VR/AR 관련 산업은 신산업 창출, 일자리 증대, 국민 생활 향상 등을 목표로 VR/AR 산업의 육성과 활성화를 위해 부처 차원에서 진행하고 있다. 국내 VR/AR 산업은 글로벌 시장과 비교 시 기술력, 산업 현장 인력 부족, 기존 산업과의 접목 등 여러 요소가 필요하다고 평가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 VR/AR 관련 분야의 산업 활성화를 위해 최근10년 동안의 국가R&D 과제와 참여인력 정보 등을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 참여 인력은 년도 별로 증가하지만, 특정 지역에 집중되어 있으며, 석·박사 수준의 고급 인력이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 매년 정부의 연구비 투자가 증가하였고, 기업과 대학에서 공동 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있었다. 이러한 분석 정보는 정부가 추진하는 VR/AR 산업 활성화를 위해 앞으로의 정부 재정적 지원, 산학연 협력관계 구축, 실무에 적합한 전문인력 양성 등 정책결정에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Consumer's value based content and business platform are more important than the existing supplier based market. Convergence civilization paradigm is being accelerated with expanded combination of information & communication technology and others. In this study, it was classified into four groups with respect to the level and viewpoints of innovation in products and services, which were already supplied on the market by industry convergence activity. Barriers that are obstacles to the development of a new converged industry through strategic approaches were identified by surveying the current industrial status. In detail, they were summarized with respect to three aspects, such as, target, infrastructure and main agent of individual sector. Finally, it presents an alternative to overcome the obstacles and develop a new growth engines for the future industrial evolution.

Recently, in the flow of the digital convergence and u-IT technology development, USN is expected to play a leading role. Currently, it is considered as a previous stage of an activation phase in the life cycle. However, the remarkable growth is predicted in the future. Therefore the political concern and the support are desperately needed for USN to be the core growth engine of the future IT industry. Thus, in this research, we present the condition of the national USN industry by the actual conditions of industry in 2006. And the political suggestion for the new industry monitoring element and essential element of strategy is drawn to contribute to the early activation of the national USN industry.

식물자원은 예로부터 인류의 생활과 긴밀한 관계를 유지하면서 인류에게 삶의 터전을 제공하였으며 쾌적한 환경을 유지시켜 주는 기반이 되었음은 물론 인류의 생존을 위한 많은 재화를 공급하여 왔다. 이러한 식물자원의 가치는 인간생활의 기초적 의 식 주 뿐 만 아니라 질병치료를 위한 재료로도 활용되고 있다. 제주도는 지리적으로 아열대권 생물자원의 확보 및 관리가 용이한 위치에 있어 아열대 자원 및 동북아섬 자원의 보존과 활용을 위한 전진기지로서 최적지이며, 난대, 온대, 한대 및 아고산대에 걸쳐 2,100여종의 식물자원이 분포하는 생태계 보고로 알려져 있다. 특히, 진시황이 불로초를 찾아 신하를 보낸 곳이 제주도라고 전해지고 있는 만큼 이는 제주가 많은 자원식물이 분포하고 있음이 그 옛날에도 알려져 있었다는 증거라 할 수 있다. 제주에 분포하거나 재배되는 식물 중 약용 및 식용 식물자원으로 잠재적 가치를 갖고 있는 식물은 550여 분류군으로서, 양치식물 43종류, 나자식물 6종류, 단자엽식물 31종류, 쌍자엽식물 370종류 등이다. 이러한 자원식물 중 상록성 목본 31종류, 낙엽수 105종류, 만경류가 51종류, 초본류(1년초 또는 다년초)가 358종류이며, 뱀톱, 천남성, 박새 등 독성을 가지는 식물도 43종류가 포함되어 있다. 비록 기존 알려진 약용 및 식용 식물자원이 산업적 중요성을 가지고 있다고는 하나 그 약효나 효능의 검정이 제대로 이루어지고 있지 않은 나머지 자생식물까지 포함하면 상당수의 제주 자생식물이 자원식물로 사용될 수 있는 잠재적 가치를 가지고 있다고 할 수 있다. 최근 생활수준의 향상으로 삶의 질과 건강에 대한 관심이 집중하고 있으며, 자원식물 유래 천연물을 소재로 한 향장품 및 건강기능성 식 의약품을 포함한 기능성 상품은 안전성이 보장되며 우수한 생리활성이 있는 것으로 밝혀지면서, 자원식물을 소재로 한 기능성 상품의 개발에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 제주지역도 청정지역 제주에 자생하고 있는 자원식물의 잠재적 가치를 활용하여 미래 제주 창출을 위한 신산업육성을 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 특히, 제주 자원식물들의 잠재적 가치를 활용하여 부가가치를 높이기 위해 건강 뷰티 생물산업을 지역전략산업으로 추진하면서 제주 자원식물들의 새로운 잠재적 가치를 조명하고 있어 이에 대한 지역내 추진노력 및 관련 산업현황 등을 정리하여 몇가지 견해를 제기하고자 한다.

Since the UAS(Unmanned Aircraft System) or Drone is expected to grow rapidly with the advent of the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution era, the EU, China, and Japan as well as United States have deveoped a national roadmap and actively fostered UAS related industries. Also, in Korea, the frequencies of 2,670 MHz bandwidth has been also supplied newly or additionaly in 2016 for Drones in order to activate promising a new UAS industry based on wireless communication, which has great potential for future industrial growth. Therefore, in this paper, some solutions to promote UAS industry has been proposed by analyzing the domestic trends, the major technologies, the frequency issues, and the law framework for UAS.

지난 5월 28일 국무회의에서 박근혜 대통령은 "과학기술을 통한 에너지 효율성을 제고하거나 낭비를 막는 방법도 있고 스마트 그리드 같은 IT기술을 이용해서 실시간으로 자신이 얼마를 소모하는지 알려줌으로써 스스로 아껴 쓸 수 있는 방법이 있는데, 그런 방안도 적극 연구해 달라"고 당부했다. 실제로 우리 산업은 현재 ICT기술과 전력시장을 창조적으로 융합하여 새로운 시장을 형성하고, 이를 통해 신(新)성장동력, 신(新)서비스업을 육성해야 하는 시점에 직면해 있다. 전력공급에 소요되는 사회적 비용이 급증하여 빠른 속도로 증가하는 수요를 충족시키는데 많은 어려움이 있는 것도 사실이다. 늘어나는 수요에 따라 공급을 확대하는 공급중심 정책에서 합리적으로 수요를 줄인 후 공급을 확대하는 수요관리 중심의 정책으로 전환이 필요한 때이다. * 연평균 전력소비증가율('00~'10년, %) : 한국 5.3('10년 10.1), 일본 0.2, 미국 0.7, OECD 평균 1.0 최근 다각도로 전력 사용을 줄이기 위한 이벤트가 실시되고 있는데 실내온도 제한 등 일시적 절약에서 벗어나, 세계적 수준의 우리 ICT기술을 활용하여 근본적이고 시스템적인 수요관리 추진이 필요하다. 한편 전력수급 위기를 새로운 시장창출의 기회로 만드는 발상의 전환을 통해 창조경제시대의 신성장동력과 일자리를 창출하게 되는 기회가 될 수 있다. 이는 전통적인 에너지산업에 2차전지산업, 소프트웨어 산업을 융합하여 ESS, EMS, LED 등 ICT기반 에너지 신산업 시장 진출을 의미한다. 이번호에서는 ESS(Energy Storage System)라고 불리는 에너지저장장치에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

IT convergence has been approached from national strategic dimension with an aim to drive forward technology development and industrial advancement in other fields by taking the IT to the next advanced level, and has been the focus of intensive investment of research resources. Against this backdrop, IT convergence has emerged as a cutting-edge convergence industry that helps spur development of new growth engine being pushed forward at inter-ministerial level, as well as help turn the mainstay industries into high value-added industries and create new IT industry. Health-related convergence services have shifted its focus towards the exercise/sports and rehabilitation-oriented entertainment experiential industry away from conventional disease prevention and control-centric treatment/therapy technology industry. Thus, this study was intended to examine the trends of IT convergence technological development related to health exercise and present recommendation on the future course for development of major technologies and advancement of convergence industry, given the importance assigned to IT convergence.

With the purpose of long-range planning toward local/regional sustainable development, it is desired to avoid unconditional industrialization and expansion and to build an eco-oriented development strategy considering site-specific characteristics of the environment. This paper thus aims at the elaboration of a system dynamics model of a locality/region so as to understand inherent dynamics of sustainable development and to assess the effectiveness of such an eco-oriented strategy. The model thus consists of several positive and negative feedback loops that accelerate or restrict local/regional economic growth within a system boundary incorporating the environment, economy, and society. The model is moreover applied to the assessment of the effectiveness of the development plan recently established in Damyang in JeollaNamdo, Korea. It is regarded in this case to be effective for population immigration and economic prosperity to give priority to restore the bamboo ecosystem and nourish a series of eco-friendly industries based on the bamboo items developed recently. It is also to be positive to sustainable development since it enables to maintain high quality of the environment from the outset of their development steps.

최근 해양 분야에서는 해상과 육상의 다양한 데이터를 통합, 활용하여 해상에서의 선박의 안전 운항, 해양 환경 및 자원의 보호 등의 활동에 필요한 정보를 적시에 제공하는 정보 서비스 체계로 e-Navigation에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 국제해사기구(IMO)를 비롯한 해양 분야 국제기구 등은 e-Navigation을 위한 정책, 표준, 관련 기술 및 시스템 개발 등 e-Navigation을 주도하기 위한 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. UN산하 해사안전 분야 전문기구인 국제해사기구(IMO)는 인적과실에 의한 해양사고를 줄이기 위해 2006년 e-Navigation 도입을 결정, 2018년부터 시행하기 위해 국제협약 제 개정 등을 추진하고 있다. 해양수산부는 국제해상안전 규제동향에 선제적으로 대응함으로써 해양안전을 강화하는 한편, 관련 분야 신산업 육성과 일자리 창출 등을 목표로 하는 "한국형 e-Navigation 대응전략"을 발표하였다. 항로표지는 해상에서의 안전한 활동을 지원하는 필수 시설로써 e-Navigation 시스템의 중요한 운영자원으로 활용될 예정이며 이에 국내에서도 e-Navigation 시스템 운영을 위한 항로표지시설에 대한 기술 개발이 절실한 실정이다. 이러한 항로표지를 이용한 한국형 e-Navigation 운영을 위한 발전 방안에 대하여 기술하였다.

The food purchase platform using the metaverse-based multinational student community is a metaverse purchase platform using the multinational food preference community. Through the use of this platform, it is expected to establish a community of multinational international students, a community of international student sellers, and foster a new industry of metaverse purchase platforms. The metaverse platform guarantees anonymity, is space-time-free, and can freely communicate with avatars to create a second business communication. In addition, by selling many kinds of favorite foods in small quantities, it customizes scarcity while reducing the burden of providing services and making it easier for international students to participate.This platform can enhance to more business opportunities using community manpower.
