Forward Calculation of Electric Potential, Electric Field and Resistivity Survey on Anisotropic Layered Half Space (이방성 층상구조에 대한 전위와 전기장 및 전기비저항탐사 계산 연구)

  • We followed and extended the algorithm originally made by Das (1995) to calculate the electric potential and field induced by electric current in arbitrary anisotropic layered structure. We confirmed all the theoretical contents and coded the corresponding program to acquire the electric potential and field. Further we extended to forward estimation of apparent resistivity to be attained by electrical resistivity survey on anisotropic layered structure with differing the electrode spacing and azimuth of anisotropy. The effects of anisotropy were reviewed by considering some examples.

  • 본 연구에서는 3차원 브레이딩 기계를 이용하여 제작된 6 layer의 3차원 원형 형태로 브레이드된 유리 섬유 강화 복합재료의 프리프레그를 이용하여 에폭시 수지를 모체로 하는 RTM(Resin Transfer Molding) 공정을 통해 직교 이방성 복합재료를 제작하였다. 또한 탄성한계 내에서의 구성방정식을 얻기 위해 unit cell 모델링을 통해 복합재료의 기하를 모사하고 method of cells 이론과 homogenization technique를 이용하여 복합재료의 구성방정식을 나타내는 수치해석 코드를 개발하였다.   • For the analysis of equi-biaxial tension, the Lankford values at the various strain levels were measured experimentally at first. It was clarified that the R values depend on strain to a great extent and based on this result, the analysis of the equi-biaxial tension was carried out. Hill's new yield criterion was used to predict the stress-strain curves theoretically. The value of new parameter, m for the coincidence of the theory with the experiment was 2.1. It is desired that the optimum R-value in the case of m=2.1 is measured at strain, 15% for the reasonable correlation between theory and experiment.

  • For automotive applications, a sandwich sheet which was made of a 5182 aluminum alloy (AA5182) sheet and a polypropylene (PP) sheet, AA5182/PP/AA5182, has been developed. In order to evaluate its formability, the forming limit diagrams (FLD) of the 5182 aluminum alloy sheet with 0.2mm thickness and the sandwich sheet with 1.2mm thickness have been obtained based on the modified Marciniak-Kuczynski (M-K) theory. To account for the anisotropy of the sheet, Hill's 1948 yield function has been applied. The FLD of the sandwich sheet was predicted to be better than that of the AA5182 sheet, which was well confirmed by experiments.
