Corporate managers look at IT outsourcing as long-term strategic choices not as short-term tactical ones, and maximizing the effect that IT outsourcing brings about is the main concern to them. Emerging different types of IT outsourcing and their effects on the corporate business decisions necessitate the research on this subject. According to previous researches, the Intent for IT outsourcing is categorized as IS Improvement, Business Impact, and Commercial Exploitation. The decison factors for these IT outsourcing include corporate strategy types, IT role, and interaction between these two. Firm size and IT maturity are selected as moderating factors to add the credibility to the research of the effect of IT outsourcing decision making. Analyzing collected data revealed that corporate strategy rather than IT role is more significant factor affecting the intent for IT outsourcing decision. Defenders(as in corporate strategy types) tend to use IT outsourcing more as a means to improve information systems, compared to analyzers and reactors. Prospectors tend to use IT outsourcing more as a commercial exploitation, compared to analyzers and reactors. These outcomes prove that corporate strategy characteristics reflect outsourcing intent. There were previous researches that showed outsourcing decision depends on IT role, however the hypothesis was rejected that IT role determines outsourcing intent. It was also rejected that the interaction between corporate strategy types and IT role determines outsourcing intent. Corporate decision makers should first analyze corporate strategy, and reflect it on the outsourcing intent when they make IT outsourcing decisions. Only the precise defining of IT outsourcing intent will lower the risk and increase the possibility of success.

오늘날 정보시스템 실패의 많은 원인이 기술적인 문제만을 중시하고 정보시스템과 관련된 조직, 또는 관리적인 요소들을 소홀히 하기 때문이라는 지적이 있다. 여러 MIS 학자들은 정보시스템 개발 시 이러한 기술적인 관점에로의 편중의 원인을 시스템 개발자들이 가진 편협된 준거체계(Frame of reference)에서 찾고 있다. 그러나 이러한 주장들은 아직까지 단순히 이론적인 단계에 그치고 있는데, 본 연구는 이러한 주장에 대한 실증적 근거를 제시하고자 한다. 그 방안으로 본 연구는 시스템 분석가의 준거체계와 시스템 개발 시 분석가가 발견하는 개발시의 문제의 유형간의 관계를 제시하고 있다. 본 연구의 결과 사회-기술적(Socio-technical)이거나 사회적인(Socio) 준거체계를 가진 분석가들이 기술적인(Technical) 준거체계를 가진 분석가들보다 더 조직적인 문제를 많이 발견하고 중시함이 나타났다. 그리고 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았지만, 사회-기술적인 시스템 분석가들이 사회적이거나 기술적인 준거체계를 가진 분석가들 보다 기술과 조직적인 문제 모두에 균형있는 관점을 유지하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 본 연구의 연구결과는 학문적이며 실무적인 시사점을 제시하고 있다. 우선 학문적 시사점을 살펴보면, 시스템 개발 현장에서 조직과 관리적인 관점의 문제가 소홀히 다루어지는 원인을 알아 볼수 있는 이론적 배경을 제공하고 있다는 것이다. 그리고 실무적 시사점은 보다 균형 있는 시각을 가진 시스템 분석가를 만들기 위하여 학교 프로그램에서 어떤 교과과정을 만들어야 하며, 또 기업의 정보시스템 관리자들이 평소에 어떤 문제들을 보다 많이 강조하고 상기시켜야 할 필요가 있는지를 알려 준다는 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to assess the development, current states, and problems of MEDLIS document delivery service. With the analysis of MEDLIS transaction data from 2001 to 2011, we identified continuous usage decrease, unbalanced contribution by type of institution, high dependence on back issues, use differences among subfields of medicine, relatively low success rate, and various reasons for failure. Based on the results, recommendations for the maintenance of union catalog database, technical support for search capability enhancements, establishment of back issue archiving policy, user training and publicity, and membership expansion are suggested to promote the service.

이 연구는 농협 하나로마트를 표본점포로 하여 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 미치는 영향요인을 규명하기 위한 것이다. 기존의 유통관련 선행연구가 소비자조사를 통한 점포선택이론 중심으로 접근하였다면, 본 연구는 소매공급 측면에서 접근했다는 점과 소매입지모델 뿐만 아니라 소매경영이론 측면에서 내적요인까지 아울러 접근함으로써 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 대한 영향관계를 종합적으로 접근하여 규명하고자 시도하였다는 점에서 그 의의를 갖는다. 본 연구의 접근은 슈퍼마켓 경영에서 환경요인인 외적요인과 역량요인인 내적요인에서 점포성과에 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대되는 다양한 변수들을 선정하고, 이 변수들에 대한 검증을 통해 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하였다. 분석의 신뢰도와 설명력을 높이기 위하여 변수별, 요인별 접근을 시도하였으며, 대상점포의 설명력을 높이기 위하여 동업계 편균대비 비교분석과 도시와 농촌간의 입지유형별 특성과 차이점을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과 현실적 측면에서 채용가능한 결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 본 연구가 대형 슈퍼마켓이 향후 유망업태로 주목받고 있는 상황에서 농협 하나로마트를 표본으로 하여 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 하였으나, 향후 슈퍼마켓의 점포출점, 전략수립, 점포운영 등에서 실질적인 방향성을 제시할 수 있도록 연구가 보강되어야 할 것이며, 나아가 타 업태 및 업종에 일반화될 수 있도록 기대한다.

실시간 데이터압축 기법은 저장 시스템의 용량과 저장 시스템간의 대역폭을 동시에 증가시킴으로써 프로세서-메모리, 메모리-디스크간의 성능 격차를 줄이기 위한 새로운 대안으로 연구되어 왔다. 하지만 압축데이타를 복원하는데 소요되는 시간은 압축 기법의 장점을 상쇄시킬 만큼 큰 오버헤드로 작용한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 복원 오베헤드를 줄이기 위해 선택적 압축 기법과 복원 오버헤드 감춤 기법들을 적용한 선택적 압축 메모리 시스템을 제안하고 선택적으로 압축된 데이터를 효과적으로 접근하기 위한 캐쉬 구조와 메모리 운용방법을 제시한다. 제안된 선택적 압축 메모리 시스템의 성능은 분석적 모델과 트레이스 구동 방식의 실험을 통해 평가된다. 실험 결과에 따르면 선택적 압축 메모리 시스템의 성능은 데이터의 압축율과 응용 프로그램의 데이터 접근 유형에 따른 압축 블록의 참조율 및 복원 오버헤드를 줄이기 위해 장착된 복원 버퍼의 접근 성공률에 따라 좌우됨을 알 수있다. 복원 버퍼는 대부분의 벤치마크 프로그램들에 대해서 기존의 복원 오버헤드를 70% 이상 줄여 주며 이 경우 일반적인 메모리 시스템에 비해 최대 20%까지의 성능 향상을 보인다. 뿐만 아니라 선택적 압축 기법은 평균 47% 의 데이터 이동시간의 감소와 10%의 온 칩 캐쉬 접근 실패 횟수의 감소 효과를 제공한다.

대용량의 연속된 음성을 인식하는 데에는 형태소 사이의 음운변동과 언절과 어절 사이의 불일치 등으로 인한 어려움이 따른다. 그러므로 언어학적인 지식을 이용한 자연어 처리 기술과의 결합이 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 문장 단위의 연속 음성 문자열을 올바른 어절로 띄어주는 시스템을 제안한다. 먼저 띄어쓰기 발음열 사전을 이용하여 어절의 경계를 추정한다. 이 때 보다 정확한 띄어쓰기 위치를 추정하기 위하여 2음절 이상의 최장 조사 어미와 음절 분리가능빈도가 이용된다. 이렇게 해서 분리된 어절들은 음절 복원기를 거친 뒤, 형태소 분석을 행하여 올바른 어절인지를 검사한다. 분석에 실패한 어절은 띄어쓰기 오류 유형에 따라 교정을 한 후 형태소 분석을 재시도한다. 제안한 시스템을 테스트해 본 결과 96.8%의 정확도를 보였다. 본 시스템은 음운 변동 처리기와 함께 말소리를 음성 그대로 인식하는 인식기의 후처리로 이용할 수 있을 것이다.

In the post-catchup era, the probability of technology risk are growing according to technology innovation activities with high uncertainty are increasing. Risk acceptance and management are appearing as a more important policy issue. This paper examines the technology risk as a political and social sight and the character of technological risk in the post-catchup era. In the post-catchup, new technology and policy are more undergone trial and err. In particular, we need new approach and policy countermeasures to cope with risky environment and overcome catchup legacy. Accordingly, Korea risk management is needed reshaping of risk management system, increment of risk communication, risk management according to technology type, precautionary approach, bounded trial and err strategy, knowledge accumulation and learning reinforcement.

Nowadays, many small businesses have experienced the failure of business or hardship. In this point, specific and integrated information for startup business should be required to decrease the rate of failure and to increase the rate of success. This study is to suggest the integration and big data of various data which various public institutions have separately. For this purpose, it is to classify the data types in constructing big-data for start-up business and to suggest a model of analysis in information system for supporting startup businesses.

In this study, the authors developed typologies of failures and recovery strategies in healthcare services, adopting the research framework of Kelley et al.(1993), Hoffman, et al.(1995), and Forbes et al.(2005). Data were collected form a sample of 559 respondents recruited in several regions of Korea through self-administered questionnaires. Data collection was done at hospitals and clinics respondents were visiting. The study has identified typologies of 21 failures and 10 recovery strategies in health care services. Results shows that "insufficient explanation by doctors" was the most frequent service failure followed by "insincere attitude of administrative employees" and "insincere attitude of nurses. "The type of recovery (compensation) that most of the respondents have received was apology from the healthcare service providers while the recovery that most respondents wanted to receive was sufficient explanation, suggesting that there is a significant gap between what is wanted and what is offered. Implications for healthcare service providers as well as limitations of the current study were discussed. Directions for further research were also suggested.

This study aims to investigate what to be prepared and implemented for the military integration when South and North Korea are making progress toward unification. Although we can not exactly predict when the unification will be completed at this time, preparations for the military integration should be ready ahead of time. Since the failure of the military integration can threat the unification, elaborated and practical solutions are required. Therefore, the study tries to answer the following questions : 1) What types of the military integration are desirable and what are the prerequisites for the unification of Korean Peninsular? ; 2) What potential military tasks could be caused by military integration? ; 3) What are the core and major tasks among them and how could they be solved in practical aspects?
