This study is door safety device for the structural analysis are described. Recently emerged as a key point of the door safety and increase the need of a door safety device. In order to improvement this inconvenience, the door safety device was design and structural analysis by using CATIA. CATIA utilizes door safety device element model for displacement, stress and strain energy were obtained. Consideration of door open angles were $95^{\circ}$, $100^{\circ}$, $105^{\circ}$, $110^{\circ}$, $115^{\circ}$, $120^{\circ}$. These results will be provided to develop new concepts of door safety device as initial data.

타이어는 비록 둥글고 간단한 것으로만 보이고 있지만, 일단 자동차에 끼워서 움직이게 될 때에는 그 역할이야말로 실로 크다고 할 수 있다. 타이어의 기능을 크게 요약해 보면, 첫째, 타이어는 차량의 전하중을 지지하며, 둘째, 스프링작용을 하며, 셋째,자동차의 구동력ㆍ제동력을 전달하며, 자동차를 조종하기 쉽도록 한다. 이와같은 주요기능이 자동차의 성능에 매치되어 안전운행에 그 역할을 다하게 된다. 따라서 이러한 주요역할을 일시적이나마 도외시하여 과마모된 타이어나 상처가 심한 타이어 등을 사용하게 된다면, 불의의 교통사고를 일으킬 뿐 아니라 인명까지 잃게 된다. 그러므로 보다 타이어에 대한 일반인식이 달라지도록 계도하여 날로 더해가는 타이어로 인한 교통사고를 다소라도 미연에 방지하고자 본고에서는 "교통안전진흥공단"에서 발간한(85.4) "우리나라 도로운송차량안전기준의 개선방향에 관한 연구"(차성한, 김준식 연구원) 중에서 특히 타이어에 관한 내용만을 발췌하여 요약해 보았다 <편집자 주>

To prevent the electrical accidents in the laboratory, we identify problems for periodic inspections of the electric field and develop a fuzzy inference system that can be practically applied to check items. Focusing on electrical safety in the lab environment, we draw check items that can be applied in common and develop a standard checklist that is consistent with the laboratory electrical safety and the periodic inspections. Using the standard checklist we select the items that may contain a linguistic ambiguity and define the membership functions for these items. We also have a safety rating defined by the membership function. Using these fuzzy variables we form the fuzzy rules in the form of 'If-Then' and develop a fuzzy inference system through the fuzzy engine. From this, electrical accidents could be prevented in advance continuously by managing the intelligent and efficient inspection and electrical safety to prevent the electrical accidents in the laboratory.

한국가스안전공사 가스보일러 사고예방대책협의회는 겨울철 가스보일러에 의한 CO 중독사고가자주 발생함에 따라 CO중독사고 예방대책을 마련하고 예방활동을 활발히 벌이고 있다. 이 협의회는 그동안 보일러의 제조∙설치단계에서부터 검사를 강화하는 한편 기 설치된 보일러 에 대한 제조자 및 시공자의 추진관리체계 구축 등 안전관리체계의 개선을 통해 가스보일러 사고를 미연에 방지하는데 크게 기여하고 있으나 아직도 가스보일러에 의한 CO 중독사고가 근절되지 않고 있다. 따라서 가스보일러 사고예방대책협의회는“CO 중독사고 예방을 위해서는 무엇보다도 가스보일러 설치관련고시와 시공지침에 의한 철저한 시공과 꾸준한 안전관리가 중요하며 무자격자에 의한 시공을 근본적으로 차단하는데 적극 앞장서 사고예방에 만전을 기하여야 한다”고 강조하고 가스보일러 사고예방대책을 발표했다.

The marine safety investigation inquires and concludes the facts and causes of the marine casualties and incidents with the objective of preventing similar roses in the future. Thus, IMO and most states adopt and revise marine safety related conventions and national laws based on the results of marine safety investigation. In particular, IMO recently adopts mandatory IMO Casualty Investigation Code to identify the precise cause of rose with states' cooperation, to report the result of investigation, and to establish new international safety standard helping prevention of similar cases based on the report. The Judgement of the Korean Maritime Safety Tribunal system based on the 'Act on the investigation of and inquiry into marine accidents' is used for the purpose of marine safety investigation in Korea to prove cause of marine accident and to improve marine safety. Therefore, this study examines the Code and compares the Code with the Act to reflect the contents of provisions in the Code into the Act. The study would also be the basic references in relation to revising of marine safety investigation system in Korea Specially, the contents in relation to the independence of investigation authority and mandatory counselling system, and guarantee of seafarers human rights to ensure fairness of investigation would be included.

Recently, the risk of safety accidents in the coastal zone has been increased due to revitalization of marine leisure and tourism. Because of a lack of regulations about technical and maintenance aspect for safety facilities, the effective measures to prevent safety accidents in the coastal zone have not taken with increasing rate of the accidents. The nature of land/sea and behavioral characteristics of a fisherman/port laborer/tourist/people at leisure should be taken into account properly when safety facilities to prevent safety accidents in the coastal zone are installed, since the characteristics of land/sea and many activities such as fishery, harbor works, tour, leisure are mixed in the geographic and environmental condition of the coastal zone. This study analyzes the current problems on the safety facility in the domestic coastal zone through the domestic and foreign(Hongkong, Macau) field survey. Also the direction of the improvement about the safety facility are proposed.

The purpose of this study is to prevent some accidents from the tragedy related to school accidents in elementary, middle and high schools. However, it is necessary to establish the program of school safety and change the view of the safety because safety measures are being taken after the accident, not prevention. There are some resolution to prevent school accidents by developing manuals, educating school safety for teachers, utilizing audio-video education and private organization, it is difficult for teachers to handle a fire alarm and electric safety inspection, and check condition of health, training experts through qualifying exams.
