Ad Hoc 네트워크는 무선의 고유특성으로 인해 여러 가지 보안상 위협에 취약한 면을 지니고 있다. 이러한 위협들의 예로는 무선채널을 통한 엿돋기, 트래픽 모니터링과 같은 수동적인 공격과 악의적인 사용자로부터의 서비스 거부 공격(Denial Of Service), 그리고 신뢰성이 손상된 개체나 도난 당한 장치로부터의 공격등과 같은 능동적인 공격이 있다. 임의의 네트워크 환경에서 이러한 공격에 대한 안전한 통신을 보장하기 위해서 기밀성, 인증, 무결성 그리고 가용성등을 충족시켜야 한다. 이러한 보안상의 요구는 적절한 키 관리 방법을 필요로 한다. 하지만 기존의 방법들은 키의 일치를 위해 과도한 통신 오버헤드. 오랜 지연시간을 요구하거나 안전상 취약점을 노출한다. 본 논문에서는 호스트가 이동하는 상황에서, 빠르게 비밀키를 공유하도록 클러스터 구성을 이용하고 보다 안전한 키 관리를 위해 임계치 암호화 방식을 사용하는 방법을 제안한다. 더불어 제안하는 방법은 프로토콜에서 사용되는 임시키들과 부분키들을 주기적으로 update하여 안전성을 향상 시키며, 호스트들이 이동하는 상황에서도 안전하게 비밀키를 공유하도록 해준다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 이동 Ad Hoc 네트워크에서 높은 가용성을 보장하고 보다 안전하게 그룹키나 세션키를 공유하는 방법으로 이용될 수 있다.

The protection of fundamental rights of people is a natural duty of a state. Since Constitutional Law declare that a state is obliged to protect the fundamental rights of people obviously, it is reasonable to postulate that a state has a duty to protect every person's right much more positively. Of course, it is true that whereas right of freedom is much more important in modern states, the social right becomes more important currently. Nevertheless, we have no choice but to put an emphasis on the importance of the right of freedom like modern states. Thus states are still bound to try to protect the right of people, specific duty of behavior for the sake of right of freedom belongs to states. In particular, due to the fact that lifts are essential to our comfortable life and the demage from the accident concerning with the lifts is fatal, the strategy for securing the safety of using the lifts is significant to some extent. And because it is true that the experience of UK that put an emphasis on the role of civil actors is meaningful to us, there seems implications for us. Accordingly, it is possible to consider the material components such as the check of safety before installation for the sake of safety enhancement, quality control for lifts parts, specification of check criterion and variation of check cycle etc. and personal ones such as specification of qualification of competent persons, guarantee of competent person's independence, variation of obligator's duty and variation of user's obligation etc. However, as the situation of UK is one thing and that of Korea is another, we don't have to adhere to the policy and the experience of UK strictly. Rather, we had better apply the policy and experience of UK to ours appropriately.

With a cloud storage service, data owners can easily access their outsourced data in cloud storage on different devices and at different locations, and can share their data with others. However, as the users no longer physically have possession of their outsourced data and the cloud still facing the existence of internal/external threats, the task of checking the data integrity is formidable. Over recent years, numerous schemes have been proposed to ensure data integrity in an untrusted cloud. However, the existing public auditing schemes use a third-party auditor(TPA) to execute high computation to check data integrity and may still face many security threats. In this paper, we first demonstrate that the scheme proposed by Zhang et al. is not secure against our two threat models, and then we propose a self-certified public auditing scheme to eliminate the security threats and guarantee a constant communication cost. Moreover, we prove the securities of our public auditing scheme under three security models.

목적 : 방사선치료는 복잡하고 다양한 장비를 이용하여 고에너지 고선량의 방사선을 다루기 때문에 세심한 정도관리를 바탕으로 기술적 관점에서의 적절한 방사선치료장비 사용과 실제 환자치료시의 절차들에 대한 완벽한 지침서가 마련되어야 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 의료용 선형가속기에 연관된 방사선사고와 잠재적 사고유형들을 분석하여 환자와 종사자의 안전을 보장하고 사고를 예방키 위한 안전관리 기준을 개발하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 본 연구에서는 국내 13 개 방사선치료기관에 대한 안전관리 실태를 자체 개발한 100 여 문항의 설문으로 조사, 분석하였다. 또한, 국제적으로 사용하고 있는 안전관리기준들과 보고된 방사선 사고사례 들을 조사하였고, 방사선치료 전 과정을 통해 잠재적 사고유형을 추정함으로서 방사선치료의 안전관리를 위 해 필요한 요구사항들을 도출하고 이를 바탕으로 의료용 선형가속기에 관련된 안전관리 기준을 마련하였다. 결과 : 본 연구에서는 방사선치료 시 환자와 종사자의 안전을 보장하고 사고방지를 위하여 단계별 안전관리 기준을 개발하였으며, 방사선 치료과정에서 일어날 수 있는 다양한 실수나 사고들을 일목요연하게 관리 할 수 있는 흐름도를 구축하였다. 결론 : 본 연구 결과는 방사선치료에 사용되는 선형가속기에 대한 방사선의 안전과 품질보증을 개선하게 될 것으로 생각된다. 또한, 잠재적 방사선 사고의 예방뿐 아니라 국내의 방사선치료 안전관리 기준 마련에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

어린이의 안전이 확보되기 위해서는 단속 및 규제 외에도 가장 확실하고 장기적인 효과를 거둘 수 있는 교육정책이 실행되어야만 한다. 이미 선진국에서는 오래전부터 체계적인 안전교육을 실시함으로써 국민의 삶을 쾌적하게 보장해주고 있다. 따라서 지금부터라도 체계화된 안전교육을 의무적으로 실시한다면 어린이 안전사고를 크게 줄일 수 있는 전기를 마련할 뿐만 아니라 다음 세대를 지키는 좋은 선물이 될 것이다.
