중년기 아이돌보미 여성의 돌봄활동 경험 (The care giving experience of middle-aged child care providers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this phenomenological study was to explore middle-aged child care providers' experience in caring for children in the community. Methods: The participants were 10 middle-aged child care providers. In-depth interviews were conducted between August and September, 2014 until data. Colaizzi's method of data analysis was applied to inductively determine themes and formulated meanings. Data saturation was achieved and methodological rigor was established Results: Four themes were extracted from 12 meanings. The four themes of the child care providers' experience in caring for children were: 1) weariness from care-giving, 2) the search for one's own solutions, 3) a cheerful attitude to life, 4) the opportunity to start a new life. Conclusion: The results of this study provide useful information for understanding child care providers' experiences in caring for children and establishing effective strategies to support these child care providers.

아이돌보미 여성의 근무환경, 직업정체성, 직무만족도가 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Working Environment, Job Identity, and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention among Child Care Providers)

  • Purpose: This study examined the impact of working environment, job identity, and job satisfaction on turnover intention among child care providers. Methods: Data were collected from a sample of 146 child care providers using self-administered questionnaires from May 1 to July 20, 2014. The data were analyzed with SPSS 18.0. Results: Child care providers had a middle level of job identity, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. Turnover intention among child care providers was significantly predicted by age, job satisfaction, and income satisfaction. Conclusion: These results suggest that intervention and strategy development are needed to decrease turnover intention among child care providers. Exploration of strategies to increase the job satisfaction and income satisfaction are needed, in order to reduce turnover intention.

아이돌보미 여성의 지각된 건강상태, 우울, 직무스트레스가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Perceived Health Status, Depression and Job Stress on Job Satisfaction among Child Care Providers)

  • Purpose: This study examined the effect of perceived health status, depression and job stress on job satisfaction among child care providers. Methods: Data were from a convenient sample of 154 child care providers with a self-administered questionnaires from July 6th to September 26th, 2013. Collected data were analysed on SPSS WIN 18.0. Results: Child care providers had above medium degree of perceived health status, low degree of depression, low degree of job stress and above medium degree of job satisfaction. Predictive factors of job satisfaction among child care providers included job stress(Adj.$R^2$=.216, ${\beta}$=-.425, p<.001). Conclusion: These results suggest that educational program development needs to increase the job satisfaction among child care providers. Exploration of strategies to reduce the job stress will be necessary in order to increase of the job satisfaction.

건강증진프로그램이 아이돌보미 여성의 건강행위에 대한 인지, 체력 및 신체조성에 미치는 효과 (Effects of a Health Promotion Program on Perception of Health Behavior, Physical Fitness and Body Composition in Child Care Helpers)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted in order to determine the effects of a health promotion program on perception of health behavior, physical fitness, and body composition in child care helpers. Methods: The study had a one group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design. Data were collected from 38 child care helpers from July 6 to November 9, 2013. The health promotion program consisted of health education, self-exercise, encouragement, and identification. The following data were collected perception(perceived benefit, barrier, and self-efficacy), physical fitness(balance, grasp power, and flexibility), and body composition(body mass index, body fat ratio, waist circumference, and basal metabolic rate) and analysis was performed using on SPSS WIN 18.0. Results: Self-efficacy showed a significant increased. Body mass index, body fat ratio, and waist circumference showed a significant decreased. No significant difference in perceived benefit, barrier, physical fitness, and basal metabolic rate was observed between pre-test and post-test. Conclusion: This health promotion program had an effect on self-efficacy and body composition in child care helpers. Therefore, this health promotion program for child care helpers can be recommended as an effective nursing intervention.

미취학 아동 어머니의 양육특성과 건강 특성이 경제활동 참가에 미치는 융합적 요인 분석 (Analysis of Convergence Factors of Preschool children's Parenting and Health Characteristics on Economic Participation)

  • 본 연구는 제7차 여성 가족 패널 조사자료를 2차 분석하여, 직장군과 비직장군의 양육 특성과 건강 특성을 비교하기 위한 서술적 조사 연구이다. 만19세 이상 64세 이하의 여성 중에서 미취학 아동 어머니를 대상 총 697명을 대상으로 교차분석과 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 아이돌보미가 있는 경우, 이용하는 보육 시설개수가 많을수록, 시부모나 친정부모 돌봄을 받는 경우, 신체활동을 주 3회 미만으로 하는 경우가 경제활동을 많이 하였다. 반면, 미취학 자녀 수가 많을수록 경제활동을 안 하는 것으로 나타났다. 미취학 아동 어머니의 신체활동 확보와 일과 가정 양립을 뒷받침할 수 있는 양육 친화적 가족 및 직장문화 조성이 필요하다.

  • 여성의 경제활동참여증가, 생활수준향상 및 가족유지비용증가, 개인적가치우선의 현상에 따라 최근 저출산현상이 더욱 심화되었으며, 이에 대한 사회적 비용 급증을 우려하여 전반적인 대응전략을 마련된 것이 바로 저출산고령사회기본계획이다. 1차에 이은 2차 기본계획은 일반가족의 양육지원과 종합적인 일가정양립지원 강화가 주요 핵심으로 이는 비단 정책뿐아니라 전방위적으로 사회전반에 걸친 변화가 수반되어야 가능한 일이다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 저출산대응정책의 실제사례를 살펴보기 위해 가족과 지역사회내 돌봄지원정책을 살펴 보았다. 가족내 자녀양육지원사업으로서 아이돌봄지원사업과 가족내 돌봄나눔에 있어 핵심요인인 남성의 자녀양육참여를 촉진하기 위한 남성대상교육, 그리고 지역내에서 가족 돌봄나눔을 실천할 수 있는 가족품앗이와 공동육아나눔터 운영을 통해 향후 저출산 정책에서 강조하고 있는 일반가족의 자녀양육지원 방향에 대한 해법을 제시하고 있다.
