  • 원전보호계통(RPS: Reactor Protection System)은 사고 시 치명적 피해를 입을 수 있다는 점에서 안전에 대한 중요도가 가장 높은 Safety 1E class로 분류되며, 이러한 보호계통을 디지털 라이즈 하는데 있어서 높은 신뢰도에 대한 보장이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 DPPS(Digital Plant Protection System) 내에서 작동하는 내장형 소프트웨어의 높은 신뢰성을 보장하기 위한 테스팅 방법론을 제시하고자 한다. DPPS에서 작동하는 내장형 소프트웨어를 테스트하기 위한 방법은 크게 두 가지로 나누어진다. 첫 번째 단계는 절차중심의 프로그램에서 객체를 추출하고 이를 이용하여 클래스를 추출하는 제공학의 단계이다. 두 번째 단계는 이러한 클래스들을 이용하여 레벨별 테스팅을 수행하기 위한 테스트 아이템을 추출하고, 추출된 테스트 아이템을 이용하여 테스트 케이스를 선정하는 단계이다. 이렇게 각 레벨별로 선정된 테스트 케이스를 이용하여 단위 테스팅, 통합 테스팅, 시스템 테스팅 이렇게 3단계의 레벨별 테스팅을 수행한다.

  • 접지시스템 구축의 근본 목적은 인체의 안전(Safety)과 설비의 안정(Stability)을 목적으로 하며, 보호목적에 따라 전력설비용 접지와 약전용 접지로 크게 나눌 수 있다. 전력설비용접지(Frame Earth)는 감전이나 설비의 피해를 방지하기 위한 것으로서 주로 보안용접지에 속하며 평상시에는 접지선에 전류가 흐르지 않는 것이 일반적이다. 이에 반하여 약전용접지(Signal Earth)는 전자통신 회로의 안정된 동작을 확보하기 위한 것으로 평상시에도 전류가 흐르는 것이 일반적이다. 이와 같이 접지시스템은 인축의 안전과 설비의 안정적 가동확보를 위해 대단히 중요한 설비이며, 특히 전력설비용 접지의 목적은 대지면의 국부적 전위상승에 따른 인체의 감전사고방지와 1선지락사고시 전위상승억제 및 보호계전기의 확실한 동작을 도모하기 위하여 실시한다. 본 연구에서는 2011. 10월 준공예정인 시화조력발전소의 전력설비용 접지시스템을 대상으로 IEEE에서 제시하는 목표접지저항값 유지여부를 평가하였다.

무인이동체 드론의 취약점분석 및 대응기술 연구 동향

  • 군사 등의 특수 목적으로만 사용되었던 무인비행체 드론이 최근 상용 수준의 간결한 구조와 저가화가 가능해지면서 여러 제조업체를 통하여 민간분야의 다양한 응용에 활용 가능함을 증명하고 있다. 그러나 제조업체들 간의 시장 우위 선점을 위한 과열 경쟁으로 인하여 보안 안전성 검증 단계를 거치지 않은 드론과 이에 수반되는 애플리케이션이 시장에 바로 출시되면서 이들이 우리 사회를 향한 공격도구로 활용될 수 있다는 새로운 잠재적 위협이 우려되고 있다, 이와 관련하여 현재 드론과 애플리케이션과의 연결 및 데이터 통신 과정에서 완성도가 낮은 접근제어 기술이나 암호화되지 않은 통신방식을 비롯하여 드론 내부 소프트웨어의 코딩 상의 문제점 등에 의하여 다양한 취약점이 노출되고 있는 상태이다. 이러한 취약점들로 인하여 드론의 인증 해제 및 하이재킹을 통한 불법 영상촬영이나 개인정보의 유출 등을 비롯하여 특정 목표물을 향한 드론의 고의적 추락 등이 발생할 경우 재산 피해뿐만 아니라 인명 피해까지 발생할 수 있다. 특히, 현재의 드론 응용은 초기단계여서 향후 다양한 응용과 유관 기술들이 폭넓게 전개되어야 하는 시점에서 이러한 사고 가능성은 매우 심각하게 인식되어야 할 것이다. 더구나 제4차 산업혁명 시대의 드론은 비상시를 위한 다이나믹 모바일 게이트웨이 역할까지도 수행하여야 하는 환경에서 악의적인 행위는 전체 사회로 확산될 우려도 있으므로 미래 사회의 드론을 위한 안전문제는 매우 시급하고 중대하다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 현재까지 발표된 드론에 대한 다양한 보안위협을 조사하고 이러한 보안 위협을 요소별로 분류하여 정리하였다. 본 기고가 간단하게나마 정리한 내용을 통하여 다양한 보안위협에 대한 대응기술을 준비하기 위한 시발점이 되었으면 한다.

  • In 3-phase 4 wire system, appearance of the $3^{rd}$ harmonic current by increasing non-liner load is the one of causes overheating neutral wire of power line, and apparatus. So it is necessary to protect power-factor decreasing by the $3^{rd}$ harmonic, and electric power apparatus, and line safely, in this study, power system accidents caused by the $3^{rd}$ harmonic were investigated, then harmonic components analysis and unbalanced load analysis got accomplished. As result, we proposed the method to protect the power line and apparatus from over-current of neutral line by using the most economic 4-pole low voltage circuit breaker.

  • In recent years, to provide visitors with the various and dynamic services, many ActiveX Controls are developed and distributed in most of the web sites such as e-Government Internet banking Portal in Korea. However, unsecure ActiveX Controls may be critical security threats on Internet User. Although hacking incidents increase sharply for these vulnerable ActiveX Controls, there are not enough national security actions or policies. Thus, in this paper we propose the technical method to design 'Security model for ActiveX Control Managemnet through Security Authentication' to be able safe and useful security management in three aspects of development distribution using.

  • The increases in UAVs(Unman Aerial Vehicle) such as drone result in safety issues and the threat of illegal drone as well. Recognizing the need for Drone forensics, domestic and foreign organizations and agencies are trying to establish drone forensic guidelines. The definition of Drone forensic artifacts and examination of forensic tools must be provided, in order to establish a practical drone forensic framework on security sites and also the concept of drone live forensic which provides meaningful data that can be extracted in a live state. In this study, the drone forensic methodology covering various types of drones is explained, and the practical forensic methodology with live forensic PoC(Proof Of Concept) tools; LiPFo(Live-PX4-Forenensic) is proposed.

An Exploratory Study on the Analysis of Characteristics of Pedestrian Accident Vulnerable Points using Road View: Focusing on Sasang-gu, Busan (로드뷰를 활용한 보행자 사고 취약 지점 특징 분석 탐색적 연구: 부산광역시 사상구를 중심으로)

  • Purpose: In general, traffic accidents occur sporadically, so there are various limitations in terms of time and cost when conducting field investigations to prepare prevention and prevention measures. In particular, with the transition to a non-face-to-face society after the COVID-19, there is a greater need to prepare a replacement for field surveys. Therefore, in this study, Roadview provided by various websites was used as an alternative to field surveys in Sasang-gu, Busan City. The possibility was evaluated. Method: The research method was to extract vulnerable points for traffic accidents that occurred between 2016 and 22 and analyze road views based on the field survey evaluation items provided in the Traffic Safety Diagnosis Guidelines. Result: The main result was that Sasang-gu was most vulnerable to accidents involving elderly pedestrians at Sasang-ro, Daedong-ro, and Hakjang-ro. As a result of a detailed analysis of vulnerable points through Road View, Sasang-ro needed control of commercial vehicles and protection of the transportation vulnerable in the market commercial area. Daedong-ro was vulnerable to illegal on-street parking and slope merging sections, and Hakjang-ro was vulnerable to roads that were prone to speeding. When evaluating the possibility of replacing Roadview's field survey based on the results of this analysis, Roadview was able to effectively evaluate most items, such as separation of sidewalks and the location and spacing of safety facilities. However, there were limitations in items such as actual measurement performance. Conclusion: In other words, the road view can replace most field surveys, and the actual measurement evaluation items can be judged to be useful as auxiliary data, resulting in time and cost savings and high efficiency.

  • The regulation of HNS has been intensified by the international trends including OPRC-HNS Protocol and '96 Convention which was driven by the high amounts of cargo. Due to the characteristics of HNS that would possibly bring potential damage with personnel and assets, effective management and prompt actions are required definitely. In order to respond effectively against HNS accidents, Korea Coast Guard (KCG) is in the process q development of HNS accident response manual and information system which allows On-Scene Coordinator(OSC) and personnels for rescue including an information for hazardous materials, sensitive area to be affected, solution methods and more. Furthermore, KCG is also building up establishment of national and local contingency plans for HNS in accordance with OPRC-HNS Protocol. It is also advised to proceed for the government to solve the anticipated obstacles that include protection equipments to get close to the site, experts allowing to manage accidents and organizations specialized for overall HNS related matters. The proposed issues described above are planned to conducted on basis of government.

A Study on the Effectiveness of the Hazardous Chemical Transport Vehicle Management System (유해화학물질 운반차량 관리제도 실효성 연구)

  • Purpose: The effectiveness of the transport vehicle management system of the Chemical Substances Control Act will be studies and used as basic data for future system improvement plans. Method: After the enforcement of the Chemical Substances Control Act, the effectiveness for the transport vehicle management system was studies by comparing the transport plan, guidance and inspection status, safety training completion management, ect., and the reduction rate of chemical accidents. Results: The average number of chemical accidents in transport vehicles nationwide is 20 each year. And It is decreasing with the stabilization of the Chemical Substances Control Act('15.1.1). The first reason for the decrease in chemical accidents is the increase in submission of transport plans. Second, as the guidance and inspection rate increased every year, the shipper company's management of transport companies was naturally strengthened. Finally, it is judged that chemical accident caused by transport vehicles decrease through safety education. Conclusion: The current tranport vehicle management system of the Chemical Substances Control Act is effective. However, further research is needed to improve the practical and efficient transport vehicle management system.

Development of the Context-Aware System for Senior Citizen based on Case-Based Reasoning (고령자를 위한 사례기반추론에 기반한 상황인식 시스템 개발)

  • The entry of an aging society require a safety of senior citizens against emergency. However, a home and a residence of senior citizens should not consider a characteristic of safety and the unfortunate accidents could happen in the house or the residence. Especially if the elders live alone then they have a help function using a call button in a bathroom or a closed area. But, a sliding or an overbalance in a bathroom or a closed area of a home may happen suddenly how can require a help in real time. That is a very serious accident to senior citizens. In this paper, we developed the context-aware system using the various sensors for collecting the data which is an activities of daily living of elders and we designed the recognition method using case-based reasoning for detecting the anomaly and the emergency context in the bathroom or the closed area in house. After that, if the anomaly or the emergency are detected then it call to a family or a relative or an administration in real-time.
