전통적으로 바이오인식기술은 출입국심사, 출입통제 행정, 사회복지, 의료, 금융 등 다방면에서 폭넓게 보급되어 실생활에서 널리 활용되고 있다. 최근 들어, 모바일 지급결제서비스 ATM 인출기 인터넷전문은행 등과 같은 핀테크 분야에서 비대면 인증기술로 바이오인식기술이 각광을 받기 시작했다. 그러나 지문 얼굴 홍채 정맥 등 기존의 신체적 특징을 이용한 바이오인식기술은 가짜지문 등 신체적 특징을 이용한 바이오인식기술의 위변조 위협에 대한 우려가 존재하여 심전도 등 생체신호, 걸음걸이와 같이 살아있는 사람의 행동학적 특징을 이용한 차세대 바이오인식기술에 박차를 가하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 바이오인식 표준화를 위한 ITU-T SG17 Q9 국제표준화기구를 소개하고, X.tab 국제표준화 현황에 대하여 집중적으로 살펴보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of a visiting exercise program for physical activity promotion on physical (grip strength, static balance) and psychological (depression, perceived health status) function of frail elderly patients receiving home visiting service care. Subjects included a total of 49 patients; 24 in the control group and 25 in the experimental group. The visiting exercise program was carried out 16 times for 8 weeks. The collected data were analyzed by ${\chi}^2-test$ and t-test using SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. There was a significant improvement in the left grip strength (t=2.19, p<.000), right grip strength (t=5.07, p=.032), static balance (t=3.98, p=.050), and depression (t=-8.83, p=.009) in the experimental group compared with the control group. The visiting exercise program for physical activity promotion was effective on physical and psychological functions for frail elderly patients receiving home visiting service care. Further research is needed in a longitudinal study incorporating various centers to examine the maintenance of such effects.

본 연구는 간호대학에 재학중인 간호대학생의 일반적 특성 호스피스 인식의 교과과정, 인식 정도, 실습 경험, 경로, 시기, 의미, 필요성, 대상, 제공, 유형, 기관, 경험, 호스피스 이용과 호스피스 서비스 내용의 신체적, 정서적, 사회적, 영적 측면을 파악하여 호스피스 확대와 발전에 도움이 되고자 하며 호스피스 완화의료에 기초자료를 제시하기 위한 것이다.

This study is to find a service that improves the subjective happiness of cancer patients that receive radiation therapy. One hundred and one cancer patients undergoing radiation therapy were enrolled in the survey to verify the self-consciousness and symptom distress that could affect the subjective happiness. Independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and Pearson correlation were conducted with the SPSS 20.0 program. Symptom distress of cancer patients undergoing radiation therapy showed highest in the order of fatigue, appearance changes, dizziness, loss of appetite, and sleep disorders. And lower symptom distress, higher private self-consciousness were significantly correlated with higher subjective happiness among patients receiving radiation therapy for cancer. Study findings reflect the necessity of an integrative approach combining physical, psychological and emotional interventions during a radiotherapy period. For this cause, it would be necessary to supplement previously existing service programs and organize a patient-friendly system that could affiliate regional cancer centers or Public health centers with the hospitals in which the patients are being treated.

스마트워크란 시간과 장소에 얽매이지 않고 언제 어디서나 편리하고 똑똑하게 근무하는 미래지향적인 업무환경을 의미한다. 스마트워크의 성공적인 도입은 업무효율성 향상을 통해 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하고 창의성과 생산성을 제고할 수 있는 혁신의 틀을 제공한다. 특히, 업무에 대한 시간 공간 신체적 조건을 완화시킴으로써 육아여성, 고령층, 장애인 등 근로소외계층의 경제활동 참여를 제고시켜 저출산 고령화 등의 사회문제를 해소하는 등 국가 사회적 측면에서도 스마트워크의 도입은 그 중요성이 날로 증대되고 있다. 향후, 스마트워크 서비스의 조기 활성화를 위해서는 정부 민간 공동의 선도 시범사업 추진, 제도적 기반 마련, 스마트워크 문화 확산 및 여건 조성 등의 정책과제를 발굴하여 추진하여야 한다.

In this study, 284 families of people with developmental disabilities responded to a survey about the importance of family support services and their recognition level of satisfaction. First, there was a statistically significant difference in the level of importance-satisfaction recognition of family support services for the people with developmental disabilities. Second, the recognition level of the importance of family support services of the people with developmental disabilities was in the order of support for parenting, support for physical and material wellbeing, support for family interaction. Third, satisfaction of family support services of the people with developmental disabilities was in the order of support for parenting activities, support for family interaction, support for emotional wellbeing. Fourth, we proposed the maintenance of the status quo, improvement efforts, and the need for mid-and long-term strategy by analyzing the characteristics of the importance-satisfaction quadrant. The results of this study are expected to be useful as basic data for improvement of family support services for the people with developmental disabilities.

Knowledge about somatization (somatic manifestation of psychological distress symptoms) among immigrant populations is limited. While several studies have recognized somatization as a culturally distinctive expression of depression amongst older Korean immigrant population, somatization has not been incorporated into the comprehensive empirical model for depression of this population. In order to improve our general understanding of the phenomenon, the objective of this study is to empirically investigate principal contributing factors of somatization as well as inter-relationships among them. Data were collected from a cross-sectional community survey of 234 older Korean immigrants ($$age{\geq_-}55$$) in the New York metropolitan area. The statistical methodology employed a robust hierarchical regression procedure that iteratively downweights outliers. The results indicated that living arrangement, greater numbers of physical illnesses, and depression were significant explanatory factors of somatization. Furthermore, physical illness had a significant joint effect with perception of health on somatization, which confirms that positive perception of health exerts a moderating effect on the relationship between physical illness and somatization. The knowledge obtained from this study will contribute toward extending our knowledge on somatization and implementing more culturally sensitive mental health services for this population.

상품을 구입할 때 사용자의 신체 정보를 적용한 스마트카드를 이용하는 것은 전자상거래를 지원하는 현재의 E-business 시스템에 새로운 변화를 가져올 것이다. 사람의 신체는 모든 부분을 식별할 수 있는 다양한 물리적 측정 기준을 가지고 있다. 중요한 것은, 스마트카드는 바디 메트릭을 저장하기위해 적절한 저장장치이고, 그것과 관련된 컨텐츠의 자바 애플릿의 검색이나 업데이트가 용이하다는 점이다. 만약 고객의 신체 정보가 모바일 스마트카드에 저장되어 사용된다면, 그것은 상거래 프로세스에 효율적인 확장을 가져올 것이다. 이 논문은 웹 브라우저와 자바 임베디드 스마트카드사이의 일정한 접근 인터페이스를 개발, 제공하기위한 자바카드 웹 서비스의 프레임워크를 설명할 것이다.

Along with the development of Internet services such as Social Network Service (SNS) and blog Service, the privacy is very important in these services. But personal data is not safety from exposure to internet service. If personal data is leak out, the privacy is disclosed to hacker or illegal person and the personal information can be used in a cyber crime as phishing attacks. Therefore, the model and method that protects to disclose privacy is requested in SNS and blog services. The model must evaluate degree of exposure to protect privacy and the method protects personal information from Internet services. This paper proposes a model to evaluate risk for privacy with property of personal data and exposure level of internet service such as bulletin board. Also, we show a method using degree of risk to evaluate with a proposed model at bulletin board.

This study examined the possibility of utilizing next-generation technology, such as Virtual Reality or AI robots, in the long-term care facilities for the elderly. For the study, the Focus Group Interview was conducted in three different groups of 14 participants (care workers, social workers, and directors of long-term care facilities for the elderly). The analysis revealed a total of three topics, eight categories, and 26 sub-categories. The main results of the study showed that the use of next-generation technology could assist the psychological and emotional stability, provide curiosity and interest, and relieve the desire for physical activity for the elderly. In addition, for long-term care services staff, it could provide useful services for the elderly with physical constraints, facilitate effective management of the elderly roaming around, and enhance emotional support services. Finally, it could also help directors of long-term care facilities promote their services, educate staff, and keep up with current trends. Participants expressed concerns about the introduction of new technologies, but they generally expected that the application of next-generation technology would be positive for the elderly as well as for care workers and directors of long-term care facilities. Therefore, the use of next-generation technology in long-term care facilities for the elderly will also help develop gerontechnology.
