The understanding of medical knowledge regarding cardiac shape and cardiovascular system is essentially required for a medical personnel as well as a medical technician. Correct acquisition of medical knowledge through cardiac miniature model is very critical because it is directly related to a patient life. therefore replica model is necessary for the education regarding cardiac and cardiovascular system. In this study anatomical cardiovascular system on fluoroscopy can be shown by cardiac and cardiovascular fluoroscopy replica model. Also, it helps to understand a cardiovascular radiograph. Consequentially medical personnel and medical technician are able to take advantage of this equipment to understand cardiovascular fluoroscopy system.

Intracardiac hemangiomas are very rare primary cardiac tumor and there have been at least 37 reports of surgically resected cardiac hemangiomas. Most cardiac hemangiomas are asymptomatic. In symptomatic patients, symptoms are related to the location of tumor and outflow tract obstruction or obstruction of inferior and/or superior vena cava. Sudden death may occur due to conduction disturbances. The principle of treatment is surgical resection, and the prognosis is dependent upon the size, location and multiplicity of the tumor. A 40 year old man was admitted due to chest contusion and was found to have an intracardiac mass during echocardiographic examination. The mass was successfully removed and pathologic examination showed benign hemangioma. The patient was recovered uneventfully in postoperative period and was followed up for 1 year without evidence of recurrence.

Currently, the lack of equipments for the medical practice and education made it impossible for the people in medical institution to carry out suitable experiments for observing human bodies. In this paper, the authors embodied three dimensional images and moving pictures for the human skeletal structure, digestive organs, cardiovascular system and their processes over the internet framework. The three dimensional images and moving picture made it possible for the general people as well as the specialists to observe and obtain informations with regard to the human body. specially, the authors realized a framework for visualizing the human bodies in three dimensional images, via which a detailed and realistic architecture for the human body and its organs tan be obtained. The system developed in this paper can be used in the practice and education of the people engaged in medical fields.

임심 중 심폐바이패스를 사용하는 개심수술은 산모뿐 아니라 태아계에도 영향을 끼치기 때문에 중요하다. 임신 중 항응고제 투여을 부적절하게 하여 기계판막 기능부전이 초래된 임신 31주의 산모에서 심장 재수술에 앞서 제왈절개로 태아 출산 후 20시간 뒤 산모의 개시수술을 성공적으로 시행하였기에 보고하는 바이다.
