The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of apartment residents' safety education satisfaction and the application of fire protection plans on fire safety awareness. The analysis results are as follows. First, the low levels of satisfaction with safety education content had a negative effect on anxiety about fire safety. This means that apartment residents' low levels of interest or participation in education affected their safety awareness, which prevented them from securing safety from fire. It is necessary for control staff to have a positive impact on their educational satisfaction via the learning support information system, among others, in order to create a satisfying education and safety culture. Second, competence in the execution of firefighting plans had a positive effect on fire safety awareness. These results indicate that apartment residents do not have the opportunity to access the education and training necessary for safety, nor the legal responsibility to complete mandatory safety education, which leads to their lack of safety awareness. Therefore, the control staff need to raise awareness of fire safety and the importance of participating in safety education among apartment residents by strengthening and activating the execution of firefighting plans in order to ensure safe living. Third, the competency of the firefighting plans moderated the effects of apartment residents' educational satisfaction on their awareness of fire safety.

특수조직에 해당하는 우리 군은 징집에 의한 국방의 의무에 목적을 두어 장병을 관리 운영하여 대학 재학자 또는 일부 지식층으로부터 군복무기간을 평생가치를 두고 버리는 기간으로 인식되었던 것이 사실이다. 그러나 군의 변화로 군 생활 시기는 새로운 삶의 도약의 발판으로 '교량기능'을 활성화시킬 수 있는 기간으로 변화하여 평생교육차원에서 장병 개개인의 자기발전을 지원하여 생산적인 병영생활이 될 수 있도록 군 스스로 인적자원개발을 위해 노력할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 군 인적자원 운영과 자격과의 상관성에 대해 고찰하면서 현재 지속가능 자격과 미래 유망자격에 대해 도출하기 위해 보스턴컨설팅그룹의 매트릭스(BCG Matrix)를 활용하여 군의 현재 위치에 대해 분석하고 이에 따른 국가기술자격의 효율적 운영방안과 인적자원개발의 예측경영에 대해 제언하도록 한다.

본 연구는 국내산 돈육의 오염도 및 병원균의 분포를 조사하기 위해 실시되었다. 가공전의 원료육과 절단 가공 후의 포장육의 병원균 오염도 비교시, 원료육 38.7% 포장육 32.3%로 원료육의 오염도가 더 높았다. 이는 비위생적인 도축시의 오염으로 추정이 가능하며 현재 의무적으로 실시하는 도축장의 HACCP 관리기준을 더욱 준수하여 위생안전성을 높여야 한다고 판단된다. 병원균에서는 L. monocytogenes의 분리율이 가장 높았으며 초기 오염이 제어되지 않을시, 저온성장균이라는 특징을 가진 증식은 L. monocytogenes 보관온도 준수만으로는 억제할 수 없다고 사료된다. 또한 축산물 취급 장소별로도 상이한 결과를 보였으며, 가장 낮은 오염 수치인 8.3%와 가장 높은 81.8%의 차이로 보아, 원료 축산물과 관련하여 취급 장소의 위생상태가 축산물의 안전성에 많은 영향을 끼친다고 사료된다.

국제선급연합회(International Association of Classification Societies: IACS)에서는 2022년 선박 및 기자재시스템 사이버 복원력 달성을 위한 공통규칙 UR E26, E27을 발행하였으며, 이 규정은 2024년 1월 이후 건조 계약되는 선박에 의무적으로 적용될 예정이다. 현존선의 경우, OT 시스템 네트워크 변경 및 사이버보안 기능을 신규 구현하기가 어렵기 때문에 사이버 위험관리에 한계가 있으나, 본 규정을 통해 신조선 건조 단계에서 설계 보안 (secure by design)을 고려한 선박 사이버 복원력 네트워크 및 기능 구현이 가능하다. 사이버복원력 생태계가 잘 형성되기 위해서는 선주, 조선소, 제조사, 선급 등 주요 이해관계자의 역할이 중요하며 향후 다양한 프로젝트를 통한 사이버복원력 체계 내재화, 재직자 사이버보안 역량 강화, 선박 사이버안전 기술 지속적 연구가 필요하다.

Safety of genetically modified foods (GM foods) in Korea is evaluated according to "Food Sanitation Act" and "Regulation on safety evaluation for GM foods" based on the concept of substantial equivalence. In which cases a person who imports, develops or manufactures GM foods for the purpose of eating imports GM foods for the first time, he/she shall undergo a safety evaluation of the relevant foods, etc. by Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS). And in which cases ten years have elapsed since GM foods underwent safety evaluation, they shall be re-evaluated for their safety. As of April 2019, a total of 199 events have been approved by MFDS and they are 169 events of GM crops including soybean (29), maize (87), cotton (29), canola (14), sugar beet (1), potato (4), alfalfa (5), 6 events of GM microorganisms (GMM) and 24 events of GM food additives originated from GMM.

Systematic safety research by Korea Government has been made to enhance the safety of CNG (compressed natural gas) vehicles since the burst of compressed cylinder of an urban bus in August 9, 2010. This article summarizes some major activities to ensure the safety of CNG vehicles, which covers review of regulation, safety management system including standard of inspection and certification, and training program of inspectors and car mechanics. Specifically, the followings were reviewed; type of CNG cylinder, location of CNG cylinder, material and type of fuel line and vent line, modification of pipeline connection, installation of gas detector, installation of emergency shutdown valve, installation of protecting cover for cylinder, obligations for CNG vehicle filling station. improving periodical inspection, routine test on gas vehicles, training program for engaged in gas vehicles, and designation of safety manager for CNG bus company. This paper suggests how to improve safety of CNG vehicles as a result of review of above mentioned check items.

The death toll in the Korean construction industry accounts for more than 50% of all business deaths. This is the highest level among OECD countries, and the government has proposed various solutions to this, but has not seen any significant effect. In order to strengthen safety responsibilities and obligations to CEOs of companies in the blind spot of punishment, including those who have the greatest authority and influence in the construction industry, the Moon Jae In government strengthened various laws, including legislation of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act. However, at this point in time, half a year later, it is still questionable whether such punishment has been strengthened and the effectiveness of fragmentary measures has been exerted. This paper attempted to present legislative policy directions for the problems of the current system and future improvement measures to contribute to reducing significant accidents in the CM/supervision industry among the various subjects of the construction industry.

대형 조물은 안전관리 시스템의 법제화로 스트레인 게이지, 가속도 센서 등을 이용하여 상시 관리를 의무화 하고 있다. 상시 계측을 위해 유선 센서의 경우 데이터 전송의 신뢰성은 있지만 선로 결선의 문제점 때문에 무선 센서의 적용이 요구된다. 하지만 무선 센서의 경우, 전원공급의 문제를 갖고 있어 장차이 어려운 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 압전체를 이용하여 무선 센서의 전원 공을 위한 에너지 변환 시스템을 제안하였다. 이 시스템은 구조물 내부의 진동을 전기 에너지로 변환, Capacitor에 저장 후, 데이터 전송을 위해 일시에 방출하는 구조이다. 20m의 무선 데이터 통신을 위해 2.43mJ(5V*49mA*10ms)의 전력량이 필요한데, 모의 교량 모델에 시스템을 적용한 결과 2분 30초 동안의 진동 에너지가 2.8mJ의 전기 에너지로 저장되었다. 이 실험 결과를 토대로 무선 센서를 이용한 상시 모니터링이 가능함을 예상할 수 있다.

Internet of Things 시대의 등장과 디바이스의 발달로 소프트웨어가 다양한 분야에서 활용 되면서, 소프트웨어의 자체 취약점을 이용한 공격 시도가 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라, 안전행정부에서는 소프트웨어 개발 사업 분야에 시큐어코딩을 의무화 하였으며, 그 결과로 다양한 시큐어코딩 프로그램이 활용되고 있다. 하지만 기존 시큐어코딩 프로그램의 경우 이력관리나 CMS 연동 과정에서 다양한 문제를 야기 시키고 있으며, 성능적으로도 한계점을 가지고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 형상관리 시스템과 CMS 연동, 유사도 분석 적용과 실시간 업데이트 등을 적용하는 시큐어코딩 시스템 설계 방법을 제안하였다. 제안하는 설계 기법을 시큐어코딩 시스템에 적용한다면 시큐어코딩 시스템 성능 향상을 물론 다양한 보안위협에 대응 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
