Watermarking Method using Similarity between Frames in the Scene (장면내의 프레임간 유사성을 이용한 워터마킹 방법)

  • This paper presents a watermarking method using similarity between frames in the scene to resist to various attacks and to improve the video quality. This method inserts and detects a watermark in the frame pair every 3 frame. The experimental simulations show that the video quality is improved more than 45dB compared with previous methods and the watermark is resistant to frame drop, MPEG compression and low pass filter attacks.

  • This study was carried out to measure the flaw height of welds in consideration of the effective probe angle in ultrasonic oblique detection. Specimens with inserted artificial flaws were made and flaw heights were estimated from detecting these specimens. Two different methods were applied to estimate flaw heights. From the result of the experiment, flaw height could be measured within the accuracy of 15% percent error and the difference between the probe distance method and beam path method is about 5% relatively small. It is considered that the results obtained this experimental study could be helpful informal ions for measuring flaw height.

Motion Picture Watermarking Algorithm (동영상 워터마킹 알고리즘)

  • In this paper, we will provide an overview of the motion picture watermarking techniques. We will see previously proposed algorithms such as compressed domain watermarking, non-compressed domain watermarking and algorithms for realtime applications etc. We will see test results for signature embedding in motion picture. By spread spectrum method, we embed a signature in each frames. The quality of watermarked motion picture is measured by PSNR(peak signal to noise ratio) about several strengths of watermark. In watermark detection the sign of the correlation sum is the estimated embedded signature bits. We will see different mean PSNR with visual shape of the detected signature.

Video Watermarking Algorithm using the Frame-dependent Key (프레임에 기반한 키를 이용한 동영상 워터마킹)

  • In this out watermarking method, a key is determined by quantizing the maximum motion difference between frames. We have a problem the key value for embedding and detection are different in 1 to 3% frames of all frames. This problem can be easily solved by using a new key according to bit error rate of the extracted watermark. Since the watermark is embedded in each frame nth different keys and detected In all the frames, out method is resistant against attacks such as the frame averaging and frame drop.

  • This paper is proposed Single phase Multi-Level AC-DC Converter. This is consist of diode bridge and switches. The number of the supply current levels depends on the number of the individual converter's current level. In this converter circuit the number of the levels is equal to 2(M+1) -1, where M is the number of Switching-Leg's number. In this paper is introduced converter with 31 current Level. If the number of current level is increased, smoother sinusoidal waveform can be obtained. The feasibility of the circuit is verified by computer simulation using PSIM

Adaptive Video Watermarking using the Bitrate and the Motion Vector (비트율과 움직임 벡터를 이용한 적응적 동영상 워터마킹)

  • This paper proposes a adaptive video watermarking algorithm according to bitrate and motion vector size in MPEG2 system. The watermark strength in the I-frames is adapted for quantization step size and the strength in the P-B-frames is adapted for quantization step size and motion vector of macroblock to make the watermark more robust against the accompanying degradation due to aggressively compression. A realtime watermark extraction is done directly in the DCT domain during MPEG decoding without full decoding of MPEG video. The experimental simulations show that the video quality results almost invisible difference between the watermarked frames and the original frames and the watermark is resistant to frame dropping, MPEG compression, GoP conversion and low pass filter attacks.

  • In the present study, we conducted the research on the high efficiency propulsion system for the development of long-endurance UAV with an electric propulsion system. For the long endurance UAV, fair aerodynamic characteristics with the high efficiency of the propulsion system is required because the flight power and the duration time of the long-endurance UAV vary greatly depending on the efficiency of the propulsion system. Therefore, in this study, the tracking program which records the performance of motor, propeller was developed because of their wide variation in the efficiency depending on the using condition, and records from the existing flight test program were utilized to check the accuracy of the program we had developed. For the development of future long-endurance solar UAV, we confirmed the applied voltage of motor, the optimal rotation of propeller and the gear ratio of reduction gear in order to get the highest efficiency on the propulsion system at the optimal flying condition.
