위에서 언급한 바와 같이 계측대상 연약 지반이 대심도, 광역화함에 따라 연약지반 계측의 전반적인 추세는 자동계측 시스템의 사용과 준설ㆍ매립공사 또는 해수면상에서의 공사 특성상 케이블 관리의 어려움을 극복하고자 무선데이터 전송방식의 사용이다. 또한 유지관리의 필요성 증대로 인하여 계측 모니터링, 자동분석 프로그램의 기술도 발전되고 있다. 그러나 아직 국내는 계측에 대한 기술 개발이 미비할 뿐 아니라 계측기술에 대한 인식이 매우 부족하고, 관련법이 정비되지 못하여 계측관련 기술 및 경험이 전무한 영세업체들까지 난립하여 치열한 경쟁을 하는 관계로 기술개발에 대한 투자는 거의 중단된 상태이다. 따라서 정확한 유지관리 계측을 위해서는 대부분 외산기기에 의존할 수밖에 없는 상황이다. 그러나, 현재 국내의 전자통신 기술의 수준을 감안할 때 관련법이 정비되고 체계적인 연구와 투자가 이루어진다면 쉽게 세계적인 수준으로 도약할 수 있으리라 판단된다. 한국지반공학회의 연약지반위원회에서는 2003년 8월 20일 한양대학교 박물관 강당에서 학술세미나를 개최하였다. 본격적인 세미나에 앞서 '연약지반 공학자의 당면문제 및 해결방안'에 관한 주제로 전 연약지반위원회 위원장이셨던 (주)에스코 컨설턴트의 김승렬박사께서 초청강연을 하여 주셨다. 김승렬박사께서는 그 원고의 꼬리말을 다음과 같이 기술하며 마무리하셨다. 국내 연약지반 기술수준의 상황과 우리의 위상을 제고하기 위한 좋은 말씀으로 생각되어 본고에서는 그 부분을 인용하는 것으로 끝을 맺고자 한다. '우리나라의 연약지반 기술수준은 동남아시아 지역의 국가들인 싱가포르, 대만, 태국, 심지어는 베트남에 비해 결코 우월한 위치에 있지 않다. 오히려 많이 낙후되었다고 할 수 있다. 경제규모와 위상과 발전상태에 비추어 보면 실로 부끄러운 일이 아닐 수 없다. 이렇게 된 배경에는 연약지반이 사회의 문제로 대두되는 일이 미미하여 이 분야에 쓸리는 관심이 상대적으로 적은 점이 주원인이라고 볼 수 있다. 연약지반이 기술현장에서 문제로 떠오르기 시작한지도 째 오랜 시간이 경과하였다. 이제 더 이상 우리의 기술수준을 이대로 방치할 수는 없는 시점에 와 있는 것이다. 연약지반에 몸담고 있는 우리 스스로가 위상을 지키려는 노력을 배가하여야 한다. 연약지반 공학자들은 스스로 고급의 데이터를 생산하고 평가하고 예측하는 기법을 활발하게 적용하고 발전시킴으로써 자신들의 위치를 지켜야 할 것이다. Clean-handed-research만을 고집하는 환상에서 깨어나 국외의 변모하는 모습을 빠르게 수용하고 국내의 연약지반 관련 자료를 국외에 널리 알릴 수 있는 위치로 발돋움할 때 연약지반 공학자의 위상도 제고될 것이다.'

Since reaching the top in the Billboard Main Album Chart 'Billboard 200' with Love Yourself: Tear in May of 2018, BTS once again took first place after just three months in the 'Billboard 200'(September 3, 2018) with the repackaged album Love Yourself: Answer. It opened the doors to the 'Hallyu 4.0' by conquering the main Billboard Chart with a song sung in Korean. BTS rose to the top on the 'Billboard 200' twice, thus being recognized globally for their musical talent(song, dance, promotion, etc.), and took their place in the mainstream music market of the world. BTS moved away from intuitive interaction such as mysticism, abnormality, irregularity, etc. but instead created their own world(BTS Universe) with fans around the world through two-directional communication such as consensus, sharing and co-existence. They are recognized as artists that went beyond being an idol group that simply released a few hit songs that had now elevated popular music to a new form of art. In result, they retained a highly loyal global fan base(A.R.M.Y.) and they are continuously creating good influence with them. This study analyzed the success factors of BTS using the S-M-C-R-E model as follows. ① Sender: BTS'7-person 7-colors fantasy and 'All-in-one storytelling' strategy of producer Bang Shi-hyuk ② Message: Create global consensus of 'you' rather than 'me' ③ Channel: Created real-time common grounds with global fans through social network platforms such as Youtube, Facebook and Instagram ④ Receiver: Formed highly loyal global fandom(A.R.M.Y.) that extends outside of Korea and Asia ⑤ Effect: Created additional economic value and spread good influence

The popularity of Korea pop culture, which called as the name of "Korea wave", has started to spread out in China and other Asian states from late-1990's. The study about "Korea wave" until now, however, have prevailed within an economic point of view. So, I would like to clarify that this dissertation raises a question in exiting argument and explains the identity of "Korea wave" by investigating the details of pop culture contents of Korea, and understanding of chinese receiver. It shows that chinese receiver, watching the movie , has estimated in the affirmative viewpoint after I have analyzed a reply of movie web-site in China. The main features of this analysis prove that there are a lot of good estimation when chinese receiver have seen that movie because it has been well-matched with emotion and fun of story and attraction in the movie. In that order, Some Chinese netizen evaluated that there are some negative point of view as the main actress has a strange and crazy behavior. I have also found that Korea pop culture contents has not given to them good image and chinese receiver had a tendency to view objectively to classify with strength and weakness. Analysis to contrast understanding of Chinese netizen with Korea netizen showed that Korea netizen emphasized fun of story, however, Chinese netizen showed that they had a lot of opinion to be fresh and realistic relatively. In conclusion, I would like herewith to identify that there are some differences between Chinese netizen and Korean netizen after contacting the movie. The reason has showed that understanding about the same object can be a great deal of various consideration in two more diverse cultures which have many different social-cultural and historical situation.

The spatial and temporal variations of aerosol optical depth (AOD) over Northeast Asia regions have special importance in the aerosol research for estimation of aerosol radiative forcing parameters and climate change. Aerosol optical and physical properties (AOD and ${\AA}$ngstrom parameter) have been investigated by using Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) and Total Ozone Mapping Spectrometer (TOMS) Aerosol Index (AI) to estimate aerosol characteristics over the study region during 2001. Additionally, aerosol characteristics over the Korean peninsular during Aerosol Characteristic Experiment in Asia (ACE-Asia) Intensive Observation Period (IOP) have been investigated by using satellite observations. The results showed that the daily-observed aerosol data indicate seasonal variations with relatively higher aerosol loading in the spring and very low during the winter. The typical Asian dust case showed higher AOD (>0.7) with lower Angstrom exponent (<0.5) and higher AI (>0.5) that is mainly due to the composition of coarse particles in the springtime. Mean AOD for 2001 at 4 different places showed 0.65$\pm$0.37 at Beijing, 0.31$\pm$0.19 at Gosan, 0.54$\pm$0.26 at Seoul, and 0.38$\pm$0.19 at Kwangju, respectively. An interesting result was found in the present study that polluted aerosol events with small size dominated-aerosol loading around the Korean peninsular are sometimes observed. The origin of these polluted aerosols was thought to East China. Aerosol distribution from satellite images and trajectory results shows the proof of aerosol transport. Therefore, aerosol monitoring using satellite data is very useful.

We, currently settled on the peninsula, have a long history and our ancestors lived over the vast land further to the central Asia and northern China. Normally, our ancestors traded with many countries, but they fought battles when they were on bad terms and many countries emerged and disappeared. In this history, a variety of cultures have been established and the traditional martial arts is a part of those cultures. Our martial arts has been almost severed because of the development of fire weapons in the late Chosun Dynasty, Japan's colonial rule, and 1950-53 Korean War. Fortunately, we can study the traditional martial arts from history books, the records on the martial art books and relics. Muyeadobotongji, the martial art book published in the late Chosun Dynasty, regrets the negligence of martial arts Giyae(arts) after Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592 and the Manchu war of 1636 and accommodated the martial art skills from Chosun, China and Japan. It is useful for studying martial arts, because it contains detailed description and drawings, clothes and accessories, and the specification of the weapons. However, the problem is the level of Giyae of the martial arts organization and individuals based on Muyeadobotongji vary and some organizations are arguing about the numbers.

This paper is focused on analyzing the social environment of a rapidly changing on Vietnamese company. The key analysis of this study is on the change of perception in Vietnam and the regional difference of CSR acception. The social acceptance research of CSR is centered on the comparative analysis of Korean, Japanese and Chinese companies Social Activities in Vietnam. In addition, This paper seek to way of contribute to the sustainable development of Korean companies, and its harmonious cooperation with Vietnamese society through reviewing the CSR activities and direction of their CSR expectation. In the paper, linkage analysis was conducted with the results of the study on CSR value development process in Vietnam society and analysis of social responsibility values obtained from empirical studies. Through this, finally, we trying to search the value of social responsibility in Vietnam and its future directions. When we understand Vietnam's CSR, based on 'locality' of Vietnam, Northern and Southern can be understand on its different backgrounds. And it can be analyzed by their CSR characteristics of acception. As the result of this research, In the North, Foreign companies' CSR is understanded to be viewed from the corporate economic income and distribution. In the South, there is a strong tendency to understand CSR activities of foreign companies as marketing activities. On the whole, In northern Hanoi, there was a strong expectation in terms of 'employment improvement' and 'workers' working conditions'. In the South, there was a greater interest in improving the 'quality of life of residents' and 'consumer protection'. This is due to the influence of the economic system experienced during the process of different colonization, modernization and communization between the two regions. Since the Reform and Opening of Vietnam, Social Awareness of CSR seems that the regional differences were formed by the pace of economic development and the economic environment has played a role. In particular, the social acceptance of CSR values showed a slight difference in recognition between the North and South regions, but as both regions showed common hope for 'intervention in the role of government'. Therefore, Social Awareness of Vietnam's CSR is based on relation of 'government-society' formed from the 'Communitarianism'. As foreign investment flows more, CSR awareness and expectations in Vietnam's society will increase further. And the CSR expectations of local governments and stakeholder will be more complicated. It is time to check the needs of Vietnamese society in relation to locality of the social responsibility activities.

The construction of Incheon International Airport(IIA) was planned in order to meet the national air transport demand which has been rapidly increased, and to be a major hub airport in Northeast Asia. However, it is inevitable to compete with Japanese airports because Japanese government also planned to expand greatly the airport capacity in Tokyo area and Kansai Airport in Osaka area. Since a hub airport should have convenient connecting flights to spoke cities, it is required for IIA to have plenty of short-haul flights to the cities around Seoul, for example, to the cities in East China, Japan and other East Asian countries. IIA authority and Korean national air carriers should coordinate to develop air transport demand for short-haul international route and establish efficient hub-spoke flight schedules. This would be a essential precondition to function as a hinterland hub in Northeast Asia. Reflecting the geographical position, the function as a hourglass hub could be possible, if IIA is utilised by major airlines as a bridge to connect passengers between cities in Southeast Asia and 'cities in North America. To be a successful hourglass hub, the Korean national carriers must try to engage in the joint operations or the alliances with the major airlines of Southeastern countries or North American countries. All of these could be accomplished through the cooperation among government, airport and national air carriers.

The market size of e-Commerce in Japan was 15 trillion Yen in 2006, and B2C Internet shopping sales were over 6.57 trillion in 2009. Lakuten is a representative Internet shopping company whose market share is 45%. Lakuten has over 70,000 online stores and Japanese shoppers trust them based on the fair competition rule and pre-control system on e-commerce. Japanese consumers accept new technology rapidly and highly use Internet and mobile channel. This research analyse online shopping behaviors of Japan, a big e-commerce market. Internet shopping intention, satisfaction, and recommendation by Internet shopping motivations, perceived risks, shopping innovativeness were analyzed. A questionnaire survey of 464 Japanese consumer was performed and ANOVA, factor analysis, reliability test have done by SPSS 12.0. As the results, Internet shopping intentions were higher in groups of olders, higher innovativeness. House wives' satisfaction of Internet shopping is highest. High innovativeness group showed higher internet shopping motivation of economics, connivence, hedonic, and social. Student, women, and low income group perceives high risks to Internet shopping. Implications and further researches were suggested based on the results.

본 연구는 우수한 학업 성적을 보이는 재미 한인 영재 청소년들이 민족적 정체감을 어떻게 형성해 나가는지를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 미국 뉴욕의 학업영재아를 위한 고등학교에 재학중인 25명의 한인 영재아들을 대상으로 Phinney의 민족적 정체감 평가지가 사용되었다. 민족적 정체감의 평가를 위해 3가지의 민족 정체감 구성요인들이 사용되었는데, 이들은 민족적 자기 정의, 민족집단에 대한 평가와 민족집단에 대한 참여이다. 개방형 문제에 응답을 한 학생들은 두 명의 독립적인 관찰자에 의해, 자신이 정의한 민족집단에 대한 탐구와 헌신의 정도에 따라, 3단계의 민족 정체감 발달 단계로 나누어졌다. 이 3단계 중 첫번째 단계는 자신이 속한 민족집단에 대한 무관심과 낮은 참여도를 보이는 민족 정체감 무관심의 시기이고, 두 번째 단계는 자신의 민족집단에 대한 관심을 가지고 그 집단의 역사와 철학, 문화, 그리고 주류사회 속에서 해당 민족집단의 사회적 위치와 편견 등에 대해 관심과 참여를 보여주는 민족 정체감 탐구의 시기이며, 마지막 단계는 민족 정체감 완성 시기로, 자신을 그 집단의 구성원으로 완전히 수용하면서, 민족적 정체감에 안정된 모습을 보이는 단계이다. 각 민족 정체감 구성요소들과 민족 정체감 발달 단계내의 집단차를 논의하기 위해 ANOVA가 사용되었다. 연구에 참여한 대부분의 영채아들은 자신을 재미아시아인이 아니라, 한국인 혹은 재미동포로 정의하였고, 이러한 민족적 자기 정의는 학생들의 민족집단에 대한 평가도와 참여도에 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 민족집단에 대한 긍정적인 평가는 민족집단에 대한 활발한 참여와 밀접한 관련성을 가지고 있었다. 연구에서 나타난 결과들을 바탕으로 재미 한인 영재 청소년들이 높은 자아 존중감을 지닐 수 있도록, 현재 교육현장과 실생활에서 활용할 수 있는 여러 방안들과 함께, 앞으로 필요한 보다 많은 연구를 위한 제언이 제시되었다. 사고력 계발에 보다 충실할 수 있도록 내용의 폭을 넓히고 접근방법을 달리하는 심화 중심으로 교육과정을 구성하고 운영한다고 하였다. 그러나 현재 개발된 교육과정 편성과 운영은 창의성 교육의 구현보다는 압축형 속진 교육과정의 특성이 강하여, 이와 같은 운영지침을 실현하기 어려운 것이 현실이므로 교육과정 편제의 개선이나 운영지침에 적합한 교육내용의 개발이 시급히 이루어져야 할 것이다. 둘째, R&E(Research ＆ Education)는‘연구를 통한 교육’,‘교육을 통한 연구’를 의미하며 과학영재교육과정의 가장 큰 특징이라 할 수 있는 자율연구와 위탁교육을 위한 프로그램이다.여주는 것으로 나타났다.보였다. 5. L값은 살균처리의 경우 저장 30일 이후 약간 어두워지는 경향을 보였고, 121$^{\circ}C$ 살균처리에서 높은 값을 보였다. 대체로 저장온도가 높고 저장기간이 길어질수록 약간 밝아지는 경향을 보였다. 적색도는 인삼 첨가구의 경우 상온 및 냉장저장에서 10$0^{\circ}C$ 살균이 121$^{\circ}C$ 처리구 보다 약간 높은 값을 보였다. 저장기간에 따른 적색도의 변화는 인삼과 송이 첨가구에서 비교적 안정적이었다. 황색도는 상온 및 냉장저장에서 저장기간에 따라 약간 감소하는 경향을 보인 후 상온저장 50일 째, 냉장 60일 째 가장 높게 나타났다. 121$^{\circ}C$ 살균처리구가 10$0^{\circ}C$ 처리구보다 약간 높은 경향을 보였다.^{\circ}C$$,에서는 20시간 가열시 0.706$\mu\textrm{g}$/kg으로 가장 높게 생성된 후 서서히 감소하였다. 그러나 산값과 공액이중산값은 계속 증가하는 양상을 나타냈다. 즉 B(a)P생성과 산패도 변화사이에는 일정한 관계를 나타내지는 않았다.ve(+)의 상관관계가 있었다.l

In church tradition, cultural misappropriation has often legitimized unjust hierarchy rather than to challenge it. Under the rubric of culturalism, Christian Education has served to justify the oppressive system and maintain status quo as well. A feminist theologian, Rebecca Chopp argues that the contemporary Western culture has intensified narcissistic individualism and self-referentiality and has supported the powerful, while forced the marginalized to be silent. Chopp insists that the role, nature, and mission of Christianity is to provide Word and words of emancipatory transformation. She advocates poststructural feminist theology and aims at renewal of the socio-symbolic order in society by criticizing assumptions underneath language, culture and politics. In this study, we will review the interview with an Asian-American couple and disclose the underlying assumptions and hegemony which have contributed to maintain the male domineering system. I suggest that Christian education for emancipatory transformation should encourage the oppressed women to reflect critically the existing order and to restore their own voice through constructive intervention facilitating "plurivociy" and "problem-posing" dialogue. Proclaimation of transformative Word can empower the marginalized people to revision the world alternatives to monotheistic patriarchal modernism.
