본 연구는 산업(産業)의 배당결정행태(配當決定行態)를 주식시장에 존재하는 비대칭적(非對稱的) 정보구조(情報構造)로 설명하고자 하는 신호가설(信號假說)과 대리인비용가설(代理人費用假說)의 검정에 관한 것이다. 배당자료의 특성과 panel자료의 사용으로 인하여 통상적인 추정 방법을 사용할 경우 문제가 발생하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 특정한 형태의 불균등 분산을 가정한 HAT모형을 대안으로 제시하였다. 모형설정검정을 위한 통계량을 도출하여 설정검정을 해본 결과 HAT모형의 실용적 타당성이 입증되었으며 Lintner모형을 응용한 배당결정모형(配當決定模型)에 HAT모형을 적용시켜 실증분석에 사용하였다. 그 결과 신호가설(信號假說)과 대리인비용가설(代理人費用假說)에 의해 모형에 포함된 변수들은 비유의적(非有意的)인 것으로 판명되어 두 가설(假設)은 모두 기각(棄却)되었다.

To be expertise system, the Knowledge-base had the writing frames for essay structure and paragraph frames for construction of paragraph. To refer to the clause and sentence structure and to the use of words, Example dictionaries were offered. It is necessary to make nore precise rule for (1) extracting subject name of the frames and (2) making representative word of sentences for advanced system in the future.

VaR에 의한 금융위험의 측정은 국제결제은행 바젤위원회의 내부모델 허용에 힘입어 금융산업에서 표준방식으로 확고한 입지를 차지하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국주식시장포트폴리오를 거래투자자산으로 보유한 경우의 VaR를 극단치이론에 입각하여 측정하고 이의 성과를 RiskMetrics의 성과와 비교하여 검토하였다. GPD의 모수적 추정에 의한 VaR의 사후검정결과는 표본내 사후검정이나 표본외 사후검정에서 어떤 신뢰수준에서도 기대되는 범위와 크게 벗어나지 않은 안정된 결과를 보였다. RiskMetrics의 EWMA방식도 역시 표본내와 표본외 사후검정 어느 경우에나 기대되는 범위에서 크게 벗어나지 않았지만 높은 신뢰수준에서는 그 성과가 GPD VaR에 비하여 상대적으로 불안정하였으며 위험의 과소평가 성향을 확인할 수 있었다. 비모수적 GEV추정에 입각한 VaR의 경우에는 위험을 과대평가하고 지나치게 보수적인 성향을 나타내었다. GPD의 모수적 접근에 의한 VaR 측정은 다양한 신뢰수준에서 정확한 검정결과를 보여주고 있으며, 시간적 흐름에 따르는 VaR의 행태도 지나친 변동성을 보이지 않아 외부규제 및 내부통제를 위한 금융위험의 측정지표로서 실용적인 가치가 있음을 확인할 수 있다.

Recently Australian records system is been attention in archival area. We can recognize there are two reasons in it. Because it suggested DIRKS that is a development methodology of electronic records management system and the other hands it introduced the concept of functional provenance which overcomes the previous organizational one. It has very special meaning in Korea that have high level on IT industry in the world. Korean records management system succeeded to a certain extent but still has limitation on the application of description standards or metadata standards. This paper is going to introduce DIRKS, is the one of development methodology of Australian system, and try to apply it practically. Therefore, it will be helpful to people can easily understand DIRKS and it will add more explanation for practical operation.

This study proposes a practical and realistic method to establish an optimal lifetime maintenance strategy for deteriorating bridges by considering the life-cycle performance as well as the life-cycle cost. The proposed method offers a set of optimal tradeoff maintenance scenarios among other conflicting objectives, such as minimizing cost and maximizing performance. A genetic algorithm is used to generate a set of maintenance scenarios that is a multi-objective combinatorial optimization problem related to the and the life-cycle cost and performance as separate objective functions. A computer program, which generates optimal maintenance scenarios, was developed based on the proposed method. The subordinate relation between bridge members has been considered to decide optimal maintenance sequence. The developed program has been used to present a procedure for finding an optimal maintenance scenario for steel-girder bridges on the Korean National Road. Through this bridge maintenance scenario analysis, it is expected that the developed method and program can be effectively used to allow bridge managers an optimal maintenance strategy satisfying various constraints and requirements.

RFID/USN 은 유비쿼터스 사회의 중요한 기반 인프라로서 고려되고 있다. 또한 다양한 연구를 통해 실용적인 접목이 시도 되고 있다. 특히 물류 시스템에서 물류의 입출 재고와 상태 관리를 위한 연구가 진행 중에 있으며 이는 물품 보관 단위인 파렛트(Pallet) 에 RFID 태그를 부착하여 입/출고시의 물품을 식별하고, Zigbee 무선 통신기능을 가진 센서 모듈에 의해 물품의 환경 상태 정보를 파악하는 형태로 이루어진다. 본 논문은 RFID/ USN 기반의 창고 상태 관리 시스템에서 상태정보 습득 과정의 보안적용을 위한 시스템을 구성을 주된 목적으로 한다. 부가적으로 상태정보 습득에 사용되는 이동형 단말장치의 기능에 대해서 제안한다. 창고 내에 배치되는 RFID 와 센서노드간의 적용 관계 또한 정의한다. 결과적으로 본 논문은 의사판단의 주체인 현장 관리자에 적절한 제어 정보의 제공과 센서의 동작을 제어하기 위한 RFID tag 보안 접근, 그리고 센서 노드 자체의 생존성 이라는 세 가지 관점의 절충점을 찾기 위한 시도로서 설계하였다.

본 논문에서는 EPG 정보 검색을 위한 자연어 대화 시스템에 대해 논한다. 자연어 대화 시스템 구축을 위한, 대화 예제를 이용한 상황 기반 대화 관리 방법론은, 효율적이고 실용적인 대화 시스템 구축을 가능하게 한다. 대화 시스템은 사용자 발화에 대해 적합한 시스템응답 발화를 출력하는 과정으로 진행되며, 이를 위해, 사용자 발화 의미 분석, 대화 관리, 시스템 응답 발화 생성의 과정을 거친다. 정확하고 신속한 정보의 전달이 중요한 EPG 정보 검색 도메인의 특성상 EPG 데이터베이스의 관리 및 갱신이 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 이를 위해 웹마이닝 기반의 EPG 데이터베이스 관리자를 구현함으로써 데이터베이스 구축에 필요한 비용을 최소화하고, 신속하고 정확한 정보를 제공할 수 있었다.

In the past, there were problems in managing construction due to the lack of effective communication and sharing information between a constructor and an owner during construction works. To solve those problems, several major construction companies made great efforts to get a higher productivity through the systematic management, cumulating construction know-how. As a result of the endeavor, some of those companies developed the foundation of PMIS(Project Management Information System). However, it is thought that PMIS on the construction site was not effectively used in performing construction. Therefore, through the case of contractor's management system which is being used in 1-4 out field construction site in Incheon International Airport Rail of P construction company, this paper deals with the development of system supporting to the practical work of construction site and it'll provide to be the foundation of making effective PMIS.

For the purpose of quality assurance (QA) of the blood irradiator, QA programs for daily, monthly, and yearly were developed. For daily tests, simple items for basically operating the machine are recommended. For monthly and yearly tests, the measurement of dose to assure the dose delivery system are performed by a dosimetry devices (Glass dosimeter jig) developed in this study. The QA program is practical for clinical environment.
