This study is to consider political implication of indicators to measure personal information security in public sector studied by Ministry of Public Adminstration and Security from 2008 to 2011. The study analyzed the priority of personal information security policy dividing into personal information security infrastructure, personal information management with life cycle, correspondence of information infringement by scholars, experts, and chargers. As the results, to progress personal information security policy is important to management of personal identification information on web site; specially institutional infrastructure as responsible organization, exclusive manpower, and security budget; personal information security infrastructure. As like the results, it would be reflected in the progress of personal information security policy and tried to provide systematic management program with improving safe information distribution and usefulness.

This study proposes a method to measure software reliability according to software reliability measurement model to measure software reliability. The model presented in this study uses the distribution of Non - Homogeneous Poisson Process and presents a measure of the software reliability of the presented model. As a method to select a suitable software reliability growth model according to the presented model, we have studied a method of proposing an appropriate software reliability function by calculating the mean square error according to the estimated value of the reliability function according to the software failure data. In this study, we propose a reliability function to measure the software quality and suggest a method to select the software reliability function from the viewpoint of minimizing the error of the estimation value by applying the failure data.

This study were proposed for the promotion policy on public confidence in nuclear power recovery schemes. To this end, the existing survey and secondary data review and public distrust of nuclear power plant safety issues were raised. In addition, the meta-analysis data were analyzed by using. Promote public confidence in nuclear power plants recovered three major policy presented. First, the nuclear power plant for the economical / safety communication strategy, short term / long term in terms proposed. Second, strengthen the nuclear power plant reliability and short-term communication strategy / long term in terms proposed. Finally, Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power's long-term image building measures proposed. The results of this study Korea's nuclear power plants to increase confidence in the effect is expected to be presented.

가구는 주택과 내구소비재 구입의 단위가 되기 때문에 장래의 가구수에 대한 자료는 정부가 주택정책을 수립하거나, 기업체가 가전제품이나 가구를 생산하는 장기 계획을 짜는 데 필요불가결한 정보 중 하나이다. 우리 나라는 현재 심각한 주택난을 겪고 있으며 이 주택난은 가구의 급증과 떼어 놓고 생각할 수 없다. 최근 우리 나라의 주택난 해소에 대한 합리적인 대책을 수립하자면 정확하고 상세한 가구추계가 요청된다. 그리고 경제적으로 취약한 계층인 노년인구가 급증하고 있는 것과 관련해서 노인가구의 증가가 예상되고 있는데 이들을 대상으로 하는 각종 사회복지정책의 수립에는 전반적인 가구구조와 노인가구에 관한 정확한 예측이 절실하게 요청되고 있다. 본 연구는 단순한 가구수 추계뿐만 아니라 가구구조 및 혼인상태별로 다양하게 가구수를 추계할 수 있는 비교적 간편하면서도 신뢰성을 인정받고 있는 고노(Kono)의 확장된 가구주율법을 사용하고 최근의 센서스 자료를 활용하여 가구수 추계를 실시하였다. 이 연구에서는 지난 30년간의 가구구조의 변동을 분석하고 1990년 이후 10년간 우리 나라의 시·도별 가구수를 전망하며, 노인가구를 위시한 가구형태별, 가구규모 및 혼인상태별로 가구수를 추계하고 있다. 아무쪼록 이 연구결과가 지방자치화에 따른 지역 주택정책 수립 및 노인복지 등 각종 사회복지정책의 수립에 필요한 자료로써 널리 활용되기를 바란다.

Globally, information protection of organization has become an essential management factor, and organizations continue to invest high-level resources for information security. Security threats from insiders are not decreasing. The purpose of this study is to present the antecedence factors to mitigate the role conflict that is the cause of the security avoid behavior. For the study, a survey was conducted for employees of organizations with information security policies, and structural equation modeling was conducted using a total of 383 samples for hypothesis verification. As a result of the analysis, role conflict increased avoid behavior, and goal difficulty, goal specificity, justice, and trust mitigated role conflict. In particular, justice influenced the reduction of role conflict and avoid behavior through trust. The implications were to present the causes and mitigation factors for avoid behavior of employee, and it is judged that it will help the organization to establish a security strategy.

Today, with the popularity of smart phones and the proliferation of SNS, anyone is exposed to the risk of personal information leakage. Unlike the prior studies of privacy, this research aims to identify the privacy factors affecting the provision intention of individual information from the SNS Users. This study also analyses how the perceived privacy risks and corporate trust affect the provision intention of individual information. The analysis results of empirical data show that despite experiencing the privacy leakage such as direct hacking and being aware of the risk, people are providing firms with personal information. The most influential variables to perceived privacy risk are information privacy policy, information privacy concern, previous privacy experience and information privacy awareness in the decreasing order of importance. Those to the corporate trust are information privacy policy, information privacy awareness, previous privacy concern and information privacy experience. Besides, the corporate trust and the perceived privacy risk also affect the provision intention of personal information. Finally, this study proposes the implications for personal information privacy.

Live commerce, a rapidly growing sector, facilitates real-time interaction between streamers and consumers about specific products. This business model aids rational purchasing decisions by offering visual demonstrations of product usage. This study aims to identify potential uncertainties faced by consumers in live commerce and propose strategies to mitigate these uncertainties for streamers and platforms. A research hypothesis was formulated based on prior studies and tested through surveys conducted on consumers aged 20 and above with live commerce experience. The study revealed that a streamer's credibility (trustworthiness, expertness, and reputation) significantly impacts purchase intention by mitigating uncertainty. The platform's return policy also interacted with product uncertainty, influencing consumer purchase intention. These findings provide a roadmap for creating a tailored service strategy for live commerce platforms, focusing on reducing uncertainty in the product purchase process.

고부가가치의 산업은 적극 육성하여 국부를 급속히 확장하면서 국제경쟁력이 아주 뒤지는 저임 금공산품은 과감히 수입을 확대하는 과감한 경제정책의 변환이 필요한 때가 되었다. 이 정책의 변환에 대비한 필자의 의견을 요약하면 다음과 같다. (1) 세계적인 기술혁신은 가속될 것이며 한국의 대기업들은 종합등급 8을 조속히 소화하고 종합등급의 고도기술분야에서 선진국과 경쟁 하여야 한다. (2) 앞으로 적극 육성할 국제분업산업의 주체는 종합등급 5∼7의 중기업이며 적 절한 기술혁신과 기술인력의 고급화 노력이 조직적으로 경주되어야 한다. (3) 국제분업유망공 업을 육성하는 방안의 기본은 필요한 수준의 고급기술인력을 필요한 기업에 공급하는 것이다. 지금과 같이 대기업의 고급기술인력독점은 지양되어야 한다. (4) 공업기술의 3 기본기술중 가장 낙후된 신뢰성 확보기술은 정부의 적극적인 육성책 없이는 발전시킬 수 없다. 정부의 강력한 육성정책을 기대해 본다.
