This study presents product marketing strategy for mobile gift-giving by recognizing how consumers' propensity of conspicuous consumption and level of impression management affect the choice between hedonic goods and utilitarian goods. Data were collected through an online survey, and logistic regression analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0. The result of this study showed that people with high propensity of conspicuous consumption chose hedonic goods more than utilitarian goods in mobile gift-giving regardless of the level of impression management. On the other hand, those who with low propensity of conspicuous consumption chose utilitarian goods more than hedonic goods when the level of impression management was low, while these was no difference in choice between hedonic and utilitarian goods when the level of impression management was high. This study proposes to advertise in consideration of consumers' propensity of conspicuous consumption and impression management in marketing mobile gift products, especially for hedonic goods. Advertisements can appeal to consumers by using the desire to recognition or show off. Furthermore, further research can be conducted in consideration of other factors affecting gift behavior and expanding the age group.

China's utility model as a supplement to the invention patent, has short application duration, fast authorized speed, and has the same exclusive rights with patents, so companies can quickly dominate the market. But the utility model does not need to carry out substantive examination, so has lower stability, high frequency of invalid to accepted, so compare with the invention patent, difficult to be protected. In order to actively encourage the small and medium-sized enterprises to promote their inventions, and protect domestic patents, China established a protection policy of patent evaluation report for the utility model rights, especially the patent evaluation report can be used as evidence in a patent infringement trial, to provide judicial remedies for utility model patentee and the party of patent disputes. Many experts believe that the establishment of patent evaluation report system can improve the stability of the utility model patent right, and when the defendant request for invalidation of the patent right in the defense period, if there is no novelty, creativity lost or no other reason has not led to the stability of patent right given in a patent evaluation report of the utility model patents, the court may not suspend the trial, without having to wait for the Patent Reexamination Board makes the patent invalid declaration decisions, can improve the efficiency of the judicial process, accelerate the patentee's time. However, in practical patent infringement, the patent evaluation report system and invalidation system are in conflict. In this paper, through the analysis of the current China utility model system and compared with the South Korean utility model system, review the role and character of the patent evaluation report system, and through the actual cases of the utility model patent infringement litigation, analysis possible variates from the decision of patent evaluation report, to find out the reason of the patent evaluation report system being in conflict with the invalidation system, and research on the effectiveness for protecting Utility Model with China's Patent Evaluation Report.

This research provides suggestions for development in colleges of applied music by studying their current curriculum management status and by analyzing the curricula. To that end, this research focuses on comparing cases from four-year universities and vocational colleges. Analysis of the curricula of three departments based in Busan reveal that the curricula of applied music departments bear some resemblance to those of fine music departments, but they also have significant differences. In Busan, applied music departments have curricula influenced by fine art, but they seek differentiation in whatever ways they can. Educational institutes for applied music should expand their curricula to be more on-point, and should seek interdisciplinary courses that embrace other majors, and that promote the improvement of educational environments. Nowadays, there is a need to break away from previous discourse that happens only within the boundaries of music. For example, applied music departments could join business or media departments in launching interdisciplinary courses on music production or policies. Students would benefit from such courses as they expand the scope of their career options to consider not only being a musician but also being producers or policymakers in the arts. People from various sectors could join public discussions to jointly seek ways to promote such collaboration. Now is the time for fundamental reflection on the development of applied music in Korea.

우리나라의 우주활동에 있어서 올해는 중요한 한해였다. 최초의 한국 소유 통신위성인 무궁화위성(KOREASAT)이 위성 통신 서비스를 시작하였고, 세계에서 두번째로 디지털 위성 방송을 시작하였다. 한국이 본격적인 기술개발에 참여한 최초의 실용위성인 다목적실용위성(KOMPSAT)도 '99년 발사를 위한 모든 계획이 순조롭게 진행되어 설계를 마치고 국산화 제작에 들어가고 있다.
