This study is a similar experimental study before and after the inequality control group to investigate the effect of PETTLEP model-based image training on fundamental nursing practice education on the confidence and competence ability of core basic nursing skills, and participation in autonomous practice. Data were collected by randomly assigning 74 students who understood the purpose of the study and voluntarily agreed to participate in the study among second-year students of the Department of Nursing at U University located in K Province, randomly assigned to an experimental group and a control group. For the collected data, frequency and percentage were used for general characteristics of subjects using SPSS Statistics 23.0 program, skewness and kurtosis were used for normality test, and the dependent variable test for measuring the effect of experimental treatment was analyzed by paired t-test. As a result of the study, PETTLEP model-based image training showed confidence in core basic nursing skills(t=4.18, p<.001) and competence (knowledge(t=2.241, p=.032), nursing skills(t=8.402, p<.001)), there were statistically significant differences in self-practice participation(t=6.822, p<.001). Based on the results of this study, the PETTLEP model-based image training provided Based on the results of this study, it was confirmed that PETTLEP model-based image training can be a teaching and learning method applicable to basic nursing education. In addition, PETTLEP model-based image training is expected to be utilized as a learning method to improve the competence of core basic nursing skills, which are recognized as difficult due to their high level of difficulty.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the contents of tooth extraction education using VR(virtual reality) on knowledge, performance and satisfaction of practicing teeth. To accomplish this purpose, we divided 72 dental students into the two groups: The experimental group 30 dental students using VR based tooth extraction training contents. And the control group consisted of 42 participants. As a first result for the study, The experimental group using VR tooth extraction content and control group receiving the training using the tooth model based content showed no statistically significant difference in tooth extraction knowledge. Second, in the case of performance of tooth extraction (before tooth extraction-tooth extraction-after tooth extraction-finishing), the training group using VR tooth extraction contents was higher than the control group. Third, The satisfaction rate of the practice group using VR tooth extraction education contents was higher than in the control group. Therefore, it can be seen that the practical training using the VR applied tooth extraction contents improves the performance of the tooth extraction and the satisfaction of the practice more than the existing practice method.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of college adjustment, character, communicative competence, and interpersonal competence on field practice adaptation of college student. Subjects were 231 nursing students and medical students in J city and C city, G-do. Using SPSS/WIN 20.0, multiple regression analysis using Baron & Kenny's three-step procedure and Sobel test were used to verify the significance of the mediator effect. The variables directly affecting field practice adaptation were college adjustment (${\beta}=.22$, p=.003) and interpersonal competence (${\beta}=.38$, p<.001). Character and Communicative competence did not have a direct affect on field practice adaptation (${\beta}=.02$, p=.740), (${\beta}=.04$, p=.590) but indirect effect through interpersonal competence was significant(${\beta}=.15$, p=.004), (${\beta}=.19$, p=.011). As character and communicative competence are the variables affecting field practice adaptation through interpersonal competence, training programs to improve character, communicative competence, and interpersonal competence in college are needed.

The purpose of this study was to clarify the attributes of the concept of clinical performance skills in simulation-based practical training and to organize them in order to establish theoretical foundations for clinical competence. The research method employed was the concept analysis process of Walker and Avant (2011). Papers related to clinical competence published between January 2000 and April 2023 were selected by searching various databases such as PubMed, CINAHL, Ovid-Medline, DBpia, KISS, and others. The attributes of clinical competence were found to be (1) the clinical competence of knowledge, judgment, and skills, (2) Adaptability to Changing Healthcare Environment (3) the ability to perform nursing roles appropriately in response to the demands of nursing subjects. This study is significant as a concept analysis study that recognizes the importance of nursing from a nursing perspective in a situation where research on clinical competence is active in simulation-based training. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop training programs and tools including the attributes of clinical competence in simulation nursing education and to measure the effectiveness of the programs using them. nursing perspective in a situation where research on clinical competence is active. The effects of mentoring education bring positive effects such as mentees' capacity building, knowledge improvement and positive attitude. The major difficulties that nursing college students experience in clinical practice are low adaptability, lack of confidence, etc. Therefore, this study developed mentoring education program to improve the problem-solving ability, learning attitude, and confidence in nursing skill before clinical practice for nursing college students and evaluated their effectiveness. In order to develop the program, a group of experts consisting of professors and clinical nurses selected 11 topics after discussing nursing skills and knowledge, which were most required in clinical practice. The program involved 14 mentors who operated practice, counseling, video clips, and contextual discussions for two days to a group of 9 to 10 people. Nursing college students who received the mentoring education program showed a significant increase in learning attitude and confidence in performance of nursing skills, but there was no statistically significant difference in problem-solving ability. This study is meaningful in that it has improved the educational effect by using mentoring methods, away from formal in-school practice education. In the future, it will be necessary to evaluate whether the mentoring education program affect the problem-solving ability of nursing students by applying it before, during, and after clinical practice rather than in a short period.

SW중심사회의 창의적 인재를 위한 핵심 역량 중 코딩능력에 대한 중요도가 높아지고 있다. 이러한 능력을 배양하기 위해서 학습자의 지식 형성을 웹 상에서 능동적으로 학습할 수 있는 온라인 코딩교육 시스템이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 코딩능력에 대한 효과적인 학습과 효율적인 실습을 위해 자동화된 평가가 가능한 온라인 평가(online judge) 모듈 기반의 온라인 코딩 교육 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 대학교의 C 프로그래밍 언어 수업에 적용되었으며, 시스템 상에서 166명이 학생이 46,288번의 코드 작성으로 61개의 실습과제를 수행하였다. 전체 학습자의 59.46%가 제안 시스템을 활용한 코딩 학습으로 학습 능력이 향상되었음을 응답하였다.

The purpose of this study is a descriptive research study to understand to investigate the convergence effects of nursing students clinical performance ability, clinical practice satisfaction, and emotional intelligence on nursing professionalism. From November 10 to November 20, 2021, 132 fourth-year nursing students 132 students in 4th year nursing department were surveyed using a convenience sampling. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA, Scheff'e test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS Statistics 25.0. As a result of the study, factors affecting nursing professionalism were emotional intelligence(β=.46, p<.001), clinical performance (β=.18, p=.033), and clinical practice satisfaction(β=.18, p=.027) and the explanatory power of nursing professionals was 52%. Therefore, it is expected that it will be used as basic data for a program that can improve professional nursing values of nursing students through factors affecting professional nursing values.

In this work, we developed educational contents for ASP programming efficiency. These contents are applied to the cognitive apprentice model, one of the teaching-learning models based in constructivism. Specifically the functions of these contents are as follows: Learners can learn from the lecturing video made of multimedia, they have practical programming training according to the lecturing video showing illustration executed similar to a practical environment, and they grasp level of their understanding by themselves as doing the assigned tasks. Therefore we can anticipate for learning effects, because the contents that we developed can induce learners to learn by themselves and interest them in programming practice.

Purpose: This study was done to identify the relationship of self-directedness, clinical competence and practice satisfaction to clinical practice for nursing students and to investigate the mediating effect of their clinical competence between self-directedness and clinical practice satisfaction. Method: The data were collected form 291 nursing students in clinical practice using self-report questionnaire on April 25 and June 20, 2011. Results: There were statistically positive relationships between self-directedness, clinical competence and practice satisfaction to clinical practice in nursing students. Clinical competence was found to completely mediate the relationship between self-directedness and clinical practice satisfaction. Conclusion: This study shows that self-directedness to clinical practice for nursing students have no direct effect on clinical practice satisfaction. It has an indirect effect by clinical competency.
