2011년 하반기 건설업 노임단가 발표됐다. 대한건설협회가 지난 8월30일 공표한 '2011년 하반기 적용 건설업 임금실태 조사 보고서'에 따르면 하반기 적용 건설업 전체 직종 평균임금이 하루 12만9,029원으로 상반기(12만4,746원) 대비 3.43% 상승한 것으로 나타났다. 기계설비분야의 노임은 배관공과 덕트공이 9만4,293원과 9만70원으로 지난해 상반기 대비 1.4% 및 3.2%로 각각 상승했고 플랜트배관공과 플랜트용접공이 15만5,151원과 16만4,848원으로 4.6% 및 3.1%로 각각 올랐다. 이번 건설임금은 전국 2,000여개 건설현장을 대상으로 전체 117개 건설직종 종사자들에게 실제 지급된 임금을 조사해 통계분석한 것으로, 지난 9월 1일부터 건설공사 원가계산에 반영되기 시작했다. 직종별 건설업 임금은 대한설비건설협회 홈페이지(www.kmcca.or.kr)${\rightarrow}$공개자료실${\rightarrow}$(2011년 하반기 적용 건설업임금실태조사 공표)안내에서 다운로드 받을 수 있다.

2012년 상반기 건설업 노임단가가 발표됐다. 대한건설협회가 발표한 '2012년 상반기 적용 건설업 임금실태 조사 보고서'에 따르면 올해 상반기 적용 건설업 전체 직종 평균임금이 하루 13만2,576원으로 지난해 하반기(12만 9,029원) 대비 약2.75% 상승한 것으로 나타났다. 기계설비분야의 노임은 배관공(수도)과 위생공이 12만1,189원과 9만3,707원으로 지난해 하반기 대비 약 6.6% 및 약 7%로 각각 상승했고 플랜트용접공과 원자력플랜트전공이 17만6,855원과 16만3,143원으로 약 7.3% 및 약7.6%로 각각 올랐다. 이번 건설임금은 전국 2,000여개 건설현장을 대상으로 지난해 10월 전체 117개 건설직종 종사자들에게 실제 지급된 임금을 조사해 통계분석한 것으로, 올해 1월 1일부터 건설공사 원가계산에 반영된다. 직종별 건설업 임금은 대한설비건설협회 홈페이지(www.kmcca.or.kr) ${\rightarrow}$ 공개자료실 ${\rightarrow}$<2012년 상반기 적용 건설업임금실태조사 공표> 안내에서 다운로드 받을 수 있다.

The field organization management in construction industry is very important factor improvement and cost reduction. But, until now, evaluation methods on the existing field organization did not make ready and endeavor of organization betterment was insufficient in construction industry. The purpose of this study to provide basic data for reasonable selection and evaluation of the field manager through analyzing operation status of the existing field organization in apartment and office building project by interview and questionnaire on the 22 construction companies. This study presented optimal proposal on the selection and evalution of field manager for productivity improvement and cost reduction by means of efficient construction progress in apartment and dffice building project.

이 연구에서는 경찰관의 외상후 스트레스 장애 실태를 파악하고 그에 따른 대처방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 경찰관의 외상후 스트레스 장애 실태는 연구에 따라 다소 차이는 있으나 비교적 높은 수준이고, 소방관과 비교해도 상대적으로 높은 수준이다. 이에 대한 대처방안으로 고위험 경찰공무원의 발견 및 관리, 위기상황 스트레스 관리 기법의 보급, 직원 지원 프로그램의 도입, 동료 및 가족의 적극적 개입, 스트레스 관리 교육 등을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analysis the noise characteristics about noise type, sound level, and noise occurrence frequency of living noise in residential buildings. The field measurement was conducted to classify the types of living noise and to examine the actual states of noise occurrence for each living noise source. Among the 24 types of living noise, 10 noise sources were selected based on the loudness and frequency of each living noise. The result indicated that 10 noise sources show the difference on each noise occurrence characteristic by time zones. Therefore, to reduce noise, a management plan should be introduced based on the actual state of the noise occurrence, considering the individual noise source and the time slot during noise frequently occurs. Moreover, the noise standard for each noise types of living noise should be specificated and the education for residents about characteristics of living noise types should be conducted to improve the consciousness of residents.

한국정보문화센터는 지난 7월 하이텔 가입자 1,977명을 대상으로 실시한 'PC통신 이용실태 및 이용자 만족에 관한 조사' 보고서를 최근 공개했다. IMF 관리체제로 경제적인 부담을 많이 받음으로써 전반적으로 이용량이 준 것으로 나타난 보고서의 내용을 살펴봤다.

The purpose of this study is to present an actual sanitary management conditions and an education plan for school foodservice employees. For assumption verification of this study, basis statistical analysis, factor analysis, and reliability analysis using SPSS V14.0KO were used. Also, regression analysis was conducted for it. The sanitary management actual conditions were shown that a foodservice practice level of middle and high schools was higher than elementary schools. In a scale way, sanitary management conditions of small group schools(500 students below) were lower than large group schools(500~1,000 students). Therefore, it was demanded especially for their employees to manage elementary schools and small group schools. It showed that sanitary consignment education was held irregularly at outside was more effective than the education was held regularly at inside. All the related workers at school foodservice should supply safe foods to schools through more effective sanitary education plan based on the results of effective actual sanitary management conditions.
