This study is a descriptive survey research for relationship between basic psychological needs, positive psychological capital and psychological burnout according to type of nursing organizational culture. The participants were 151 clinical nurses at 5 general hospital located in M city from May 2020 to June 2020 by questionnaire survey. For data analysis, SPSS/WIN 23.0 program was utilized including one-way ANOVA, independent t-test, Pearson correlation coefficients. This study showed a positive correlation for basic psychological needs, positive psychological capital in relationship-oriented culture and innovation-oriented culture. In addition, it showed a negative correlation for psychological burnout. This study confirmed positive correlationt between relationship-oriented culture, Innovation-oriented culture and positive psychology in nursing organization. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a system within a nursing organization and develop related programs that can promote relationship-oriented culture, innovation-oriented culture.

본 연구는 예술심리치료 및 심상유도의 접근을 통해 영상치료로서의 시각적, 청각적 표현 범위와 치료요소를 찾는데 목적을 두고 있다. 현재 인간의 사회 활동 중에 생기는 정신적 육체적 스트레스를 예방 및 해소하기 위해 이루어지는 치료 활동 중 영상을 이용한 심리치료의 노력이 다방면으로 행해지고 있다. 치료의 형태는 주로 예술심리치료에 속하는 이미지와 기능음악, 클래식 등을 결합한 영상과 음향의 복합적 활용 방식이 주를 이루고 있다. 그러나 이는 치료적 요소에 초점을 두고 체계적인 제작이 되지 앉아 심리치료의 한계를 드러내고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 먼저 기존의 병원, 테라피 공간 및 공공장소에서 일반인을 대상으로 행해지고 있는 영상심리치료의 현황을 파악하고, 행해지는 치료 형태 분류를 통해 색채.미술심리치료에서 사용되어지는 이미지 활용과 음악치료 기법 중 GIM(Guided Imagery and music: 음악과 심상유도) 활용을 중심으로 일반인을 대상으로 하여 실험연구를 진행하였다. 실험 대상물은 영상이미지와 음향의 두 가지 자극이 복합되어 혹은 단일의 자극으로 주어지는 경우를 구분하여 정서적 반응을 조사하고, 전반적인 치료영상에 대한 선호도 조사를 통해 긍정적 정서를 불러일으키는 이미지 및 음향 요소를 도출한다. 이는 향후 영상심리치료의 체계적인 가이드라인 제작과 평가 척도 개발을 위한 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze and clarify the concept of psychological safety in nursing simulation education so that it can contribute to learning environment that guarantee psychological safety for nursing students. Using Walker & Avant's concept analysis framework, 15 research articles about psychology safety were included in this study. There were four definable attributes of psychological safety: 1) comfortable state feeling or status; 2) State that can perform without fear; 3) Sense of trust toward the organization; and 4) Feeling that there will be no harm to oneself. When antecedents, attributes, and consequences of psychological safety is considered when shaping simulation education environment, the learning effect for nursing students is expected to be maximized.

Energy is an essential element in economic activity and people's lives, an important resource used by various industries, and the financialization of commodity markets has led to the growing importance of crude oil turning into the same asset as other assets. Accordingly, studies analyzing the correlation between energy prices and investor sentiment explain that investor sentiment affects oil prices through economic factors and speculation. In this study, we wanted to analyze whether the impact of the most representative changes in oil prices affects investor decision making, affecting investor sentiment, and applying wavelet consistency analysis to determine how energy prices relate to investor sentiment. Studies show that policies should be focused on policy and market changes because energy prices differ by time scale and investment sentiment should be more influential in the long term than in the short term.

차량에서 전조등의 밝기 변화가 운전자의 장애물 인식능력을 저하시키고, 운전자에게 불쾌감과 스트레스를 제공한다면 운전자 및 보행자의 안전에 위협이 될 수 있다. 그러므로 차량 전조등의 밝기변화 패턴에 영향을 미치는 전조등의 전압과 시간을 변수로 하여, 순간적으로 밝기변동이 발생하였을 경우, 연령대별(20/60대)로 운전자가 느끼는 심리적인 반응(불쾌감)이 어떠한 경향을 갖는지를 파악하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 운전자의 야간 주행시 전조등의 밝기변동에 대한 경향을 파악하기 위해 전조등의 밝기변동 영상을 제작한 다양한 전조등의 밝기패턴(전압패턴 A/B)을 제공하여 본 시험을 위한 1차 예비 시험을 실시하였다. 예비시험 결과, 전압패턴 A에 대해서는 전압과 시간변이 대해서 모두 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 반면, 전압패턴 B의 경우에 있어서는 시간변이 보다 전압변이가 더 큰 요소로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 불쾌감을 느끼는 것을 수치적으로 표현하였을 경우에, 전압패턴 A보다 B패턴에서 더 많은 불쾌감을 느끼는 것으로 파악되었다. 현재, 본 연구는 진행중에 있으며, 앞으로, 2차/3차 예비시험을 통해, 연령대별 시인능력평가 및 심리적 반응 평가, 도로조명의 유무에 따른 운전자의 시인능력 평가, 그리고 전조등의 밝기변동 빈도 수에 대한 심리적 반응을 모의시험하고 경향을 파악하고 있으며, 이를 통해서 본 시험을 준비중에 있다.

의복은 사람의 신체적인 특징에잘 맞고 심리적으로 만족을 주는 것이어야 한다. 식죽(1989)은 인간관계와 사회구조가 복잡하게 서로 얽혀 이루어진 현대사회에서는 의복에대한 욕구는 다면적이고 모든 기능을 동시에갖는 것이 요구되어진다고 하였고 정삼호(1988)는 성인여성들은 연려이 증가함에 따라 나타나는 체형변화를 의복으로 최대한 보완할 수 있는 디자인을 선택하여 다른 사람들에게 의복을 통해 자기 자신을 표현함으로서 심리적으로 안정감을 얻으려고 노력한다고 하였다. 따라서, 의복 착용 자가 의복을 통해얻는 심리적 만족도는 신체적 만족도와 관련되어 형성된다고 할 수 있으며 또한 신체 적 만족도는 체형과 관련되어 형성된다고 할 수 있다 (정재은,1992). 이에 신체적 만족도와 의복행동 및 체형에 관한 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있다. 이옥연(1984), 식죽(1988), Labat-Delong(1990), 김용숙 (1990), Shim(1991), 구자명.이명희(1994), 고애란.김양진(1996) 등은 신체 만족도와 의복행동간에 관련 이 있음을 밝혔으며, 임숙자(1986), 김양진.강혜원(1992)은 신체의 결함을 의복으로 보완하고자 하는 경향이 있다고 하였고, 김정숙(1984)은 자신에게 어울리는 의복을 선택하므로써 안정감을 갖게된다고 하였다. 또한, Douty. Brannon(1984)은 여성은 마른것을 선호한다고 하였고 Clayton 등(1987)은 의복 착용자의 체형에 따라 의복 유행성 지각이 다름을 밝혔다. 그러나, 이에관한 대부분의 연구들은 심리 학적 입장에서 행하여진 연구로 신체의 종합적인 만족도, 선호를 취급하고 있을 뿐 신체각 부위의 만족 도나 선호에 관한 자세한 고찰을 하고 있지 않으며 자신의 신체에 대한 인식도 및 실제체형과의 비교는 이루어지고 있지 않다. 이에, 신체 각 부위에 대한 인식도 및 실제 신체 측정치와 만족도와의 관계 및 이상형에 대해 구체적으로 파악할 필요가 있다. 또한, 신체에 대한 이상형은 시대의 여러 여건에 따라서 변화할 수 있으므로 의복 착용자가 의복을 통해서 표현하고자 하는 이상형의 시대적 변화를 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 신체에 대한 인식도 및 만족도, 이상형에 대한 설문지 조사와 신체측정을 통하여 신체 크기에대한 만족도를 객관적인 척도로 고찰하고, 이상형과 실제 체형에 관하여 고찰하고자 한다. 도한, 1992년도 자료와의 비교를 통하여 시대에 따른 신체만족도와 이상형의 변화를 파악하고자 한다. 이를 기초로 한 의복원형 제작 및 의복 디자인에 대한 연구를 통해 의복의 맞음새가 좋을뿐만 아니라 의복착용자들 에게 심리적 만족을 줄 수 있는 의복 제작에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

CNN(Convolution Neural Network)은 합성곱(Convolution)을 이용해서 시각적 이미지를 분석하는데 사용되는 인공지능 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 CNN을 이용한 실시간 심리 상담 서비스에 대해 논한다. 상담 서비스에 심리학과 CNN을 접목시킴으로써 내담자의 사진을 심리학적 비언어 행동을 기반으로 분석하여 내담자의 예상 심리를 파악하고, 유의미한 상담 자료를 생성해 상담의 질을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한다.

This study aimed to investigate the relationships between basic pychological needs, positive psychological capital, authentic leadership and psychological burnout of clinical nurses, and to identify the mediation effect of positive psychological capital and moderated mediation effect of authentic leadership. The participants were 182 clinical nurses at 5 general hospital located in M city from April 2020 to June 2020 by questionnaire survey. Data analysis was done by using SPSS WIN 23.0 program and SPSS PROCESS MACRO program(model 4 and model 7). This study shows that the basic psychological need had an negative effect on psychological burnout, and the mediating effect of positive psychological capital and the moderated mediating effect of authentic leadership were confirmed in the relationship between basic psychological need and psychological burnout. Therefore, in order to reduce psychological burnout of general ward nurses, it is necessary to develop strategy to improve basic psychological needs and positive psychological capital of nurses, and leadership program for authentic leadership of nurse managers.

The study aimed to research the impact of ethical leadership on the psychological ownership and organizational commitment of employees in deluxe hotels located in Seoul. It also tried to determine the mediating effect that the employees' psychological ownership has contributed to the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational commitment in hotel firms. For the purpose of empirical testing, 300 respondents from deluxe hotels were surveyed and the hypothesis was tested through regression analysis. The results of this study are, that ethical leadership affects organizational commitment and employees' psychological ownership has a mediating effect between ethical leadership and organizational commitment. The results of this study suggests building management systems that recognize the importance of ethical leadership and psychological ownership by employees for competitive advantages.
