  • Recently all basement floor of apartment site have utilized as parking area to use efficiently space and to ensure lawful parking car figure. And the top of parking area has used as working vehicle's path and materials' carrying area during construction. Thus because crack and leakage status in underground parking area of under construction or completion building generate excessively not only performance of structure is diminished but also flaw repair cost is put in a lot of. And abroad confidence is diminish. So this study is intended to diminish flaw focus on investigation of under construction and completion fields through examine closely cause of crack and leakage status of apartment house underground parking area and prepare countermeasure with respect to design, construction and maintenance.

  • In the second part of the paper, a design strategy for an apartment complex constructed at a railway depot is proposed for vibration reduction purposes. Various design parameters such as the vehicle operating speeds, artificial land behavior, housing support structure, and apartment sub-structures are individually examined to reduce the transmission of vibrations through building structures. Building construction on an artificial land should be subjected to regulations that require the application of a vibration reduction scheme based on the mechanics that govern the vibration transmission phenomena. The implementation of these parameters at an early design stage will provide a quiet living environment for residents who may be exposed to excessive noise and vibration.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest structural design guidelines in additional shear-wall construction method for apartment remodeling with understanding the effects of the position, length and thickness of the additional walls. The slab-wall frames under seismic loads are analyzed using effective beam width model, which can practically evaluate the structural performance of existing building system. According to the results, proper design guidelines of additional shear-wall construction method(position, length and thickness) is suggested to get the required seismic performance.

  • There are many apartment buildings with the government's policy of increasing the supply of residential houses in Korea. Roughly 60% of the Korea population are living in apartment buildings. Since the 1970s, the Korean economy has grown enormously, the economic and social structure was radically transformed to industrialization and urbanization step. A village has grown into a large town in Korea and apartment buildings was constructed to solve national housing shortage by the Korean government and the construction company. Since the 2000s, this apartment buildings which was built in the 1970s and 1980s had become gradually deteriorated. So, reconstruction and remodeling project of apartment buildings have been come into request in Korea. There are two way to improve the residential environment. The one is remodeling of apartment buildings and the other is reconstruction of that. Therefore, we carried out questionnaire and survey study of the preference on the reconstruction and remodeling of old aged apartment which were located in daejeon province. As a result, the preference rate of remodeling is increasing instead of reconstruction because reconstruction of apartment buildings takes more money and needs long construction period.

  • 건축구조물의 삼차원 거동을 해석하기 위한 S3D는 한국과학기술원 이동근 교수에 의하여 개발되었으며 소프트웨어센터를 통하여 보급되고 있다. 보와 기둥 및 전단벽 등으로 구성된 건축구조물의 삼차원 거동을 효율적으로 해석하기 위하여 S3D에는 여러가지의 특수한 기법이 사용되고 있으며 개인용 전자계산기를 사용하여 사무소건물, 아파트 호텔, 병원 및 학교건물 등과 같이 규칙적인 형태를 대형 건축 구조물에 대한 삼차원 거동을 짧은 시간내에 해석 할 수 있도록 개발되었다. 우리나라의 내진설계 기준에 의한 지진하중 산정 및 층간변위, 우발비틀림 모멘트 등이 손쉽게 계산될 수 있으며 풍하중 등의 횡력에 대한 해석도 가능하다.

  • A problem of frequency in the field of low-frequencies such as high-rise apartment building or construction vibration are often found. In this study, damage reason of a 25 stories apartment building was searched on the basis of actual damage. To find the damage reason, structural design procedure were reviewed and low-frequency vibration test was conducted. The results indicate that the main damage reason is not by the low-frequency vibration but the asymmetrical plan of that building.

  • 동적응답과 하중을 정확히 산정하기 위해서는 구조물의 동적특성을 정확히 평가하는 것이 중요하기 때문에, 현재 대부분의 경우 FE 모델을 이용한 Modal 해석을 dldydg하여 동특성을 평가하고 있다. 그러나 실제 건물의 계측결과와 동적특성의 해석결과가 많은 차이를 나타내고 있으므로 해석결과의 신뢰성을 향상하기 위해서는 FE 모델에 대한 Calibration이 수행될 필요성이 있다. 이 논문에서는 초고층, 아파트, 대공간 구조물에 대한 계측을 수행하고 이 결과를 바탕으로 동특성을 정확히 예측하기 위한 FE 모델의Calibration 과정을 제시하였다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 동적특성의 정확성이 풍동실험결과의 신뢰성에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다.

거푸집공사의 재해 위험성 평가에 관한 연구

  • 건설공사의 공종 중 거푸집공사는 전체공사기간의 대략 25%를 차지하고 있으며 공사비 비율은 일반적으로 전체공사비의 10~15%, 철근콘크리트공사비의 20~30%를 차지하고 있어 구조물의 안전성, 경제성 및 작업성과 품질관리에 중요한 역할을 한다. 또한 거푸집은 콘크리트가 양생되면 곧 해체되는 가설구조물로써 작업상에서 많은 위험요소를 포함하고 있으며 특히, 아파트공사의 경우 전체 재해발생의 17%로 가장 높은 비율을 차지하고 있다. 이와 같이 거푸집공사는 가장 우선적으로 관리하여야 할 위험공종이며 전체공기를 좌우하는 주공정으로서 이를 재해발생의 측면에서 제어하는 것이 안전관리에 있어서 가장 효율적이며 큰 효과를 나타낼 수 있는 것으로 생각된다.(중략)

  • Recent building structures are superior in its ability but they are light weight and long span, and so have problems of vibration. In general, the serviceability of RC slabs was known to be good against vibration because of its hardness. However, recent high-rise apartment slabs are mostly light and long, the serviceability of RC slabs due to vibration could be a problem. In this paper, a basic investigation about vibration problems of RC slabs was performed. Basic information and its influence on vibrations of RC slabs were revealed. Also, its serviceability against vibration was examined. Many tests were conducted for natural frequency of building, for example load of two persons walking and one person leaping etc.

  • In this paper, we present the result of an analytical investigation concerning the demolition range for the pre-weakening of load-bearing wall in explosive demolition. Pre-weakening of load-bearing wall is usually conducted based on field experience because reliable specifications or guidelines for the design of pre-weakening have not yet been established in Korea. This study is one of the efforts to develop such a reliable specification or guideline for the pre-weakening process. Hence, the focus of the study is on the estimation of pre-weakening range of load-bearing wall. For the purpose, a finite element analysis (FE analysis) was conducted, and a pre-weakening range of load-bearing wall was suggested based on the analysis result.
