본 연구는 일반인들이 원자력 관련 기관에 대해서 가지는 다양한 신뢰유형이 원자력 수용성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구의 검토를 통하여 신뢰를 대상별, 유발요인별로 기관에 대한 신뢰, 사람에 대한 신뢰, 인지적 신뢰, 정서적 신뢰 등으로 구분하였다. 최종적으로 이들을 결합하여 기관에 대한 인지적 신뢰, 기관에 대한 정서적 신뢰, 사람에 대한 인지적 신뢰, 사람에 대한 정서적 신뢰 등 신뢰유형을 나누어서 원자력 수용성에 대한 이들 신뢰유형의 상대적 영향력을 분석하였다. 또한 원자력에 대한 수용성은 강도에 따라 가장 약한 '현재의 원자력 발전소 유지'에 대한 수용성, '원자력 발전소 추가 건설'에 대한 수용성, 가장 강도가 강한 정책인 '핵폐기장 건설'에 대한 수용성 등으로 구분하였다. 분석결과를 통해 신뢰는 원자력의 수용성에 매우 중요한 요소임을 다시 한 번 강조할 수 있다. 또한 일반인들은 각각의 신뢰유형에 대해서 차별적으로 인지하고 있음을 보여주었으며 이에 따라 신뢰에 대한 다(多)유형, 다(多)차원적 고려가 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 한편 정책의 강도에 따라 가장 약한 정책에 대한 수용성에서는 기관에 대한 인지적 신뢰가 가장 강한 영향력을 가진 반면 정책에 대한 강도가 강해질수록 사람에 대한 정서적 신뢰의 영향력이 강해지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 원자력 정책의 주요 내용과 파급효과, 시민들에게 미치는 영향의 강도 등에 따라서 신뢰제고를 위한 차별적 전략이 필요함을 시사한다.

This paper aims at identifying trust factors to be managed in UCC environment, and how those trust factors impact on trust in UCC site. Also this paper examines the moderating effect of level of UCC participation(UCC retrieve, UCC production) on the relation between trust in UCC site and intention to use. For this purpose, we identified information, system, service, and site trust through intensive review of prior researches and some expert interviews. A total 338 surveys were used to analyze research hypothesis. The findings show that information, system, and service trust is positively and significantly related to site trust, and then site trust has impact on UCC usage. But, It is proven that there is no difference in effect of site trust on UCC usage according to level of UCC participation.

본 논문에서는 패널회귀모형에서 내부변환(within transformation) 추정량을 이용하여 회귀계수에 대한 정확한 신뢰구간을 제시하였다. 아울러 이러한 신뢰구간의 효율성을 신뢰계수(confidence coefficient)와 신뢰구간의 평균길이(average length of confidence interval)을 사용하여 모의실험을 통하여 다른 근사적 신뢰구간들과 비교하였다. 실험결과, 내부변환추정량을 이용한 신뢰구간은 다른 근사적 신뢰구간들에 비해 명목신뢰계수를 정확히 유지하였고, 신뢰구간의 평균길이도 다른 방법들에 비해 짧은 결과를 보았다.

기존 인터넷의 보안 모델은 모든 통신 상대와 통신 환경에 대한 의심을 기반으로 외부의 공격으로부터 자신을 보호하는 모델이다. 그러나 이 보안 모델은 공격이 지능화됨에 따라 방어도 지속적으로 강화되어야 하는 악순환의 고리에 빠지게 된다. 이런 악순환의 고리를 끊기 위하여 상호 신뢰를 바탕으로 공격자체가 원천적으로 없어지는 신뢰통신 구조를 제안한다. 신뢰통신모델은 먼저 상호신뢰 관계를 가진 제한된 참여자들로 구성된 신뢰 도메인에서 시작하여 외부와의 통신은 잘 정의된 인증 절차에 따라 허용함으로써 도메인의 신뢰 수준을 유지하면서 신뢰 영역을 확장하는 방식을 채택한다. 이 신뢰 모델을 기반으로 신뢰 네트워크 구조를 제안하고 이 구조를 기존의 IP 네트워크에 적용하는 방안을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of mobile payment service quality(system quality, service quality) on the formation of trust(cognitive trust, affective trust) and the effect of trust on satisfaction. In addition, we examined gender differences in the process of trust affecting satisfaction. The 188 sets of data collected, those were tested against the model using PLS. The results showed that system quality affected cognitive trust, service quality affected cognitive trust and affective trust, and both cognitive trust and emotional trust had an effect on satisfaction. In addition, the influence of cognitive trust on satisfaction was stronger for males, and affective trust had more influence on satisfaction for females.

본 논문에서는 선진 제품의 신뢰성 수준과 국산 제품의 신뢰성 수준 비교 결과를 정량적으로 표시하기 위한 신뢰성지수를 개발하여 제안하였다 본 연구에서 제안한 신뢰성지수는 가장 우수한 제품의 신뢰성수준과 비교하고자 하는 제품의 신뢰성 수준을 점수화한 신뢰성점수의 비로서 나타낸다. 이 때 신뢰성점수는 제품 초기 특성값 산포, 환경시험 후의 특성변화율, 제품 설계 여유도, 제품 수명 또는 고장률의 4가지 항목을 고려하여 미리 정한 점수 산출 기준을 통하여 산출한다. 제안한 신뢰성지수의 적용방법에 대한 이해를 돕기 위하여 구체적인 적용례도 함께 제시하였다.

통합신뢰성(Denpendability)은 시스템이나 제품의 가용성 성능(availability performance)을 나타내는 종합적인 용어이고, 가용성 성능은 신뢰성, 보전성, 보전지원(maintenance support) 성능에 의해 영향을 받는다. 통합신뢰성관리는 IEC 60300-1［1］에 정의되어 있고, 통합신뢰성 프로그램 요소와 업무는 IEC 60300-2［2］에 규정되어 있다. 또한 IEC 60300-3-6［3］은 소프트웨어를 포함하는 시스템이나 제품의 통합신뢰성 프로그램에 관하여 설명하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 많은 소프트웨어 표준의 기본을 이루는 소프트웨어 수명주기 공정에 관하여 소프트웨어 통합신뢰성을 달성하기 위한 지침을 제공하고자 한다.

본 고에서는 고신뢰 사물지능 생태계 창출을 위한 TII S/W 프레임워크를 소개한다. TII 기술은 사람, 사물, 서비스에 대한 신뢰 정보를 용이하게 수집하고, 신뢰 모델링을 통해 물리적, 사이버, 소셜 영역의 사람/사물에 대한 신뢰 데이터 구조화와 복합 신뢰 분석을 수행하며, TSB(Trust Service Broker)의 중재를 통해 상세 개인/사물 정보 제공없이 신뢰 기반 서비스를 이용/제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 전체론적 신뢰 관리를 위해 TII 시스템에 신뢰 네트워크를 고려한 구조를 제시한다.

It is essential to have a trust with customer, especially in the airline context which provide the best service and movement to particular destinations. However, previous researches were performed only within restricted variables regarding this topic. Thus the purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship among trust's antecedents, trust and loyalty. A convenience sample of 298 travelers from airline customers was surveyed and 286 usable questionnaires were analyzed. According to the literature review, trust's antecedents were divided into the following variables: 'competence', 'benevolence' and 'problem solving ability'. Trust objects were divided into 'company trust' and 'front line service employee(FLSE) trust' accordingly. The findings of the study are as follows. First, company trust's antecedents which are 'competence', 'benevolence' and 'problem solving ability' yielded positive effects on company trust. Specifically, 'competence' has the strongest influence among variables. Second, as far as FLSE trust's antecedents are concerned, only 'competence' and 'problem solving ability' have positive effects on FLSE trust. Third, both company trust and FLSE trust influenced each other. Lastly, both company trust and FLSE trust have positive effects on loyalty.
