어야 한다. 현재의 ID/Password를 사용한 인증 단계에서 발생되는 여러 문제들에 대한 대응 방안으로 OTP(One Time Password)가 부각되고 있다. OTP는 다양한 어플리케이션으로의 적용 및 유연한 사용자 권한 설정이 가능한 장점을 통해 다른 사용자 인증 방식에 비해 유비쿼터스 환경으로의 효율적인 적용이 가능하다. 하지만 OTP에 대한 인식의 부족 및 사용자 인증에 대한 중요성 인지 미흡으로 인하여 OTP 활용을 위한 시스템과 구조 연구가 부족하고, 제한적인 서비스에 OTP가 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자를 위한 보안 서비스를 제공하고자 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 보안 요소 강화를 위한 OTP의 보안 요구사항을 분석하고, OTP를 이용한 다양한 적응 방안을 고려한다. 이와 같은 연구를 통해 OTP의 효율적 관리 방안과 다양한 서비스 및 환경에서의 적용 방안 연구를 통하여, 기존 인증 방식보다 보안성이 강화된 인증 체계의 구현과 다양한 보안 서비스 제공이 가능할 것으로 기대 된다.

경매 프로토콜의 우수성은 보안성, 효율성, 안정성의 측면에 있다. 기존에 제안된 경매 프로토콜은 보안을 강화함으로 인해 많은 계산량과 메시지 전승이 요구되어 높은 트래픽을 발생한다. 또한 경매의 규모가 커짐에 따라 Auctioneer의 부담이 가중된다. 본 논문에서는 다항함수의 특성과 개인 정보 분할을 통해 기존의 보안성을 유지하면서도 효율성을 높인 경매 프로토콜 PAP를 제안하고자 한다. 효율성을 높이기 위해 곱연산을 피하고 xor연산을 이용하여 계산량을 줄이고. 안전성을 높이기 위해 다항함수(Polynomial)의 기본 성질을 이용해서 Bidder들의 정보를 분할한다. 제안한 경매 프로토콜은 계산량을 줄이면서도 Bidder들의 정보는 보호된다.

최근 산업용 기계·기구 및 설비는 과거 아날로그 제어방식에서 전자회로를 이용한 디지털 제어방식으로 전환됨에 따라 제어장치가 소형화퇴고, 기능의 다양화 및 초정밀 제어가 가능해 졌다. 그러나 각종 전자파 잡음 발생원이 많아지고 기계장치의 제어에 약한 신호가 이용되고 있기 때문에 전자파 장해로 인한 산업재해와 생산차질, 불량품생산 등 여러 부작용의 원인이 되고 있다. 이에 선진국의 경우 전자파 적합성(EMC)에 대한 규제대상과 안전기준을 점점 강화하는 추세에 있으며, 우리나라의 경우도 가전제품, 통신장비 등은 전파법, 전기용품안전관리법 등으로 오래 전부터 전자파 안전대책을 의무 규정화하여 규제하교 있다.(중략)

최근, 차량간 통신 기술의 적용을 통해 운전자의 안전성 강화를 목적으로 하는 능동형 차량 안전서비스 실현을 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 서비스의 범주에는 충돌사고 경고 및 회피, 도로상의 위험요소 경고, 교통 안전정보 제공 등이 포함된다. 본 고에서는 통신 시스템 설계 관점에서 차량 안전서비스 실현을 위한 기술 요소, 통신 프로토콜 설계 및 개발 방법론에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

교통안전에 대한 지속적인 강화정책에도 불구하고 국내 교통안전수준이 뚜렷한 개선효과를 보이지 못하고 있는 현 시점에서 차량, 도로, 이용자(운전자, 보행자) 간 끊김 없는 정보제공을 가능케 하는 새로운 ITS 융합기술(C-ITS)의 필요성이 어느 때 보다 크다. 본 지에서는 국내 교통사고자료를 바탕으로 국내외에서 검토되고 있는 C-ITS 서비스의 교통안전 기대효과를 살펴보고, 향후 교통안전 혁신을 위한 추가 안전서비스(안)를 제시하고 있다.
