As the volunteer activity has become universal, volunteer activities of public libraries have also grown both quantitatively and qualitatively. In this context, this in-depth case study builds a theoretical background on the volunteer activity of public libraries and examines the volunteer activity management of Kwangjin Public Library including its planning, personal management and administration. By so doing, this study aims at enhancing our understanding on the volunteer activity management of public libraries.

The purpose of this study is to understand the experience how children are receptive to their parents' imprisonment, adaptation from their painful experience and crisis. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, six youth participants were selected. We carried out in-depth individual interviews and the collected data from the interviews and the case study were analyzed. The commons subjects are like 'Sudden separation and shock', 'Glad to be unhappy', 'Wretched my life', 'The way of the far-away meeting', 'The one who gave me hope', 'Live my life'and so on. Based on the result of this study, policy and practical guideline were discussed and suggested to help children of the incarcerated in addition to the limitations of the study and the recommendations for further study.

구글에서 공개한 Tensorflow를 이용한 여러 학문 분야의 연구가 활발하다. 농업 시설환경을 대상으로 한 빅데이터의 축적이 증가함과 아울러 실효적인 정보 획득을 위한 각종 데이터 분석 및 마이닝 기법에 대한 연구 또한 활발한 상황이다. 한편, 타 분야의 성공적인 심층학습기법 응용사례에 비하여 농업 분야에서의 응용은 초기 성장 단계라 할 수 있다. 이는 농업 현장에서 취득한 정보의 난해성 및 완성도 높은 생육/환경 모델링 정보의 부재로 실효적인 전과정 처리 기술 도출에 소요되는 시간, 비용, 연구 환경이 상대적으로 부족하기 때문일 것이다. 특히, 센서 기반 데이터 취득 기술 증가에 따라 비약적으로 방대해진 수집 데이터를 시간 복잡도가 높은 심층 학습 모델링 연산에 기계적으로 단순 적용할 경우 시간 효율적인 측면에서 성공적인 결과 도출에 애로가 있을 것이다. 매우 높은 시간 복잡도를 해결하기 위하여 제시된 하드웨어 가속 기능의 경우 일부 개발환경에 국한이 되어 있다. 일례로, 구글의 Tensorflow는 오픈소스 기반 병렬 클러스터링 기술인 MPICH를 지원하는 알고리즘을 공개하지 않고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 심층학습 기법 연구에 있어서, 예상 가능한 다양한 자원을 활용하여 최대한 연산의 결과를 빨리 도출할 수 있는 하드웨어적인 접근 방법을 모색하였다. 호스트에서 수행하는 일방적인 학습 알고리즘과 달리 이기종간 심층 학습이 가능하기 위해선 우선, NFS(Network File System)를 이용하여 데이터 계층이 상호 연결이 되어야 한다. 이를 위해서 고속 네트워크를 기반으로 한 NFS의 이용이 필수적이다. 둘째로 제한된 자원의 한계를 극복하기 위한 메모 공유 라이브러리가 필요하다. 셋째로 이기종간 프로세서에 최적화된 병렬 처리용 컴파일러를 이용해야 한다. 가장 중요한 부분은 이기종간의 처리 능력에 따른 작업을 고르게 분배할 수 있는 작업 스케쥴링이 수행되어야 하며, 이는 처리하고자 하는 데이터의 형태에 따라 매우 가변적이므로 해당 데이터 도메인에 대한 엄밀한 사전 벤치마킹이 수행되어야 한다. 이러한 요구조건을 대부분 충족하는 Open-CL ver1.2(https://www.khronos.org/opencl/)를 이용하였다. 최신의 Open-CL 버전은 2.2이나 본 연구를 위하여 준비한 4가지 이기종 시스템에서 모두 공통적으로 지원하는 버전은 1.2이다. 실험적으로 선정된 4가지 이기종 시스템은 1) Windows 10 Pro, 2) Linux-Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS-x86_64, 3) MAC OS X 10.11 4) Linux-Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS-ARM Cortext-A15 이다. 비교 분석을 위하여 NVIDIA 사에서 제공하는 Pascal Titan X 2식을 SLI로 구성한 시스템을 준비하였다. 개별 시스템에서 별도로 컴파일 된 바이너리의 이름을 통일하고, 개별 시스템의 코어수를 동일하게 균등 배분하여 100 Hz의 데이터로 입력이 되는 온도 정보와 조도 정보를 입력으로 하고 이를 습도정보에 Linear Gradient Descent Optimizer를 이용하여 Epoch 10,000회의 학습을 수행하였다. 4종의 이기종에서 총 32개의 코어를 이용한 학습에서 17초 내외로 연산 수행을 마쳤으나, 비교 시스템에서는 11초 내외로 연산을 마치는 결과가 나왔다. 기보유 하드웨어의 적절한 활용이 가능한 심층학습 기법에 대한 연구를 지속할 것이다

최근 정보통신기술의 발달로 인하여 디지털 전환의 발달이 활발하다. 특히나 이런 디지털 전환의 영향은 대기업에게만 주는 것이 아닌 소상공인들에게도 많은 영향을 주고 있다. 하지만 소상공인들을 대상으로 한 디지털 전환에 대한 연구는 적은 편이었기에 본 연구에서는 디지털 전환으로 인한 소상공인의 실질적인 성과가 있는가를 살펴보았다. 연구 방법으로는 보다 디지털 전환을 겪으며 소상공인들이 느꼈을 의사결정과 갈등의 현상을 파악하기 위하여 사례연구로 진행하였다. 연구 대상자로는 국내 대표 플랫폼인 N사에 디지털 전환 시스템인 스마트 스토어 개설과 라이브 커머스 등을 이용해 보고 싶었던 소상공인 여섯 팀을 섭외하여 진행하였다. 소상공인 디지털 전환을보다 면밀히 과정 기록 및 도움을 주기 위하여 경기도에 위치한 G학교 경영학 학부생들과의 협업으로 진행되었다. 연구는 총 12주 정도 소요되었고 프로그램이 끝난 후 각 소상공인 대표들과의 심층면담을 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 소상공인들 스토어의 매출 및 고객 유입수가 모두 현저히 증가한 것으로 보여줌으로서 실질적인 성과가 있음을 보였다. 면담에서는 소상공인들이 디지털 전환은 새로운 고객 유입 및 홍보와 언제든 고객을 맞이할 수 있는 환경을 위해서는 선택이 아닌 필수라고 언급하여 정성적인 성과로 증명하였다.

The goal of this study is to understand the experiences of emigration to Vietnam for Korean older males through a qualitative case study. The specific research questions are following. Firstly, what do they experience through emigration to Vietnam? Secondly, what are the meanings of emigration to Vietnam for them? Thirdly, what are the contextual meanings of it? To explore these questions, the data were collected through diverse data collection methods including in-depth interviews with seven research participants for eleven months. Each case was carefully examined and summarized in the within-case analysis and major issues appeared in each case were described in the cross-case analysis before the reconstitution of story-telling considering a holistic context on the older males' experiences of emigration to Vietnam. The six integrated themes are 'Motivation and background of immigration', 'Acculturation', 'Social network', 'Meaning of work', 'Family' and 'Spirituality and attitude to the life', 'Perceptions on death'. Finally, the critical results were summarized before indicating limits and implications of this study and then some suggestions for following studies are summarized on the conclusion.

본 연구는 교양무용교육에서 가장 중대한 과정으로 인식되고 있는 무용의 가치인식과 신체 움직임 의식변화에 초점을 두었다. 연구방법은 실제사례를 통한 연구자의 참여관찰과 참여자의 심층면담자료 검토, 자기보고서 분석을 제시하여 결과를 제시하였다. 첫째, 교양무용 수업참여를 통해 신체 움직임에 대한 인식변화가 나타났으며, 특히 내적요인으로 동기인식에서 뚜렷한 변화로 이어졌다. 둘째, 신체 움직임의 집중도가 높아질수록 자신감과 만족감에 영향을 미친다. 또한 학업에서 받는 스트레스를 해소할 수 있는 긍정적 효과를 느낀 것으로 나타났다.

The number of construction of roads and railroads in soft ground such as coastal areas and wetlands is getting increased. For this reason cases that soft ground improvement is applied are increasing. In general, many ground improvement methods consider only the working conditions at the time or only economy. But if the working condition and economy are taken into consideration together, the number of applicable construction method gets limited. In such a case, a ground improvement method using both the surface layer portion and the deep layer portion is applied. But the basic research on this is still insufficient in practice. Therefore, in this study the reinforcement effect of geogrid was investigated by carrying out the model test realizing the case in which soft surface ground improvement and depth improvement are simultaneously applied. And it was intened to understand the effect of the thickness of surface layer, the diameter and length of the improvement body on the reinforcement effect of geogrid. The result showed that the effect of the surface layer thickness is greater than the effect of the deep layer diameter. Moreover, when the surface layer is reinforced with a geogrid, the strength of the surface layer part is enhanced and this effect of a geogrid reinforcement caused the reduction of surface settlement.

This study explores the effective utilization of generative AI for conducting in-depth interviews within the lean startup environment. With recent technological advancements, the application of generative AI in enhancing operational productivity has been on the rise across various organizations, and this trend extends to the lean startup milieu. The research develops specific guidelines and a guidebook aimed at assisting practitioners in lean startups to conduct in-depth interviews using AI, even amidst the constraints of limited time and capital. The proposed guidebook facilitates practitioners to swiftly design and conduct interviews, thereby promoting an agile and flexible working environment within lean startups. Moreover, this study investigates practical methods for applying text-based generative AI services like ChatGPT 4 and Luyten in the fields of design and interviewing, thereby contributing to the academic discussion and practical implementation in these areas. The significance of this research lies in its potential to broaden the horizon of scholarly debate and practical application of generative AI in lean startups.

The importance of a network security to protect infringement of corporate assets has been issued due to the increasing various threats such as warm virus, vicious codes, and hacking. Thus, the goal of this research is to discover the procedure and methods for a NAC system implementation. In this case study, we suggest that the critical management issues during the implementing a NAC system as well as measure its performance in qualitative and quantitative perspective. The contribution of this paper is both to lead to the further research in this network security field and to provide a guideline for companies willing to introduce a NAC system.

This paper presents a case history of remedial action adopted for contaminated groundwater in a landfill. The objectives of the projects are : (1) to effectively confine contaminated groundwater with an economically reasonable means, (2) to prevent further contamination of soil by collecting and treat the contaminant. and (3) to assure the environmental safety of the landfill during its operating period. Reported are the process from site investigation, through design and construction of an appropriate remedial action, to the monitoring of the selected confinement system. In view of the results of site investigation, deep soil mixing cutoff wall using the DMW(deep soil mixing cutoff wall) method and specially produced HEC soil stabilizer were used for the construction of deep soil mixing cutoff wall. For rock foundation with sever fractures, chemical grout curtain with urethane was installed. The monitoring results to date indicate that the selected vertical barrier performed satisfactorily.
