The purpose of this study was to analyze ILL data in Gyeonggi province so that it could make a further analysis on current inter-regional network of book collection in ILL. In details, this study sought to analyze inter-regional network of ILL book collection among public libraries in Gyeonggi province to examine how a collection of books could be exchanged among those libraries, and analyze possible applications of task-based data in ILL. As a result, this study could verify that the further implementation of ILL across more detailed areas than current regions for the benefit of efficient ILL, if possible, would contribute to streamlining ILL practices.

Standardization or standard-related study are regarded as main issues in GIS applications. Though several GIS standards and specifications have been released, there are a few actual application cases adapting those. In this study, we designed and implemented a geo-spatial information processing system with editing, storing, and disseminating functions, in which standard GIS transportation data model by TTA linked with OGC-GML, XML-based geographic features encoding standard. The system developed in this study enables us to transfer and edit transportation entities based on TTA standards to GML, importing ESRI shapefile. In web-based system, GML-based databases are transformed to SVG file, for the purpose of web publishing. TTA GIS transportation data model is used in this study, and tested; however, standard data models from other application fields also can be easily applied because this system basically provides data importing and editing functions. This system as practical tools can be utilized for applicability test of GIS standard data model and practical operation of standard specification.

This study aimed to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Korean version of Student Evidence-Based Practice Questionnaire (S-EBPQ) which developed by Upton, Scurlock-Evans, and Upton. Data were collected from 209 nursing students with previous experience of education in evidence-based practice and clinical placement. Using SPSS 25.0, construct validity, concurrent validity and reliability were evaluated. The Korean version of S-EBPQ consisted of 21 items in four domains. The measurement explained 67.0% and the reliability using Cronbach's alpha was .927. The Korean version of S-EBPQ can be used to evaluate the ability of evidence-based practice among nursing students. The tool could be also used to examine the effectiveness of educational programs for evidence-based practice which would contribute to improving the quality of nursing education in Korea.

In MMORPG development process, spreadsheet based data management has advantages in the handling of functions and analysis of large data set. But it has limitations in inserting, deleting, searching and relational management of that. In this paper, we proposed the spreadsheet based tool model for large data set for MMORPG development. Our system can reduce the risk of data management failure in MMORPG development process and improve the efficiency of data handling in the large-scale team.

The purpose of this study was to identify relationship among critical thinking, nursing process competency and evidence based practice competency of nurses working in middle sized hospitals. A descriptive correlational study design was used. The data were collected from 262 nurses working in the three hospitals located in G and P city using self-administered questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistic, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA with scheffe, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple linear regression using SPSS Statistics 21.0 program. Nurses' evidence-based practice competency had positive correlation with critical thinking disposition (r=.42, p <.001) and nursing process competency (r=.58, p <.001). Full model accounted for 65.1% of evidence-based practice competency by nursing process competency (${\beta}=.57$, p <.001), critical thinking disposition (${\beta}=.34$, p <.001), critical thinking educational experience (${\beta}=.11$, p=.004), Master's degree (${\beta}=.09$, p=.032). Conclusion: o increase evidence-based practice competency of nurses, it is required to develop critical thinking disposition and nursing process competency of nurses.

TTA(Telecommunications Technology Association: 한국정보통신기술협회)에서는 2004년 말에 우리나라 교통 분야 지리정보 데이터 표준 모델을 발표한 바 있다. 이 TTA 모델은 지리정보의 수요증대와 더불어 적절한 교통 분야 지리정보 데이터의 공유, 교환 및 활용을 도모하기 위하여 구축뿐만 아니라 응용측면을 고려한 데이터 모델이므로 본 연구에서는 TTA 교통데이터 모델을 기반으로 국제적 지리정보 엔코딩 표준방식인 Geography Markup Language (GML) 처리가 가능한 시험적인 응용 시스템을 구축하여 웹 기반에서의 TTA 교통모델의 실무적 적합성을 검토해 보고자 한다. 본 연구 결과로 응용 도메인에서의 OGC 국제 표준인 GML의 적합성을 검증해 볼 수 있었고, 이러한 결과는 인터넷을 통한 응용 분야에서 별도로 구축된 지리정보의 공유 및 교환이 손쉽게 이루어지기 때문에 각각의 주요 응용 분야에서의 GIS 데이터의 공유를 위한 기반 구조가 될 것으로 생각한다.

Currently, medical data is basically confidential and difficult to access because it is protected under the Medical Protection Act. For the practical education of the students who are in the process of education, the researcher or the faculty members create and upload simulated data (chart of the question bank) close to the actual data. In this paper, the maintenance and repair easier on the basis of node.js and Ajax, mysql, jquery to a web-based research and enables users to easily approach the problem of the chart and the easy to the difficult access to patient contact respectively.

This research seeks to develop preservation metadata and to provide guidelines to apply PREMIS-METS decisions in a METS profile in the National Library of Korea. The process of developing metadata is divided into three steps, that is, analysis of metadata schema in other digital preservation initiatives, analysis of resources and preservation policies, and interviews with librarians in the National Library of Korea. A metadata schema consists of four main entities - object, event, agent, and rights. The study also provides a cataloging example as well as principles using PREMIS-METS for archiving digital resources. The schema has values to manage digital resources effectively and efficiently in the National Library of Korea.

The purpose of this study is to extract metadata based on Dublin Core from national construction information DBs, to design XML schema from the extracted metadata and to apply the previous works to integrated information retrieval system. To extract metadata, co-work was performed with librarians in the field of construction information, and. as a result, twelve metadata elements from Dublin Core and one administrative metadata could be extracted. Based on the investigation and analysis of those thirteen metadata elements, XML schema design process was described in detail. finally, the service environments of integrated information retrieval system to which XML schema was applied was introduced. Further study was also provided.

Demand for big data analysis and AI developers is increasing, but there is a lack of an education base to supply them. In this paper, by developing a cloud-based artificial intelligence education platform, the goal was to establish an environment in which practical practical training can be efficiently learned at low cost at educational institutions and IT companies. The development of the education platform was carried out by planning scenarios for each user, architecture design, screen design, implementation of development functions, and hardware construction. This training platform consists of a containerized workload, service management platform, lecture and development platform for instructors and students, and secured cloud stability through real-time alarm system and age test, CI/CD development environment, and reliability through docker image distribution. The development of this education platform is expected to expand opportunities to enter new businesses in the education field and contribute to fostering working-level human resources in the AI and big data fields.
