TTA(Telecommunications Technology Association: 한국정보통신기술협회)에서는 2004년 말에 우리나라 교통 분야 지리정보 데이터 표준 모델을 발표한 바 있다. 이 TTA 모델은 지리정보의 수요증대와 더불어 적절한 교통 분야 지리정보 데이터의 공유, 교환 및 활용을 도모하기 위하여 구축뿐만 아니라 응용측면을 고려한 데이터 모델이므로 본 연구에서는 TTA 교통데이터 모델을 기반으로 국제적 지리정보 엔코딩 표준방식인 Geography Markup Language (GML) 처리가 가능한 시험적인 응용 시스템을 구축하여 웹 기반에서의 TTA 교통모델의 실무적 적합성을 검토해 보고자 한다. 본 연구 결과로 응용 도메인에서의 OGC 국제 표준인 GML의 적합성을 검증해 볼 수 있었고, 이러한 결과는 인터넷을 통한 응용 분야에서 별도로 구축된 지리정보의 공유 및 교환이 손쉽게 이루어지기 때문에 각각의 주요 응용 분야에서의 GIS 데이터의 공유를 위한 기반 구조가 될 것으로 생각한다.

The FCC make to review the Electric-Communication Standards through the ECSA(Exchange Carriers Standards Association). This paper studies the research activity of each of the T1 committee section that lead the standards of the America vendors.

인터넷 사용의 확산과 함께 쳅 문서를 통한 정보 교환이 널리 사용되면서 전자상거래 방식과 관행에도 전통적인 EDI 방식의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 새회운 모델인 Internet EDI, WEB EDI 등으로 발전, 변화하면서 보완되었다. 이에 따라 국내 유통 업종에서도 WEB EDI 방식의 EDI 서비스를 기반으로 기업간 전자상거래를 위한 전자문서 교환이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 현재 유통 업종의 EDI 서비스 사업자들이 표준화되지 않은 통신 모듈의 제공 및 비표준 문서의 사용하고 있는 실정이어서 여러 사업자와 동시에 거래하는 업제들의 전자상거래의 어려움을 가중시키고 있다. 이는 유통업체와 제조업체 상호간의 전자문서 교환에 있어서 통신 모듈이나 전자문서 등의 표준화가 절실히 요구됨을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 유통 업종의 EDI 환경의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 차세대 전자상거래 표준 프레임워크로 자리매김하고 있는 ebXML을 유통 업종의 표준 규격으로 적용하여 실무 거래에 활용하는 방안 제안한다. 또한 유통 업종 내 기업의 IT 환경에서 적용하기 위해서 ebXML 메시지 서비스를 확장하여 설계한 ebXML 메시지 서비스 프로바이더와 ebXML 메시징 허브 시스템을 소개한다.

As it was developed to korea standard of the CAD Drawing in Construction CALS/EC for the productivity Improvement in Construction Industry and efficiency rising of construction management. it is high time to design the standard system in water resources. The purpose of this study is to establish the strategies for standard system of drawing information in water Resources parts for construction CALS/EC. This study is to analyse the existing construction drawing standards including CMS, CMMS, drawing guideline of a water Resources public institution, ISO, US National CAD Standard, Japanese Standard. As a result of the analysis, this study proposes the prime structure of the water Resources drawing information standard to support construction CALS/EC. For the establishment of standard system in real practice, this study establishes the numbering system to joint the current standard system for a water Resources order institution and to keep construction CALS/EC. In conclusion, the standard system of drawing information is proposed as a fundamental frame to water Resources parts of construction CALS/EC.

It was reported that nursing students had most difficulties in clinical competency due to their short of knowledge and skills in nursing care. Environmental difference between laboratory in nursing school and hospital was another difficulty to them. This implicated that more preclinical competency education is needed in fundermental nursing to achieve skills of care and the laboratory environment of nursing school had to be improved. The purpose of this study was to examine contents, total lecture and practicum house of the fundermental nursing education in nursing schools. It was also examine the difference of contents between hospital in-service education and nursing school. It's study is a descriptive study with study sample of 56 nursing professors who teach fundermental nursing in colleges and universities. Structured Questionnaires was used in collecting data. The result showed that practicum hours total 96.8 hours which was 59% of funderm nursing course. The education regar medication account for large numbers of h Aseptic technique, elimination care, vital oxygen related care were the next common contents. When compared with hospital in-service education, 76% of the education were the same. This suggested that pre-clinical education in fundermental nursing needed to be enforced in its contents & education hours to establish clinical practice centered nursing education.

Standards offer numerous opportunities and benefits not only to provide effective and efficient way for business goals internally, but also to increase company's competitiveness externally. However SMBs can't get have benefits from standards management due to lack of resources and awareness. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of standard management in business hierarchy from SMBs' cases leading to raising the awareness and providing strategic implications for standards management. The utilization of Standards management was investigated by adopting Anthony framework and Miles and Snow typology targeting SMBs which have awarded the World Standards Day Prize. The results of case study indicated that standards can be used as not only a strategic tool for achieving business goal and but also an effective way for raising brand awareness in global market. This study has originality and practical value in that it enhances the awareness and provides strategic implications for standards management in global business environment.

공공데이터 품질은 국민의 이용권 보장과 민간에서 활용을 통한 삶의 질을 향상하는데 있어서 중요하다. 현 공공데이터가 운영되는 시스템에서 데이터의 품질 저하가 심각하다. 대부분의 공공데이터는 품질평가 및 개선에 대해서만 논의되고 있다. 구체적인 데이터 표준 적용을 위한 실무 적용 방안에 한계를 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 데이터베이스 설계 시 데이터 표준화 적용 방안과 사례를 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 구조적 품질수준이 확보된 데이터베이스 설계 시 데이터 표준화를 수행하고 실무에 기여할 수 있다.

This study set out to developing data exchange standard between roadside device and traffic information center fitted in a domestic environment by applying international standard ISO 15784. First, we defined message basic concept of 'Dialog' and essential elements should be defined to define the standard message for securing system compatibility by reference ISO 14817 and ISO 14827 Part 1. For defining standard message items exchanged between AVI and traffic information center, we formed Working Group under ITS Standards Technical Committee and analyzed data flow for ITS National Architecture, Standard messages of existing standards, and AVI operation messages actually operated on roadside now. So, we extracted 14 functionally needed messages and defined 28 standard messages adopting 'Dialog' concept. In case of the application protocol for data exchange standards, we defined basic requirements for securing interoperability and interchangeability considering domestic environment by analyzing reference standard of ISO 15784.

본 연구에서는 국가수자원관리종합정보시스템(WAMIS), 물정보시스템, 통합홍수예보시스템에서 각각 독립적으로 사용되는 수문자료를 통합, 일원화하기 위한 방안을 연구하였다. 각 시스템의 데이터베이스는 수문자료 일부분 혹은 전체를 어느 한 시스템에서 다른 시스템으로 복사 및 이전하여 당시의 기관별 혹은 시스템별로 운영목적에 맞게 관리, 활용되어 왔는데 이들 데이터베이스에는 동일한 내용의 수문자료가 시스템별로 운영되고 있어 자료의 일치성과 관리의 일관성, 관련 시스템간의 연계성, 그리고 향후 정보의 확장성을 고려할 때 이들 개별 수문 데이터베이스 자료를 통합 및 일원화하고 관련된 응용시스템은 통합된 데이터베이스의 자료를 공유하는 형태로 구성할 필요성이 있었다. 그리하여 물관리정보 실무협의회에서 심의 확정된 물관리정보 표준을 기초로 하고 관계되는 물관련시스템과 공동활용 및 상호연계를 위해 국가수자원관리종합정보시스템과 물정보시스템, 통합홍수예보시스템의 수문자료를 통합 및 일원화하여 표준수문 DB 구조에 적용시킴으로써 자료의 일관성 및 확장성을 확보하고 물 관련 시스템과의 효율적인 연계 및 관리를 위한 수문종합정보 기반을 구축하고자 하였다.
