The purposes of this study were to provide basic visitor information for effective park management and to understand visitors' perception about the interpretive media which is utilized as a self-guide environmental interpretation in Weolchusan National Park. To accomplish the purposes of study, a questionnaire survey was chosen and the 196 valid samples among them were analyzed. Among who used the interpretive media, the largest proportion used the information board of park use-resources, and the usage rate of interpretive label of woody plant, interpretive sign of cultural asset, and self-guide tour were shown to be relatively high. However, the park brochures(map), bulletin boards, park web sites, LED sign, and visitor center exhibits were evaluated that use efficiency was low. In the analysis of importance-performance, visitors were perceiving the importance of all form of interpretive media greatly. The performance of interpretive media was also evaluated as affirmative.

농협 차관 사무국에서 세계은행 차관자금 융자작업을 준비하고 있다. 융자 자금의 세부적 규정사항은 아직 미정이나 4월중에 대상지역에 한해 대상자격을 가진 농가를 선정하고자 한다. 싼 금리 및 중장기 융자이므로 군조합을 통해 지원할 수 있도록 동 안내를 발췌 수록한다. 현재 대상지역은 지역적 특성, 농협조합의 활동상태 등을 고려 등이고 대상자는 부업 및 전업등에 따라 기준이 다루어지고 있다. 대상 신청자는 군조합이나 농협 차관 사무국에 문의 하면 된다.

본 논문에서는 수년 내에 실용화될 것으로 예상되는 DAB (Digital Audio Broadcasting)에 필요한 음성 인터페이스 기술에 대한 기본연구 결과를 소개한다. 연구의 시작 단계이므로 적용 분야는 고속도로 상에서의 교통정보 안내 시스템으로 제한하였다. 즉 목표시스템은 고속도로 상의 출발지와 목적지를 고립단어로 입력하면 시스템이 이를 인식한 후 미리 저장되어 있는 교통 정보 안내 text중 해당 구간에 대한 정보를 추출하여 음성어로 사용자에게 들려 주는 것이다. 현재의 연구 결과는 상기 시스템 중 음성인식 기능은 구현이 완료되었으며 교통 정보 안내는 아직은 문장으로 보여주는 수준이다. 향후 이를 편집 합성기를 이용하여 음성어로 들려 주는 연구를 금년 말까지 개발하여 전체 시스템에 대한 초벌 구현을 완료할 예 정 이 다. 논문에서 소개될 내용은 전체 시스템 개념, 고립단어 인식 기술, 표본화 주파수 및 양자화 bit수에 따른 인식율 변화, 최종 시스템 구현을 위한 향후 계획 등이다.

지능형교통시스템(ITS) 구축 사업을 통해 수집된 소통정보, 대중교통정보 등의 교통관련 정보를 제공하기 위한 방법으로 교통정보 안내전화(ARS)를 적용하여 도로 이용자에게 교통정보를 제공하고 있다. 도로 이용자에게 보다 편리한 교통정보 서비스를 제공하기 위한 일환으로 교통정보 안내전화(ARS)에 음성인식을 적용하고 있다. 그러나 초기 ARS에 음성인식을 적용한 결과 음성인식 성공률은 상당히 높은 것으로 나타났으나, 이용자가 증가하여 샘플링 수가 증가함에 따라 음성 인식 성공률은 점차 저하되고 있는 실정이다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 충분한 샘플링을 확보하여 주기적이고 지속적인 음성인식에 대한 튜닝을 실시하여 음성인식에 대한 성공률을 향상 시킬 필요가 있다.

This study is for the development of a model to convert a set of rotational bodies into the new theoretical design for the equivalent volume transformation between the geometric angles and the specific intensity in the traffic control material system, called the retroreflection system to guide the night driver for safety. There are five new models theoretically identified with the concept of the retroreflective performance and human environment of the night driver. The new system can evaluate the design in retroreflective transportation material system with better performance, safety, and economy.

The problems of Ondal cave have been analyzed by the lack of academic names and explanations compared to other caves. To improve the problems, there needs to be various and balanced distribution of names, increase explanations, specializing in the form of academic explanations and the information format.

21세기 지식정보사회에서는 창의력, 문제해결력 등의 고등인지사고능력이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 두리틀을 이용한 프로그래밍 수업을 통해 아동의 창의력과 문제해결력을 향상시키고자 한다. 아동의 프로그래밍 활동을 능동적으로 할 수 있는 환경을 조성하여 주되, 교사가 문제해결 과정에 따라 학습진행 과정을 모니터링하여 학생들의 문제해결 능력을 신장시켜주는 안내된 발견식 수업 모형을 적용하였다. 컴퓨터 프로그래밍의 과정에 필요한 인지적 요구사항을 토론이나 소크라테스식 질문을 통하여 반드시 거치도록 안내하였다. 초등학교 5학년 학생을 대상으로 두리틀을 이용하여 안내된 발견식 수업모형을 적용 한 결과 창의성과 문제해결력 측면에서 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다.
