The objective of this study was to effect of Tai Chi on balance and muscle activity of ankle joints with USN sensor in elderly people. Thirty six elderly participated and randomly assigned to a experimental group with Tai Chi and control group. The experimental group trained using a Tai Chi through 3 times per a week over 6 weeks. For all subjects, their balance such as functional reach test and one leg stance test, the change of muscle activity of ankle joints with USN sensor wireless-electromyogram during leg closed stance with eye closed were measured, and the results were as followed. The results were of a signigicant changes to the balance in group and between group as well. Comparison of muscle activity left tibialis anterior and left gastrocnemius in group, there were significant difference. Comparison of muscle activity right tibialis anterior and right gastrocnemius in group, there were significant difference. Comparison of muscle activity between groups, there was significant difference. Additional results indicated that, elderly people who received Tai Chi in one study, improve balance control and muscle activity ankle joint. so it is anticipated that improvement in clinical utilization for the elderly who's gait ability and balance ability reduced.

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether there are any differences in the recognition of the level of the guarantee of the rights of infants and toddlers according to the teachers' variables(gender, age, working experience) and institutional variables (institution type, establishment type, scale, area). We surveyed 365 special education teachers and found out differences. The results are as follows. First, there was no difference in the recognition according to gender. Second, there was no difference in the recognition according to age. Third, there was no difference in the recognition by working experience. Fourth, the recognition by type of educational institution showed that there were differences in the ambit of rights to life, protection, development, and participation. Fifth, the recognition according to the establishment type showed there were differences in the rights to life and development. On the other hand, there was no difference in the rights to protection and participation. Sixth, there were differences in the recognition about the rights to life, protection, development, and participation according to the scale of the education institutions. Seventh, there were no differences in the region. The results of this study can be used as basic data for establishing policy for the promotion of educational rights for infants with disabilities.

European Union has recently encouraged its member states to enforce the Public Lending right that is a remuneration system for free lending service in public libraries. This study reviews the problem and the actual conditions of Public Lending Right System which is systematized in European Union and a few advanced countries. By analyzing the present state of many states which is running the public lending right system, this study also explores a reasonable compensation system which remunerate a copyrighter for his rending right md ensure the fair use tradition in libraries.

본 고에서는 특허를 포함한 산업재산권 이용실태를 통해 권리를 보유한 일본기업체의 특허 이용동향을 살펴보고, 거기서 나타난 특허의 이용방법 즉 실시권허여 및 침해시에 따른 특허가격 산정방법에 대해 논하였다. 특히 실시권 허여시 특허 기술료에 대해서는 돈의 시간흐름가치를 반영한 Munson이 제시한 식을 통해 산정해 보았다.
